Never a dull moment. The Manager is always friendly and keen to receive his guests and so proud of the accomplishments and the great service the give. There's always coffee and tea available. Great selection at the bar. The Breakfast is amazing with the Boat Cruise (Breakfast or Dinner Cruise) Dinner was great! Atmosphere is quiet but tranquil. Kid friendly!

Nice place, kind stuff. Lots of activities. Boat cruises are recommended! You can see a lot of animals right from the balconies. Campsites with view on the river, you can even hear the hippos swimming during the night!

Thank you Ralph and your friendly staff for a wonderfull stay!! We were so impressed that we went back to stay a extra 4 days. Staff is so helpfull and friendly and those who do they game trips and bird watching trips are very noligable. Its an exceptional lodge along the okavango river and so much to offer. From lions roaring, elephants trunking , fish eagles calling and hippos playing in the water .The boat trips and food is something special. Its like paradise. We travelled over 12000km through Namibia and it was the best stay by far

It has been a nice stay , excellent , scenic location and activities would recommend bufallo park and river cruise. Nice food. But the rooms .. Well could be better , their are a bit old..WiFi isnt working in the rooms... but anyway I would come again

The campsites are amazing. I didn’t get to do any of the activities but I will definitely stay there again if I get a chance.

It says it's a 3-star hotel, but I think it should be 4. Great service, delicious food, excellent location and activities. It was my second stay here and it only got better!

Absolutely amazing campsite. Beautiful river view from each spot. Many clean and comfortable toilet with showers. Incredible breakfast and/or dinner on the river cruise.

Very comfortable cabins and tents on the water's edge. The restaurant-bar area is enchanting and the food was some of the best we had in Namibia. Above all - the team is wonderful! Maddy and her staff made us feel like house guests and friends of the family. The breakfast boat cruise and afternoon game drive in the reserve must not be missed. The guides on both trips went out of their way to ensure we had great viewings and inform us about everything we saw.
