Very nice place, in a quiet area a bit on the hills and not very far from downtown. Rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. Personals are very helpful and friendly. And the swimming pool, a bit cold at that time, was still appreciated by my children. The restaurant is excellent. Wifi is weak in the rooms but well working in the central area. We had a pleasant stay in Family before departing from Windhoek.

From an international standards point of view....Well done and Thank you guys you just tick all the points the right way...very friendly and helpfull staff...secure parking....modern ambieance...very CLEAN rooms and fresh linen. Lovely shower for after a long day's work. A proper swimming pool for our hot summers. Then the amazing breakfast the morning after with their own coffee blend ☕ Everything Freshly prepared each day, from fresh fruits to homebaked bread and muffins with variety of cold cuts and cheeses and whatever else you would like...i only saw and smelled the amazing 3 coarse dinners they prepared everytime. On my next visit i will need to try the A La Carte menu myself....well done fellow Namibians!

Colin and his Team did a fantastic Job. The house itself is already absolutly marvelous. Most was as expected and the rest was even better. Wonderful breakfast and the beer at the pool was an absolute Highlight. Thanks for all.

Small and charming hôtel. The staff is great and kind. Meals are very good and the choice of wines is perfect. There is a swimming pool to cool down after a hot day. Can be recommended.

Hotel isolated from center in a calm neighbourhood which is fine if you drive. Room and bathroom large but lacking any character which is not normal for the price charged. Manager a bit too pressing at consumption. No cocktails available at the restaurant. Swimming pool long but water not heated so a bit too cold in march. Be carreful if you go there from march to october. Floor very slippery around it once wet = dangerous for kids. Overall it is the only hotel we were disappointed of during our stay in namibia. We could have found better for the same price or cheaper for the same quality.

This was our first stop on our holiday in Namibia. The hotel is what you want in Windhoek, clean, friendly, modern and safe. The showers are very good and air conditioning is provided. Wifi is also provided but restricted to the main lobby area.

An excellent small boutique bed and breakfast/hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is awesome. Only 9 rooms with highly personalized service from the staff. Meals are prepared to your liking and with lots of personal touch.
