On site they charge a different amount for delivery then they call asking for a much higher amount for delivery and negotiate, next day they call asking for some advance payment even though had chosen cash on delivery, without which they refuse to deliver. Fabulous Kenya keeps on giving with this wonderful Serena lodge at the foot of Kilimanjaro! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable, however it is the amazing staff that really are the highlight! Also the the delicious buffet, thank you chefs, a lovely African Indian fusion! A special thanks to the MANAGER who coordinated a special dinner for me and my husband on the occasion of his birthday! We were spoilt by ANDREW who served us at the pool. Thank you Andrew for the most special experience and your wonderful service. What an unforgettable time. The Amboseli reserve has large flat plains where viewing animals is a delight. We saw Hippos, Lions, Giraffes, Elephants, Hyena and so many more!! We'll be back! :-)

Good accommodations and very tasty food in the lodge restaurant! Monkeys 🐒 and lizards 🦎 all around, also beautiful birds 🐦 🦜. Sounds of nature especially at night 😉. Keychain for the rook key is amazing!!)) The only thing this lodge is missing to be the perfect place to stay is view on Mount Kilimanjaro.
