We truly enjoyed our two nights in this lodge. The staff was superb(!) and so friendly, the food was excellent (loved the fruit and the many vegetarian options!!👍), and generally, we felt very well-taken care of. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and decorated with a lot of beautiful details. The price was definitely very high for us and therefore it was for sure an “only-once-in-our-lives” experience, but this was truly spectacular and will stay in our memories forever.

Staying at this Lodge was a magnificent experience. Located in the heart of the park it is a luxurious oasis of clean rooms, nice pool, great restaurant and the occasional monkey crossing your path. In the evening you have the perfect views if the wildlife passing by. Amazing.

The location is perfect for Photography safari in Amboseli National Park. Accommodation is really nice , surroundings fabulous with all array of wildlife passing through the grounds including Zebras, Wildebeests , Impala, monkeys etc. The restaurant manager, Stephen was an amazing host . I suffered a severe hamstring rupture 2 days before my trip and was in severe pain through out the holiday. Stephen went out of his way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including assisting me select my meals and delivering to my room as I was in too much pain to sit in the Restaurant. Overall the staff were amazing.

Had a ceiling fan! Must lock doors because of the monkeys! Great property, wonderful staff. Water, soda, alcohol cost extra. They have a gift shop with branded merch! Pool was cold but spacious. Could see zebras from the rooms patio! No escort needed and didn't have to stay in room once it got dark. Buffet only. Decent selection but mostly indian.

This place is an oasis in a desert. It brings a calm to the dust and heat of amboseli park. The animals roam free and you get to experience the monkeys, giraffes, impalas, snakes, zebras etc as you have your meal. It overlooks the Amboseli National park so the view is most definitely a win. The rooms are cosy, clean and warm. A ceiling fan is available and a screen door when it gets too hot. The bathroom/washroom is equipped with basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, shower caps, sanitary bags, toilet paper, towels, bath robes and slippers. Hair drier, electric kettle, writing pad, pen and work station/ dresser is well spaced and has enough storage space. The closet is spacious enough for a camping bag or medium sized suitcase to fit inside. No tv in the rooms, there’s one in the bar/lounge if you need to catch up to a sports game or news. Food is fresh and delicious. The chefs, and waiting staff are super friendly and helpful. Reception is super friendly and can help organise game drives and other activities around the hotel. High recommendation.

Apparently it’s one of the best lodges in the park. It has all the amenities of a modern hotel with a very friendly staff. You can see wildlife from the comfort of the open terrace while enjoying a drink, tea or African style coffee. The rooms are comfortable, decent size and very clean. Guests can enjoy a full board with buffet style restaurant. Variety of choices is good. You’ll find also masai people at the lodge which can give you insight in their way of living and culture

It is awesome place. Very artistic the rooms are very colorful and beautiful. The restaurant has variety of food and has many vegetarian options. Great place to take pictures of Mount Kilimanjaro if we step few feet from the entrance. We stayed for two nights.

The entire lodge staff was excellent. From our greeting upon arrival and after every return from our game drives. We needed fans in our room and they located some for us and it was very comfortable. The manager of the Dining room couldn’t have over seen a better staff. Our boxed breakfast/lunches were very good. The gift shop had everything you could need/want and the quality and pricing was very good. I would recommend ASL to anyone traveling in or near the Amboseli National Park.

Great place to stay when going to Amboseli, I loved that the lodge is operated by renewable energy and not using plastic bottles. Free tea and coffee on the balcony with a park view was awesome. Gift shop was fun to explore and reasonably priced for those who want to buy some souvenirs (not too cheap but save your energy and time 😁) also they provide postal service. We bought some postcards and stamps and sent greetings to our family back home. Our room had a little outside space where you can sit and enjoy watching the monkeys 🙈

Really nice Lodge in the Amboseli. Great location, great staff, great rooms, great pool area. Animals inc. Zebra, Buffalo & Gazelles pass the back of the hotel every evening which is a great sight! Also, a pair of Elephants showed up just before breakfast too! Would return for sure.

Nestled away from the rest of the lodges is a lovely property where staff are extremely hospitable and courteous making your stay in amboselli memorable. The rooms are a bit cramped when compared to their other properties and can get warm inside too inspite of it being winter. The food is good with a decent spread for everyone and the ambiance and amenities on offer is lovely too.

Lovey hotel, very beautiful environment. Awesome staff who are friendly and welcoming. Delicious food oooh the meat, very nice. Only concern is the swimming pool is too cold to swim even on a very hot day, please do something. Otherwise loved it.

I think the management is VERY POOR! They had water on our restaurant table so we figured it was included in our meal but upon checking out, we found that they charged us for all the meals wether you had it or not. Also, our toilet was leaking onto our floor so we put a towel closely around it so we didn't get our socks wet again. WHEN THE MAID SERVICE CAME IN, THEY HUNG THE TOWEL BACK UP! Pretty obvious what the towel was for! Food was good & otherwise it was ok but I'd choose another place for sure!
