What a special place to visit in Swakopmund. Situated in the tourist walkway close to Woollies, this ice cream shop has every single ice cream flavour you can possibly think of! The shop is very popular. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shop is neat and organized. A lot of seating is available to enjoy your ice cream with friends and family. Two entrances for ease of access. Owners are very polite and super nice people. 👍

Great ice cream but I was astounded when I interacted with the owner. I have 2 toddlers- I bought 2 ice creams and cones for them and as toddlers are- after 1 lick they decided they didn't want to eat it in that moment. Not wanting to waste the ice cream I asked the owner if I could please have a small empty cup just to put the ice cream into so it wouldn't melt. He looked at me and told me I would be charged for it. Surprised I asked "for an empty paper cup?" And he said yes and then proceeded to work out how much the cup would cost. I have been to pretty much every restaurant with my toddlers in swakopmund and have only encountered friendliness and understanding when toddlers mess or need more napkins or an extra takeaway cup. So I was quite shocked. I was told it would cost 3 dollars for the extra cup which I would be happy to pay. Turns out I just had my card and no cash and so he begrudgingly gave me the cup. I did feel most unwelcome. We are locals and I love supporting local businesses but it was very uncomfortable.

Great ice cream but service is very poor. Staff close before closing because they do not want to serve more customers. What a pity for the owner to trust staff that is a downfall to his/her business.

Well worth the time to visit. They have a great selection of flavours. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. I had the salted caramel and nosh scoops.

I love the method of paying first before you get the ice cream as it prevents you from having ice cream melt on you while still trying to swipe. They have so many flavors to choose from and I love their water fountain. Great place to watch birds

Very good selection of tasty gelato. There didn't seem to be a seating area; if there was, it was closed for some reason. The central location makes for a good pit-stop as an afternoon pick-me-up when everyone's energy is running low!
