It is a nice temple and very interesting. Most of the time was clouded. A beautiful view of the mountains and rice fields. At the moment the area are full of shops, coffee shops. It is not a quiet temple.

The temple is very crowded. Itvis very popular among the locals. This place has so many things that it does not feel like a temple. It has a cafe within it's compound, also a museum, food and souvenir stalls. It' is so mixed with stuffs that I have difficulties on focusing what to to see..

I went there with my mom and sisters in August 2020. It was raining a bit in the morning. I enjoyed looking around and taking photos. They preserved wood equipments for rice processing, tricycle, drums, airmail, lotteries, standard tape measure, toys, phones, cameras, typewriter etc. There are wall arts around the place. I had papaya salad for lunch at a family style restaurant.

Wat Sri Mongol is far beyond a temple! This place is so attractive. It is a true photogenic place combined with culture. Tons of picture of me are being taken here😂. Good view, good decoration that represents Nan pretty well. There are cafes, restaurants and stalls you can grab some food, drinks and stuffs. You can literally spend hours there. Parking lots are available.

As most have stated, this place is more than just a temple. Lots to see including a museum, view points and plenty of photo ops.

Thai Buddhist temple surrounded by rice fields. A great place to chill out and enjoy the view. Ample parking spaces.

A famous and sometimes a bit busy temple along the rice fields of Nan province, located about 50km north of Nan town. Beautiful view over mountains of Doi Phu Kha and a show case of traditional Thai life. Free entrance, free wifi, clean toilets and big parking.

One of a main temple of Pua must visited. Very clean, beautiful with lot of photogenic spots. Also, there is a local market on the side of the temple where you can buy some local snacks and drinks. Also, temple prepares a staircase for everyone to walk down to paddy fields.

The temple is well decorated! It is a large temple where tourists will surely visit when they come to Nan, inside the temple there is Teakwood museum, you may walk around and see the old collectives in the museum. In addition, as the location of the temple is up hill, you may take a full farm view on the second floor. The visit was nice on weekdays, not much people around. There is a big car park just beside the temple, of course it is for free.
