Hiked
Namanga
Hills.
Lets
just
say,
it
was
the
hardest
hike
by
far.
Your
terrain
is
straight
up
with
no
clear
path
really,
you
are
in
the
middle
of
the
forest
and
be
mindful
of
the
spikey
or
thorn
trees,
its
like
they
just
grab
at
your
arms
and
hair
when
trying
to
stomp
down
qre
crawlnunder
to
pass.
Yes
its
hot
but
wear
sometype
of
sleeves
or
those
sleeves
golfers
where.
My
arms
are
so
scartched
up.
If
you
are
not
in
shape
this
will
be
a
challenge
and
i
just
rolled
out
of
bed
pretty
much..
on
the
hike
dowm
its
very
steep
and
the
rocks
are
sleepery
and
you
are
at
a
fast
pace
because
of
how
steep
and
gravity
will
push.
Definetly
grab
you
a
walking
stick
to
help
balance.
I
would
take
two
bottles
of
bottle,
one
will
not
be
enough.
Take
a
small
bag
to
carry
only
those
two
bottles,
any
thing
else
becomes
so
heavy
as
you
get
tired.
They
say
its
so
simple,
there
is
nothing
simple
about
this
hike,
it
maybe
shorter
but
not
simple.
Where
shoes
that
offer
traction
as
some
parts
the
dirt
is
very
soft.
The
magic
of
this
hike
is
reaching
the
top
and
looking
at
the
Beauty
of
Kenya.
