This establishment was absolutely disgraceful. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. I came here for a one night stay with my beautiful wife and my two cousins, after spending time camping together in the Yasawa islands, and good riddance was the place atrocious. We walked into our hotel room to find it hot and uncomfortable, as they had left the window open and not turned on the air conditioner. The place looked a bit old, but that was expected from the photos. The TV initially didn’t turn on, but the friendly staff helped us. The floors where so dirty and the bathroom disgusting. My cousin had to squash two cockroaches in the room. When my wife pulled back the sheets to our disgust there was a big crusty white stain, which was probably some man’s solidified bodily fluids. You have to pay for wifi here too, which in this day in age is honestly unacceptable. There is nothing open near by for dinner apart from a grungy overpriced fast food chicken shop. Not to add that there is a night club across the road, with boomy music that can be heard for miles. To anyone considering this place to stay, do not come here, although the staff are very lovely, there are no other positives that this place has to offer. I wish I could’ve gone back to sleeping in my tent.

The service was horrid and I’m not over exaggerating I had booked a Family room six months before my arrival and they still said all of the family rooms were booked. When they were leading us to our rooms, they said we could have two rooms but they were on two different floors so how was I supposed to supervise everyone if there was only one bed in each room and apparently a superior room makes it superior by having broken glass, power outages, dirty pillows and a shower that doesn’t even work! and not to mention mould milk on the table and a cockroach in the toilet. if that’s a Superior room, I wonder what the regular room is like. we also paid for a taxi that never came and did I mention the shower was moldy?

Stayed at Nadi Downtown for its location to explore the area and for accommodation not too far from the airport. Staff friendly and helpful although the boss kept blocking my hire car in the carpark with his car. The room was depressing and I did try to find another place, unsuccessfully, once I had seen it. Luckily the beds were comfy and there was a kettle.

This place is absolutely atrocious! Under no circumstances should anyone book a stay at this dump. I have no idea how this place has good reviews, but I can tell you from personal experience that I booked for four nights and it was the worst accommodation I have ever encountered. I left the next morning. The supposed selling point is the location. That is completely false. It's situated in the rundown, dangerous part of Nadi. Clubs blare music all night, ensuring you won't get any sleep. There are drunks loitering in front of the "hotel"—and I use that term very loosely. Inside, it feels like walking into a den; the atmosphere is revolting. The old, rickety stairs are crudely patched up, and the one thing I can't get out of my senses is the smell. But that's not even the worst part. The room I received was advertised as a superior room. Trust me, there is nothing superior about it. Quite the opposite. Cracked tiles, cockroaches, old linens, a tiny room, a bathroom infested with mold, missing light covers, a non-functional TV—the list goes on. This place is nothing more than an old, decrepit building that should be condemned and demolished. Don’t just take my word for it; look at the attached pictures.

My experience with Nadi Downtown was all good, in contrast to some previous reviews. Not only the staff was nice, but my room was also quite pleasant (clean, quiet, AC/fan, couch, desk). Breakfast was ok, egg should be included as well.
