Don't expect by name. I choose paradise for my guests. Horrible Biryani. Food not good. No one expect the quantity for that price more than 400 including taxes. Ritha n gravy is literally like water. Local restaurants r more better.

Paradise is a known name in Biryani world. Very huge space and well maintained. Located opposite to NTR stadium in brindavan gardens center. Very easy to identify. Staff is very less but behavior of staff is pleasing. Very supportive staff. Taste is good. They don't have dedicated 4 Wheeler parking but 2 Wheeler parking is ok. Over all Value for money and you can visit once to taste the world's favorite Biryani 😊.

Remember taste and quality of food of any hotel or restaurant is going down day by day. This is a nacked truth. Paradise biryani also no exception. Took few take ways earlier felt very bad and horrified by the taste. Many of my colleagues and friends expressed the same. But recently came to know that 'Paradise Biryaani' improved and one fine evening me along with my wife and kid ventured for dinner to this palce. Surprise...surprise...Taste improved compared to earlier. Expressed the same with the lone staff member there in cash counter. Only five members present at the time my family three members, Waiter and cash counter guy. Really felt bad by rembering the legacy the Paradise Biryaani once had. Any how good to share that Paradise briyaani regaining its pride. Let us how far it succeeds. Remember literally there is no parking abailable here.

Food is spoiled, chicken in biryani is not at all fresh. I think it was prepared on the previous day. I mentioned it to the server but no use. Worst experience. I think this is the fall of The Great Paradise. 😡😡

I am here today. Food was good. However, the A/c doesn’t work. I am literally sweatting like a pig due to no air circulation and the warm temperature. No tissues on the table either. At least please maintain the cool Room Temperature during the warm days.

Quality is just average.. Don't think by brand.... 😏 Having high expectations but...🤦 Need to improve. The quality of food ... Hyderabad Paradise more popular.. But here quality is average..... They should maintain the good chef..... And provide good tasty....👍 Will visits after 6months.... I can give my rating "6for10"....

One of the finest restaurant in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh especially for #Biriyani. Astounding ambiance . A lot of comfortable seats. well behavior of waiter just made me happy. I am from Odisha but whenever I come to Andhra (Guntur) my first priority to have a plate of Biriyani from Paradise. What a taste man !!! Really Delicious . Ohhh Biriyani Lovers just go their, Taste it and thank me later. Thanks....

The taste of the biriyani was not as good as paradise Hyderabad. But it was tasty enough to eat... 😄

I took nizami chicken biriyani 286 for that rate not reasanble.comparing to the other paradise branches guntur branch worst taste and management response the way of treating the customers is worst.Road side biriyanis is more better than paradise.Moreover they are taking extra cover charge 15 rupees.I visited Hyderabad and vijayawada those branches were not extra cover charge.Worst persons and worst biriyani

Two weeks back I ordered Chicken Biryani (meal for two). It costs around 550 to 600 and it may vary depending on the adding of drinks. Taste is good and it is less spicy and the quantity also sufficient for two persons. But, we have to wait 10 to 20 minutes time to receive the order items.

Recently I visited this with my friends on Ramzan Day.And we are utterly disappointed with the food and service. It has only limited options. Only biryanis and kababs ara available, No Roti's, nans. Service is very slow and worst. We ordered mutton biryani, unfortunately we didn't feel like eating biryani. We felt just like eating rice with some masala. Even raitha and gravy served with biryani are too worst, especially the raitha is like water only. 1. LiMited options. 2. Less quantity and quality. 3. Worst service. 4. Taste is not up to the mark. 5. Price also bit high compared to their service.

Had kalmi kabab, Reshmi kabab, Nizami briyani and Royal chicken briyani..it's tasty... Do try these ... It is tasty and good...

Sep-10-2022 for lunch i went to paradise guntur at krishna nagar with my mother. Totally worest service with worest biryani. Please don't go to paradise by that name. Totally waste of time. Road side biryani very better if compare with worest paradise biryani. Totally i wasted my money and my time. It's a not worth single rating also.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I heard bad reviews from lot of my friends about paradise. But I went there and tasted biryani because I know how paradise biryani taste. You will not get proper biryani flavour anywhere in guntur except in paradise. Next time I went with my friends who has given bad review about it and they changed their opinion as well about paradise. Everywhere in guntur I see biryani and chicken are seperate which didn’t taste good and it didn’t give proper dum biryani flavor. Some how people created negative talk about paradise. But I like the kababs and Biryani here. One suggestion for paradise is better to increase the menu items instead of the limited kababs.

