I'm not satisfied, because there is going on more misscommunication only. I'm really disappointed , patient satisfaction didn't mind it only for rating.. You 1st give good service then the patient give heart fully rating. don't ask remove the rating or give 5 star rating ,this not business

Went for blood tests, they were quick and efficient, Shalini took my second blood sample and was very good, unfortunately the lady who took my blood sample the first time was new so she had a little trouble finding the veins. But overall not bad.
