There is no reason why you cant be happy. I went there with my parents, wife and kids to celebrate Parents wedding Anniversary. I did a lot of search for various stay option and everywhere I had to compromise on one thing or other and finally got this resort. The moment I said we are a family with 6 people, the owner said we will give a family suit. The pics also looked stunning and hence without a second thought I booked. The hospitality, the resort, various play options and to add to it there was magic show and Camp fire. The owner also come to each table and asks how is the food, any suggestion for improvement etc which really made me happy. Plus the food is always cooked freshly.

We visited this property with family. It was awesome resort. All staff members are did their job very perfectly. The property located in wonderful place. And food was awesome, chef Mr.Prasath taken care very good and delicious food even they gave kids friendly food also. Swimming pool very clean and neat. I can say worth for money, thanks team LA FOUR SEASONS.

Most unhygienic and disgusting hotel i stayed ever. it’s worth not even 1000Rs per day but they charge equal to Le Meridian. you will see waste food plates, unclean surroundings everywhere. uncleanlinesses in room , bedsheets and balcony, slugs/Leaches in bathroom, what else you want to see. only one thing good is some greenery in the area. food is OK but you cannot enjoy food by seeing the unsatisfied around. Root cause of issues are no sufficient employees or staff for maintenance and service, cleaning etc. They have two boys in the entire hotel for everything. Request To hotel people, please give value to money customers pay you, please stope this cheap act and place sufficient staff and run the business decently. this is just below average hotel with super expensive price

Our stay in this hotel was nothing less than extraordinary. I have, yes, stayed in many hotels and resorts but this one.. i should say... Hotel with humanity and full of courtesy... that makes them, real professionals... the staffs went out of their way to get some toys to the room for my nagging toddler... The rooms were large, designed so well, and maintained perfect... on the whole, it was a pleasant memorable stay for us. THANKS TO LA FOUR SEASONS RESORTS...

Everything set aside, its WORTH a visit just for its staff. Amazing people! I had a wonderful stay just because people here are very caring, helpful and carry a positive attitude. I stayed in a family suite and it was a perfect fit for us (4 adults and 3 kids). There food is lip smacking . you wont have to go to any restaurant outside. Special mention to their chef who prepared items outside of menu and also helped us get medicine from city (6 kms away) for my daughter. Everyone from gardener, house keeping, chef and front desk is well behaved and know their job very well. They know the meaning of hospitality and will look after you pretty well during your stay. Do visit once to understand what I'm talking about. Much better than any other 5 star resorts and hotels. "Thank you" La Four Seasons for providing us with a wonderful experience !

We had a great time at the La four seasons. Impeccable view, serene atmosphere and fun activities at the resorts kept us engaged. It was a two day trip but we would definitely get back for a longer stay. The rooms were maintained excellently and the staff members were very friendly and inviting.

Hello All, I'm writing this review after staying for 2 days, Below are my experience and feedback, First we will start with pros, 1. Beautiful location this resort best suited for couples 💑 and family 2. Friendly staff, staffs are very friendly and polite, they listen to each every and every guest and provide solutions 3. Near to Sherays View Point , this resort is near to Sherays temple and view Point just 1.5 km, We can see the clouds in the morning and sunset at the evening without traveling so far. 4. Affordable price , They are charging on moderate prices and not the cheapest or lowest 5. Weekend buffet and fireworks (special on Diwali) since we visited on Diwali holidays we had a chance of enjoying some extra activities like fireworks, magic shows, campfire, 6. Magic shows ( basic ) don't expect Hollywood movies magics and all. It will be fun and small entertainment Cons ; 1. Children play area is attached with front office which is not comfortable 2. Artificial falls were not operated while we visited the resort 3. Difficult for aged persons to walk. Very small foot paths across the resort which is risky for aged people. I request the resort management to look into this. 4. Parking is outside the resort, Since the resort is located at corner no problem in parking but it's outside. Not a gated parking area. Over all its fun packed and happy memories staying in la four seasons. Thank you 😊

It's an incredible experience overall. Property neatly maintained. Food was awesome. Service provided by the staff, location of the resort , amenities provided were too good. Kids enjoyed the magic show. We were disappointed with the artificial fountain not operated. Other than that everything satisfied.

The food /buffet and menu can be expanded and improved in terms of options. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. I had a wonderful experience at La Four Seasons. Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Food was great especially the Tribal dishes and Bamboo Briyani. Very pleased with the stay and love to visit them again.

Lush Green, Hill lock , Spacious room's, awesome and tasty food. Friendly, supportive and lovely staff. We have been for a team outing to this place and enjoyed alot. The staff arranged for what all what we requested . Would recommend and love to be back at this place again.

A good resort for young old alike to enjoy. The temperature and the route is like Ooty with many S bends and hair pin curves. This resort has a small swimming pool as well for small children's to enjoy. There are many indoor games at the reception hall which the visitors can play during their stay there.

One of the most horrible stays I have been ever experienced. I paid Rs 7000/-night without a water supply in the room. My family faced a very hard time from check-in to check-out. The resort management doesn't worry about the water problem. we struggled a lot as a whole day. My kind advice, please don't go to this property. nastiest people and horrible management.

We went as a family last Dec'21 end. La 4 Seasons was too good to resist! Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Maintanence of the hotel was very good even though the property was just opened after covid LD relaxation by govt. 1st of all the staffs were courteous, customers friendly & did there best during our stays. Infrastructure was very nice... much away from busy / crowded places, calm, placid, packed inside the green scapes. Rooms are very much spacious with all the neat & clean facilities mentioned in website. The booking experience with Mr. Murali & stay experience executed by Mr. Dhananchezhiyan great & kudos to the team. Overall it was nice package with location, facilities, foods, all the staffs. I had recommended to my colleagues recently and their stays (many groups) feedback was highly positive & put me in happy situation, since the recommendation was done by me... :) Thanks to Mr. Chandrasekar for the hospitality extended during their stays!

Loved the room, we took family suite best suitable for 2 families. Super kool location. Nice ambience. Best part had a badminton court, table tennis and other games, good for children . Swimming pool. Good food provided by restaurant.

Lovely property. Impressive hospitality. Good food. Good housekeeping. Is definitely a good option to spend a night or 2 here with all the activities, pool and smart amenities. Also gifted me with home grown bananas from the farm. And a beautiful rose plant as a gesture of goodwill.

On Google the resort comes across as a four star resort, so definitely you assume that you'll see the 4 star kind of service there. I think that was the major disappointment for me. I expected it to be more classy. However, we called them directly and made the booking, so we got a better deal than online booking players. We stayed in a villa. The villas are big.However, no footwear, toothbrush or other toiletries were kept for us. Restaurant could be better in terms of cleanliness, spread and service. I expected a wide variety of food to be available for the buffet, but was disappointed. However, while leaving they gave us bananas and a rose plant which made me happy. So it's more like an average resort in terms of their service and maintenance. But the property is really pretty and the view is nice which kinda nullified the service part for me.
