Warm, friendly hosts. Delicious food, home grown vegetables and fresh eggs. Very Clean and comfortable room with fan and air conditioning. Quiet area. Provided Complementary soap and shampoo as well as mosquito repellent spray. Spacious shaded communal seating area with lots of greenery around. An overall great experience. Will definitely book again when in Rundu.

What a wonderful place! Home away from home and the best food in Namibia. Everything is clean, the hosts go out of their way to assist with any questions - we now know where to buy the best biltong in Rundu and a few other local secrets. One of the best guest houses where I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot across the African continent! Thank you Alda and Tjaart, for this wonderful oasis.

Realy nice place with warmhearted service visiting the Farmhouse was a real gentle relaxing experience

On our way to the Caprivi our car broke down and had to be fixed so we had to make an unforseen stop in Rundu at the Urban Farm House and we are happy our car broke down and we got to see this place. It really is a farm oasis in the middle of the lively town of Rundu. It is a beautiful place with family atmosphere, homecooked meals enjoyed with the whole family, nice conversations in the evening with a glass of beer. The hosts are super welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and have everything you would need. Thank you very much, we will come back. Chris&Nadine

Great place to stay in Rundu

Super clean, spacious and perfectly organised campground in the center of Rundu. Very safe. And last but not least: super friendly and passionated hosts. Dogs and cats are super cute and well educated. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastics hosts, who also cook Breakfast and Dinner - deliscious !! Very comfortable, clean en-suite room. Dinner served at loong table with all guests and hosts - really enjoyable time.

Rundu is not the prettiest town but once behind the gates of the Urban Farm Haus you are 'home'. The owners are great hosts and there is always a drink of choice available. The home-cooked meals and breakfasts were superb. Meals are a family concern with all guests getting to know one another. The room was large and very comfy. Off street parking was secure. The dogs (especially Duke) helped to make us feel at home. We stayed 2 nights on seperate occasions and can really recommend this homely welcoming guest house.
