The people are very kind, even friendly. But the facilities are very bad, the food is terrible, the shower water is weak, the bathtubs are broken, the Wi-Fi is bad, they can't even order a pizza from outside, they can't lend you a knife to use in the room (I wanted to cut an apple). New sheets and old towels.

This is great option if you are on budget and just looking for a place to stay the night to catch a flight next day. Not recommended if you are expecting a resort experience. For the price point, it's average

The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful upon arrival, our room was fine but the bathroom was gross and needed an update. The pool was very dirty and not swimmable in. The location is okay as short taxi to different places such as port Denarau however there is nothing nearby to walk to etc. Glad we were only staying for one night as it is overpriced.

Disgusting rooms! On arrival our room wasn‘t ready, no towels or toilet paper, had to go to reception to ask for some, grime, mold, unclean bedsheets, maintenance is horrible. Also our bathroom sink had ants all over it. The food here is disgusting, they were short cut with certain meal supplies. — EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. The building here seems very unfinished and looks like a less than half done job. Our bathtub also had a massive hole in it along with a horrible patch work, also it felt very hollow and out of place. This hotel does not provide ANY sort of room service. (No cleaning or upkeeping.) Also the pool is dirty and not kept clean. ‼️DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE‼️

Rooms are unclean and very small with cockaroaches. Water pressure sucks and my tap was nearly broken. They only have hot water sometimes because it's solar powered and the bathrooms are dirty.

Overall, my experience at the Nadi Fancy Hotel was disappointing. While it could suffice for a one-night stay, several issues detracted from its appeal. The staff were not particularly friendly, and their initial reluctance to accommodate my request to change rooms set a negative tone. The first room I was allocated was unacceptably dirty, with dusty, stained bed sheets and extremely grimy curtains. Additionally, the electronic lock malfunctioned due to dead batteries, causing inconvenience during my stay. Although promised prompt resolution, it took hours for the issue to be addressed. The alternative room offered was marginally cleaner. The hotel's location directly under a flight path and its distance from nearby amenities necessitating taxi reliance further detracted from its appeal. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, and the room boasted two large beds and efficient air conditioning. Daily complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. In conclusion, I would not recommend booking at the Nadi Fancy Hotel. Its location is inconvenient, and considering the price, there are probably better alternatives available.

this was my home away from home for 4 nights, friendly accomodating staff, room clean, wasnt 5star but was what i needed, travelled alone and just caught the cab to get around, was cheaper than hiring a car. i would advise for future travellers stayg this long to find accomodation with a kitchen so you can cook your own meals rather than eat around Nadi, unless you eat at the resort restaurants. i would stay here again though, but would opt for a kitchen, so i guess id need an apartment.
