Lovely 😍 wonderful scenic place. Enjoyed to the full . The food room service staffs all great . Perfect place for family outing 👌No issues to point out. But special mention of Mr Dilip the event manager 🤔 very nice and interesting person. Appreciate his dedication to the job as he enjoys it. So are other staffs all ☺. The night lighting of the entire resort was heavenly. 4 days went just like 👍 that. One special mention was the food at reasonable resort Buffet SIMPLY AWESOME 👌 YOU will be spoilt for choices. Pool, gym, cycling, indoor activities all great 👍 👌

The location of this property is awesome, inside the jungle, the serenity I look for in such breaks. The area is huge and you need golf carts to reach most of the rooms. Food is very nice with plethora of options and could have been perfect with choices of meats in breakfast. The hospitality of the staff are awesome and very helpful in every manner.

I stayed at Sterling Wayanad recently, and I can't say enough about their fantastic service. The staff was super friendly and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The hospitality was top-notch, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was amazing. They had a diverse menu that suited different tastes, and the presentation was excellent. The restaurant staff were attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. The overall vibe at Sterling Wayanad was peaceful, surrounded by the beautiful natural scenery. The facilities were well-maintained, and the resort had plenty of activities for guests. The evening activities in the banquet hall, led by Dileep,was filled with fun and laughter and brought guests together. I highly recommend Sterling Wayanad to anyone looking for excellent service, cozy accommodation, and a memorable vacation. Big thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Pros: We had an amazing holiday. Resort and the service was excellent. Food is tasty and had good variety of options. Cons: Activities are charged additional ( Zipline, Pottery, VR games) could have included as part of room packages. More of Outdoor activities need to be added like badminton, cricket, etc.. Overall is a good place to spend time with family, friends and children

We went to Sterling between 27th Oct to 30th Oct 2023. We were under the impression that it is a 5 star property and we will get services accordingly. Let me start with what's good - Location is nice and pretty quite. - Some of the staff members were nice as they helped us understanding what places we should visit. Now let's talk about the Bad part. 1) CLEANLINESS - It's horrible, we were given a blanket with BLOOD Strain on it. When we asked the staff to change it, we were told all blankets has Blood Strains. This is not expected from a 5 star resort. 2) FOOD - The taste is normal, but the staff is not professional. The dinner timings are between 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. However at 9:45 pm we saw staff started taking the food from buffet which resulted in no food for guests who has paid for dinner services. 3) ROOM SERVICE - You have to wait for a long time to get the service. These were the major points that i also mentioned in the feedback form and also highlighted to Manager.

Amazing experience. A good resort surrounded by forest. You can see deers 🦌 on the approach road during early morning or late evening. Rooms are excellent. We had suite and it was amazing. Good facilities in the resort. Food was okay in the restaurant. You gotta go early during buffet timing to have whole variety. Refill in buffet area is a little slow. You may have to wait for a dish to be refilled and lose appetite during wait. Overall amazing experience.

Great resort and well maintained. You will find yourself amidst nature. If lucky you can see deer and elephants. Such a serene view. Breakfast needs improvement. Less breakfast options and not heated properly. We stayed for two days but options were more or less the same. Service also needs to be improved. They are short staffed for now. La cart dinner took too much time. Food was tasty though. We tried bamboo biryaani and it was delicious. You will spot a lot of monkeys but harmless. I will visit here again for sure.

Wonderful staff, great rooms and a wonderful little property by sterling. We were a group of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The gym, pool etc were closed due to covid protocols, but the staff were wonderful enough to provide us board games in the room.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The service and food was very good. The location is also good. But the rooms need renovation. It's old and felt for the price they could do some renovation and make it a bit modern. Also could include some more complimentary activities

We visited the resort for our anniversary and it's a beautiful resort with awesome off beat location.Signals will not come here due to forest area and be connected with WiFi. It has all amenities including kids play area, fish pond, in house activities like adventure and many laid back activities for staycation also. Chefs are very good, with South Indian, North Indian and tandoori cuisine but you have to mention your taste buds. Buffet spread was also nice and they've a buggy to move around the resort. Special mention for our candle light dinner arranged along with great service and behave by Pratap who was intern here. Overall experience was great with service all bit slow. Rooms are quite spacious even the classic one has a balcony to sit to sip in tea. We're from North India and was not expecting good food.

