Visited the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Food was above average but the venue was awesome. The access road to the restaurant is an adverture on its own.

Only had dinner occasion. Great food. Lots of food. Service excellent. Secure parking. Quiet . Take your special friend for dinner here.

I had great time at Prospectors Inn Hotel: the view and deco is A-grade, the design is superb 👌 Facilities are classic and outstanding if compared to anything in Luderitz apart from Nest hotel 🏨 The service is satisfactory though it needs a revamp, all-in-all, it's a remarkable hideout and peace-of-mind facility.

Unfortunately very bad experience at this place (and by far the worst I had in Namibia). Waited 90 minutes (perhaps it was actually even more) to be served at the end an uncooked partially raw fish (as even the waiter admitted). Even after reserving and being told "no problem sir, it is actually a calm night....". The ridiculous reason was that they had too many customers to serve at the same time. Interesting enough for a restaurant: such "too many customers" consisted of another table in addition to ours (2 people at ours and can't remember if 5 or 7 at the other table). The fish was sent back and not charged but still I had what was supposed to be a nice dinner with my girlfriend completely ruined.

We were the first to stay in room 1, and what a treat! The service was friendly, the lunch and breakfast was good! Will be back in June 2020... ! Prospectors Inn puts Lüderitz accommodation into a new dimension.

What a place. Awesome people. We had very good food, breakfast, dinner was a braai to die for. The rooms is awesome, a perfect fit to the name and the history of this place. We will be back for more
