I have been riding my motorbike around Thailand for the last 4 months and The One House has been one of my all time favorite places to stay. To begin with, it’s immaculate and quiet- but not only that the attention to details like plush towels and filling the water heater up were a nice extra for the low price. The rooms upstairs are a little more expensive but so cute!!!! The rooms below are also cute but don’t have as much of an “airy” quality. Highly highly recommended. The owner couldn’t be nicer, super helpful, great English and also cute!!! 😻

Apparently it looks good and actually isn't bad. It's cosy, well managed, good location, friendly staff (English spoken), good breakfast, cheap (400). Rooms have a lack of privacy, since the guesthouse life happens just in front of the room doors: owners family, other guests, breakfast area, parking etc etc. Septic tank is probably close to the top, since the bathroom is stinky 24h. Some chlorine should be advisable for disinfecting and reducing the smell. Water heater is weak, don't open the tap completely if you want a warm shower. Bathroom floor has the wrong slope, since the water don't find the way out. Washbasin loose water on your feet. WC flushing system needs a good maintenance. Owners are planning a new building beside and hopefully they will fix even the old rooms.

They are very helpful, kind and the owner can speak English. It is a very clean guest house with value of money. It is free from noise but close to the city.

The one place you feel like at home and you don't want to leave. Very beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped room. Big fritch, electic kettle, coffee&tea, cookies, big TV, new AC, couch, balcony with table and chairs, .... and so on. Also te host is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good and you can use the free bicycles to explore the city. Next time I will be in Nan I will definitely stay at The One House again.

Beautiful rooms, modern and clean! Free water and hot drink facilities. Good location. Kitchen space is free to use with cutlery for guests. Friendly and helpful owner! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling in Nan.

Nice owner, cute decoration, superb room. Situated at the city's intestine where a part of the way there is quite narrow.

Shared a twin bed room with my friends very comfortable. and the owner can speak English very well and is very helpful his family also run different business nearby food and mini mart very convenient for town can walk but we rented a motorbike to get around and tour enjoyable stay recommended

We had an excellent stay here. The room was clean and had everything you need. The owner was super friendly, he helped us rent a motorcycle. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my 4 nights in this lovely hotel/guesthouse. It is spotlessly clean, comfy, a nice couch, kettle with coffee, drinking chocolate and some free chocolate and sweet biscuits which was nice! Wifi is also quick and tv is new and a smart tv so it's useful. The location is alright not far from most sights in town. They have free bicycles and you can rent a motorbike if needed. The manager was nice. The only negative is I was recommended to the restaurant at the back. I went one morning to try and order some food and got a pretty unhappy look by the lady and asked if have menu and I can order the same food as the others were having. She said I have to write down my order. How can I order it I don't have a menu or know what the food is called??!! She was pretty rude and I will not recommend going there if you don't speak Thai