Excellent well managed property. Very courteous,efficient staff. Restaurant serves good tasty food. Resort has a well managed discovery & activity centre which conducts good nature activities. And thanks to Mr Dilip for the fun activities conducted by him . My son enjoyed very well .

Amazing experience. The food is great and the place is pet friendly, they gave proper bed and a separate menu for my dog. Special shout-out to the spa and my care provider Vijitha. She really has magic in her hands, lovely massage I was very comfortable. All girls if you're visit sterling do book yourself this relaxing spa experience you'll thank me. More like you'll thank Vijitha. Over all a lovely experience.

Excellent rooms and great service as always. Wonderful resort in the midst of jungle. Good spread of food and lots of activities to engage ourselves inside the resort. If they can offer sight seeing packages like other Sterling Resorts, it would be the icing on the cake.

Sterling Wayand’s location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and serene hills. The accommodation was excellent, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The amenities, including the pool and spa, added to the overall enjoyment. In conclusion, Our stay at Sterling Wayanad was nothing short of remarkable.

Food is good.payasam is awesome. Spa and massage needs upliftment. Only one person doing massage the whole day is ridiculous.

Rooms are good but room service is too bad, have to wait too much (20 mins average) Location is too far from main wayanad All attraction places are atleast 1hr + away. Staff is average not too good nor too bad. Maintenance and management very bad all buggys of the resort was out of service for 1 day. Had to walk and go to our room at night.

Pleasant stay (Studio Premier). Spacious room, sufficient activities within the resort (indoor games, archery, zip-line, kids playground), for leisure there's a spa, swimming pool and some entertainment activities. Amazing food (good choice for vegetarians as well), the front desk arranges for local sightseeing and pick-up and drop. ~10km from bus stand, however a bit far from the various sightseeing places in Wayanad.

Excellent Resort. Nice and very cooperative staff. Restaurants are also very good. They accommodate all kind of food requirements, like we needed pure Jain food and they served it with great enthusiasm. Their restaurant representative Prateek was very helpful.

If you are looking for a getaway alongside of nature then this would be a right choice. Very beautiful place and the staffs are very cordial and welcoming. The whole property is maintained very clean, the property its also kids friendly the have board game, games and other activities inside the property. No bar or liquor is served inside the property it seems they are not licensed, I would request you to check with the property on that while booking if you are a social drinker like me....

Beds are too soft. Very difficult to sleep Toiletries not refilled daily. Had to ask for it. Towels not replaced daily. Had to ask for it Water pressure not good in room 408. Restaurant menu is limited. Many items not available. Looks like they want you to take buffet ! I don't like buffet Overall good. Staff well mannered and want to please.

We had been here during Diwali break in the peak season, still the services provided by them were flawless. Mr Dilip managed to engage the children as well as the elderly during any time of the day, he was always cheerful, energetic and ready to provide guidance to plan day trips. He even managed to celebrate the Children 's day for all the Children. The indoor play areas and activities were added attraction.The food was very good, both local cuisine and other cuisines. The rooms were located in the midst of the forest, the swimming pool was clean and nice, the spa was of very high standard and quite value for money. In short the place has something to offer for all kinds of tourists. A perfect holiday spot in a nutshell.

Great place! calm and green environment, Nice clean cottages. We stayed with family and friends for 3 days. Buffet was good. Desserts were less and a few dishes were repeated everyday. Yet tasty meal. Over all I liked the place!!

Overall it's okay. The location is very interior and there is no mobile network. Jio sometimes work. Even broadband is not that great at the hotel. Location is very interior. The hotel room is big with good bed, toiletries etc. Food is just okay. Do not expect North Indian taste. The property is good.

Place is good , we enjoyed our stay their . Food(Lunch) buffet price are really high in comparison to quality. It's around 1000 per person. Which is quite high .And staff will promote to take that.