Nice spacious ambience, Friendly staff, fast service special mention about Mr.Sudip. I ordered Royal chicken biryani with extra chicken piece, Royal mutton biryani, chicken reshmi kabab All are good.

@ NTR stadium,Laksmipuram branch. Taste of the brand had declined drastically. It's a heated biryani prepared sometime earlier. Old stored chicken is reheated with old biryani rice. For sure will not recommend to anyone anymore. Totally it's a failure of taste of so called paradise-world's famous biryani. It's just a catastrophic failure of taste.

Don't want to comment the hotel..but I'm so pitty abt the ppl here who never tasted chennai briyani... Tasted almost all the hotels briyani in guntur. Not at all worth..in the name hyderabad briyani hotels are making but not up to the scale of hyderabad briyani too.

Worst experience, had to wait for 1 hr to order as total hotel managed by 3 waiters,finally after one hour waiter comes to you and take order, after half an hour he says biryani is over, and you can order any other item and in the mean while there is online order and many tables will have same QR code and shuffling of orders , finally has to come back empty stomach, decided to never visit or suggest my friends not to go , I think main branch has to look in to this asGuntur branch is degrading Paradise name I feel

Not a good dining experience in the least. Went with my father and ordered 2 chicken biriyanis. Taste was average to below average at best. Didn’t turn on the A/C. Worst of all gave us 2 water bottles that cost 38 rupees each and tasted like tap water (couldn’t give us even mineral water at least). There are a lot of other options in the city and avoid this (you are not missing anything). Don’t fall for the brand name.

They take order after 30 min ...upto then they not even clean the table even ofter saying it again and again... Food quality is good.... Worst maintenance... Need to increase the staff( guntur branch)... Simply running on brand name

Bitter experience. Please don't go that side. Nasty staff cleaning tables and serving food with same hands and another thing only one person doing one man show. Don't know what they are doing in our absence. Bottom line : Paradise Biryani injurious to health.

When I was looking for any good restaurant to try.. I found this place online.. I had some hesitation to try out this place before visiting. Since It was my first time.

Biryani's we had are good but the Dessert kubani ka meeta is 🤮. poor cleanliness,service . Few dined tablets we left unattended with food and plates on that table for nearly an hour They couldn't provide raita and so on in time when requested. Payment is even getting delayed.

The biriyani was not soo good but the chicken kabab was nice and juicy The bathroom is the worst no one to clean it and someone didn't even flush the toilet no one to check and keep things clean

Hm. Service gud . But food serve bowls has inner other bowl . Quantity of food not received . And veg food only one dish. No more items .

For me, when I enter any restaurant for food, ambiance, staff curtesy, menu, and options matters to me. The rating is only for the food but on other para meters, the restaurant disappointed. Smells in restaurant, 250 ml cold drink is served in glasses with high price Rs 45, water bottles for Rs 70 each bottle without any other option like Bisleri.

Food is not at all good.. no starters only biryani.. I think its fake paradise .. Highly disappointed

This place is good maintenance also good. We have ordered royal mutton biriyani, fiery royal chicken biryani. The taste was OK. We have expected alot in Guntur outlet. But it didnt met our expectations. The other outlets are simply superb. This is the first time am trying paradise biriyani. The first experience was not bad😅. Please try other outlets if you have expectations on Paradise biriyani. This outlet still need to improve the taste and serving way. Last but not least, the lemon juice here was superb. We should try that.👌🙌

Good Biryani, tasted similar to hyd almost but service was awful.. Long waiting despite vacant seats. No manager to look after services. Wish the owner or hyderabad Brand people look after it and save it from ruining the brand image.

Worst service compared to other paradise locations. Biriyani is served cold even after replacement. Taste is completely different from other paradise locations. No maintenance. Too costly Not worth for money. Waste of time to visit this branch.

Biryani with unique taste. Not much crowded always. Tastey tea and famous cookies served here with reasonable price.

I don't know, this is really paradise biryani center?????? how this center is running on Guntur??? height cost I paid for waste food. Hello paradise this is tell to. ur worst table received coustmers any one didn’t came to table. they didn’t take any order to coustmer In table they didn’t clean the table. Plz do received the customers in table. I tell to u I facing the issues is in mainly two locations in Vijayawada & guntur very worst staff. I facing the issue in Vijayawada one month back I go to sit in a chair in Vijayawada branch I am waiting 20 after I loudly hello is their any budy is their in table then after one server came & take my order 2 days back in guntur I will go and sit in table 10 minutes. They no one came finally I called server he get a signal. Means wait 2 minutes sir then I will wait another 5 to 7 minutes they didn’t any response to me. My dignity I leave a paradise biryani worst outlets. Thanku.
