We visited this place as a group of tourists from South Africa end of May. We were served by Penny two days in a row. Her service was more than excellent, she really listened to us, gave recommendations, she spoke in a sweet respectful manner. Food was also amazing, I had fresh oysters and Fish. I would recommend this place over and over. When you get there ask for Penny, she is the best of the best. Thank you again Penny Penny

This restaurant is an exquisite gem, graced with panoramic ocean vistas and conveniently situated adjacent to a playground for children. I had the pleasure of ordering the delightful Namibian-style fried chicken, which proved to be an extraordinary culinary experience, leaving me thoroughly impressed.

This place is the perfect romantic dinner spot. With breathtaking views of (your partner😊) and the ocean right next to you, seeing the perfect sunset whilst enjoying your dinner. It is family friendly aswell, kids can play on the jungle gym whilst the family enjoys their scrumptious dinner. 10/10

Very delicious food and cocktails, professional and friendly staff, perfect location to view the sunset or have a nice view of the ocean while enjoying your meal and a great atmosphere. Prices are a bit above average, but totally worth the experience. Definetely recommend this place to anyone wanting a special "close to the ocean" dining experience.

The food and the service was absolutely excellent! The seafood platter was amazing, so was the carpacio. Great wine, nice view.

Great restaurant. Food was good. Staff friendly ( Penny ). My wife had hot lemon water to be charge R10 which they call lemon latte. Really! No smile on managers face but other than that sea view is good from restaurant

Absolutely loved this restaurant, for the food BUT more so for the customer service. A big shout out to Penny - her service is just unforgettable, amazing and just welcoming. She has set the bar very high. Highly recommend BlueGrass.

We've been there at our last Namibia trip, and what should I say, it is one of the beste restaurants I've ever been. Not limited to Namibia. The steak was juicy and perfectly medium. And also the snails, really tender, just amazing. Can recommend that restaurant to everyone. I want to mention Shoopala especially. We've been there twice but the service with him wos really TOP level.

What an amazing experience 👌🏼 A definite must visit, for any occasion. Whether dining, lunch or just a 🍻 drink. The menu is broad and tasteful with so many favorite options to choose from, and prices are reasonable. The service is really good and the food, OMW is even better! The decor is classy, yet warm and inviting. We had a great view of the ocean, a window view. Was a bit chili outside, but they have great seating inside aswell. It is wheelchair ♿ accessible, with parking close by. There was a lady with a wheelchair and she could easily be menouvoured between the seats. Bathroom are clean, and it's mommy friendly. I would just recommend them to make the entrance more visible, it's a bit confusing where to enter at. Gwen was our waitress, and she was really good. Prost 🥂 🍻

Very good food and a great ocean view! My favorite is the 300g filet steak! Prices are absolutely fair. Parking directly at the restaurant. You can sit inside and outside. In the evening you get the sundowner for free 😎 Meanwhile it's my favorite restaurant in Swakopmund 👌

We turned up without a reservation and luckily got a table. I’d advise you to book because it does get busy. The food was super tasty. We ordered the macaroni cheese, coleslaw, onion rings and coconut stir fry and shared a chocolate mouse for dessert. Our waitress was Natasha and she was great. Attentive, considerate and very friendly. We liked her very much. This place is one of my top recommendations if you’re in Swakopmund. Please do go and the sunset view is amazing :)

Very nice food and they have a lot of options of foods. Very friendly staff and very helpful! 100% recommend to eat here.

Beautiful view, ordered calamari which tasted terrible, but did not complain at the moment, but woke up during the night with food poisoning. Phoned the manager the next day to inform them about it and the only response was that she will have the kitchen look at it. Unfortunately not a very pleasant experience.

Great food, service & views. Had some of the best calamari & deconstructed sushi. Service was some of the best in Namibia, with managers frequently doing rounds at all tables to ensure guests are all good. Booking in advance is essential particularly in peak season & evenings. Menu seems pricy but excellent value for money with portions being generous & big. Views of the sea are great with North side being a personal favourite.