😊 Well maintained resort, nice staffs, Restaurant was good but not up to a 4* level. All staffs including restaurant well mannered and helpful. Swimming pool was good and we enjoyed. Rooms are good (neat and tidy)privacy was well considered. Natural beauty maintained. 😔 The location of resort is far away from main road, no shops/restaurant nearby. Kids playing area was small.

We loved the overall experience of the resort and had a great time throughout our stay. We were very happy with Mr. Dileep who always made sure we were having a wonderful stay. He is a real asset to the resort. We absolutely loved the food that was served. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Location is awesome and in itself is a good place to spend your time. Staff were very responsive. Discover center in charge(Dileep) made days memorable with games and events Kitchen was bit slow and can get crowded at peak time, so plan well. House keeping planning/coordination can improve as we found room to be checked in was not kept well, but immediately cleaned once we complained.

Excellent resort in waynad. I think most guests are coming here as members. I was a regular travel portal booked client. My experience was good. Even though the cottages were not allotted rooms were good

Good place. Enjoyed the forest trekking organised by the team. Learnt a lot too. It really gives a good feel when you learn the history and geography of the place. I think it's always busy so the housekeeping team needs to catch up. The place is peaceful. A good place to unwind

Very accommodating staff and service. Food was good, the ambience was amazing, location was amidst the nature, actives for each day, never a dull moment they were on top of everything. They even decorated the room and got a cake for my birthday.

Amazing place to stay. Located in the wilderness and resort itself is self sufficient. You have a set of activities which can be done within campus. Lot of families stay here for the vacations so kids will have decent company. Resort guys organize some weekend events as well. Sultan Bathery is the closest place from here.

Dileep from Discovery Central as everyone mentioned has been putting efforts to make guests stay an enjoyable and hospitable one. Resort is one of the new properties of Sterling chain and boasts of being in the jungle with low to no mobile connectivity. It does add to the peace you’d want in a jungle resort, but I’d personally prefer having small mobile booster towers erected by Sterling for seamless connectivity. Food was good and rooms were pretty well maintained for our liking (1-BR suite) Buffet spread was decent and staff were accommodating to demands. All new trainees were very professional too in the dining area. Swimming pool attendant may need to show more presence as we often were kept waiting for towels to be delivered.

Spacious rooms with spacious balconies. Plenty of birds chirping, is a feast to the eyes and ears. It offers a good forest feel, and far from the crowd. The slope is gradual so the view of the horizon isn't there, but inside plants are maintained very well. Breakfast is good, but both lunch and dinner were below average.

Travelled there from Kannur on Christmas day. Took me around 3.5 hours, approx 136 kms. Good location, away from Sultan Bathery town. Had been there to meet a friend who had come to stay there as guest. 61 rooms, single and double. Well protected property with compound wall. In the front of the property you will find teak wood forest. Ambience is great. Got a chance to be at the restaurant, good ambience. Buggy ride available. Pleasant climate. Courteous staff. Pets allowed:-)

Amazing lush green property. The pool is big and well maintained. The depth is 4 feet throughout, yet the vastness balances it out. The service is great. The staff are very kind. Wide variety of food options available in the buffet. Lots of in house activities are also available.

Well maintained property with good, hygienic rooms. The buffet served -both dinner and break fast- was simply awesome. The only thing to be improved is house keeping ( to them, it's because of the shortage of the staff, due to the restriction of Govt. in relation with Covid). Overall, it's one of the worth visiting places with all kinds of fecilities and proximity to wild life.

Wonderful place to stay in Waynad. I stayed with my family from June 1 - 4, 2023. Situated in the dense forest. Lovely atmosphere. Food, hospitality, staffs are excellent. Only issue is your will not get mobile phone signal.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, serene family vacation at Sterling WAyanard. Enjoyed thoroughly. The beauty of nature is stunning. The highlight of the stay was the wonderful spa treatment. My husband and I took Abhanga Ayurvedic massage and it was the best massage I’ve experienced. Staff were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. The food also was good, and staff very friendly. Highly recommend!
