It's been around 8 month that I have been living here... This society is little off-road, I mean it as little cut out from the main road which cause trouble with the accessibility of public transport, but the environment here is really great... It's always peaceful here This society have a club which includes a gym, tt table, snooker table and a squash court. It also have two swimming pools (one for kids and other for adults), large parking spots for your vehicles. As for the security, it's​ moderate, neither much tight nor loose. Electricity and water are rarely a problem here. I love living here... So for those who are looking for a flat to buy or rent, I will say this society is the place you should go for!

In general Apartment is good with good amenities...I lived here for 4 years... But please be aware of the owner of P-702 ...she deducted heavy amount from our deposit..not just painting and deep cleaning, she almost made her apartment new by deducting amount from our deposit...one of the Geyser was not working which we had to get replaced...We used this geyser for 4 years but before also it was used by many tenants and the owner herself, but we had to replace it with brand new Geyser worth 10k..Stove servicing, chimney servicing and many other things were made new with our money..the owner lives in the US and appointed an agent here who distributed our money to in house electricians, plumbers and other staff with a commission cut for himself...terrible experience.. You won't get your deposit back.. please be careful

Uncivilized people live here. Loud music through day and night for every other occasion, car alarms that go off only in the early morning or the middle of the night, noisy walkers...all kinds of barbarians live here.

Atmosphere and nature is the highlight of this property but comes with problems such as no network coverage and flooding issue when it rains.

I live here in a penthouse, it's been a year and the place is just amazing, from the design, quality of construction, maintenance it is superb. The view of the aerodrome from the balcony is nostalgic. A very scenic and a peaceful place inside the city.
