I cannot believe I paid 2100 through MMT for this hotel with a request of early check-in and when I reached the property they charged 400 more for early check-in. In total I paid 2500 and got room and services not even worth 250. Dirty washroom with no amenities - flush not working, a staff entered our room using masterkey. Read it again - staff entered the room with a masterkey while I was in the room!! No respect for guests privacy, had to call on reception for every single thing like toilet paper, water bottles, etc and to my surprise at first I couldn't even make a call since phone in the room was not working. I wish I could rate it even below 1!

This is not a hotel but more of a luxury hostel. They don't have any amenities such as swimming pool, indoor games or gymnasium... They only have a single lift and this hotel is not centrally air conditioned... That means apart from your room no where you will find AC... Also room ACs mostly don't work during the day time (may be because of power issue or God knows)... Also location is a very bad point as they are not located on the main road... Its located at the end of a narrow street so you will not find any market near about... Coming to food it is average and don't take their breakfast option as buffet for breakfast is very limited and service is not also good due to limited no of staff... Cutlery was also not good (was not washed carefully or may be too old)... Overall not more than 2 star... Book this only if you don't find any other hotel in the area and you can't change the dates...

The stay was very pleasant & the staff were very helpful. It was a comfortable stay with all the basic necessities. Check in was seamless & they accept online payments. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds & study table. They complimentary breakfast provided was also tasty with variety of options. They welcomed me with a welcome drink & smile on the face with gave positive vibes.

This Hotel was booked by me multiple times but this time I was highly disappointed by their behaviour. I checked into the hotel on Sunday afternoon and booked for 2 nights. Due to an emergency admission of a close relative to the hospital, I had to check out of the hotel by 5 pm on same evening. I requested the hotel to refund atleast my Monday night stay because on a Monday it's not like they lost out on any booking. They absolutely did not co-operate. They have basically kept my money without me actually using the room. For a refund they demanded a doctor certificate! They really wanted me to tell someone else who was admitted to give a doctor certificate!! I have stayed at many places but this has been the worst experience. Firstly the hotel is not some brilliant property. Second, they asked me to send an email to almost 5 to 6 departments explaining my situation. One important aspect of hospitality industry is putting your clients to easy and helping them with everything possible. This is just sad. It wasn't even a weekend booking that I asked to refund. Please don't book this hotel. Pune has many more cooperative hotels and friendly staff!

Nice, suitable place to come and stay with family and friends when you are visiting Pune. It's a property located in banergaon at quiet and soothing location . In context to rooms required lil bit renovation and room service can be improved a lil bit more.

One of the better 3 star hotels in Pune. The service was good and appreciated. Stay was quite enjoyable. Dinner and lunch served was quick and the quality was fine as well. They provide a microwave, safe and refrigerator in the room itself in case it is needed. A breakfast buffet is available for guests as well which needs improvement. Overall I would recommend staying in the hotel.

The rooms were ok. The plumbing from flush and shower were leaking on 306. However the service is what irritates the most. They take eternity to serve your requests. You have to remind them again and again to get things done. It's horrendous. When I entered the room there wasn't towel or electric kettle. After multiple followups I got all these. Then then kettle provided wasn't working. Again I had to follow up again and again. Was a pathetic experience! Also the approach road was a huge disappointment.

I stayed here with my wife for a business trip to Pune. It took us some effort to drive to this place as it was in a corner place, but that adds up to the quiet and peaceful stay here. The check-in experience was great, they took some time to get the room ready for us and meanwhile offered us some welcome drinks. The room was clean and equipped enough to keep the guests comfortable. The dinner we ordered was overall satisfactory but can be improved. The room service and staff on the other hand was exemplary. The room is quiet and the AC works well. We slept well in the room after a very hectic drive and work day. The room included a water heater which helped me get some warm water in the morning. The washroom offers hot and cold water. The breakfast was complimentary and the buffet option had very few options but all of them were good. The hotel has enough parking space for 2/4 wheelers. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some stay @ Pashan/Baner.

The location is hard to find and often mistaken for another hotel. The place is average when compared to the photos that are put up. The rooms had a stench , the fans were making noise and toilet water leaking and bathrooom window broken. When asked for a room change they said they didnt have spare room to provide. We had changed the room once due to the stench. Probably thats what they provide. Breakfast options are pretty less. Its hardly give a 3 star vibe. One good part about it was the rooms are spacious!

Worst experience. Curtains were all torn up, windows were broken, bathroom taps were leaking, smelly rooms and fan was noisy. Plus the staff was very rude and did not give a replacement room. They even were asking us to leave early than our booking dates due to some technical issues in their system. Not even worth 1 star. Would not recommend to stay at all.

Dreadful place, I've had the worst experience of my life. Extremely rude staff, rooms with AC not working, water clogging in the bathroom, and lights flickering in the middle of the night. Wasted my money and my private time in this pathetic property. Not recommended at all !

If you plant your stay in Baner, this is a decent place to camp up. Good room service, but hotel amenities are average, also lacks basic hospitality gestures.

The hotel is located in a residential society so the Ola/Uber cabs avoid coming to the hotel. Rooms are good. I didn't taste the food.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days Overall a good experience. Rooms: Spacious & Clean. Only issue with the washroom basin pipe except this everything is good. Service: Service is too good with lunch & dinner facilities (Need to pay separately). Veg & non veg options are also available. Patil & the service boys are good. Location: Location is near to Baner Aundh main road just need to go inside from main road but due to which the place is calm & quiet.
