    NICE place to pass through. Roads are average. Suitable for a car drive. Nice Scenery. Remember to use Google Maps or any other Navigation.

    Malewada forest range is located in the district of Gadchiroli and lies 121 Km North-East of the district's capital. Gadchiroli is covered by forest upto 75% of it's whole area. The region is hit by left extremists known as "Naxalites". Malewada is a dense forest region abundant in natural beauty and bio-diversity. The region has small hills covered in greenery which gives a nourishing sight for the eyes. The region of Malewada is connected by road towards the nearby town, villages and to the district's capital, Gadchiroli. Visiting the site is certainly risky but still well worth it. The area is frequented by nature lovers, observers and adventurers through out the year. Durg Rail Way Station is major railway station 138 KM near to Malewada.
