Place is Good for Candle Light Dinner with Family & Loved Ones Food is good .In Hotel you get the bath tub facility .a/c room service including privacy options, But in deluxe rooms two beds are jointed which make the sleep more uncomfortable. Overall nice experience.

1. Did a late check in with my family. We landed at 12 in pune so after dinner we reached there by 1:30 am, the main door was closed and no watchman or anything at the door to let us in. 2.After 10 minutes of calling the app that i used for Booking, they contacted hotel manager, and he sent a guy and let us in the hotel. 3. We had booked a triple sharing room, the manager tells us that you have just booked triple sharing, but for an extra bed you have to pay 800 extra, otherwise you have to adjust on the same bed. 4. The lift doesn't work, he started the lift for 5 mnts to get us the luggage on the third floor, but soon shut it down and even in the day, it wasn't working. 5. There are no passage lights, the lock knob from within the room is broken And Near the lock in the door, there is a hole of 2-3 inches. 6. I requested manager for one hour or at least 30 minutes late check out, and i got told no in a very cold way. 7. The management doesn't seem to care at all about guest's comfort. 8. The rooms are extremely small and unclean. 9. The water heater doesn't work.and the bathrooms are in extremely bad state. In essence, dont book this hotel based on the photos you see online, might as well book a small room somewhere else.

Undoubtedly the "Best butter chicken in town". Beautiful ambience. Once upon a time this place was full of hustle bustle but post COVID there's hardly any crowd. The service though is impeccable and the food is delicious, but the menu was redracted a bit. Overall awesome experience.

Worst hotel ever! Totally wasted our evening. 1.5 hrs for delivery after ordering in unique way..breads served earlier then submit served almost after half an hour. Would never visit again and nor will be recommending to anyone. If you have extra money and would like purchase irritation, frustrations, spoil your evening then only consider visiting this hotel. Pathetic.

I wish there were 0 stars to be honest,you guys have audacity to keep a nan worth 40-50 rupees, why don't you turn it into a dhabha! poor hotel service, staff is literally quarreling and fighting rite in front of us and they have no shame in accepting that they are incompetent in serving good food. Please focus of food and services more than your virtual Rajwada ambience.

My friend used to stay here during pre-COVID, so I wanted to try this hotel for a one-night stay. This is not a hotel, it's a lodge with zero standards. The lift was broken, so I had to take the stairs, and the room boy did not assist me in carrying my luggage; instead, he simply walked in front of me, despite the fact that I had two bags with me. The rooms are really bad. dreadful cleaning, cracked bath tub, and broken vanity counter and AC with a huge noise. uncomfortable mattress. The bath towel seemed like a brush with hard bristles.I booked the hotel with breakfast, but when I arrived in the morning, they said there was no breakfast. I would never recommend it to my friends

Rajwada has lost its charm. The once lit up and vibrant place lies all dingy and empty. There was a staff of four handling the entire place. Each item in the order took 30 minutes each to show up at our table. Food was okay. Service was terrible.

We had to return from hotel without having food. There was very low staffing on 18 Jun 2023 at Night Time.. We almost waited for more than 20 mins for someone to come at our table and take food order from us.. Unfortunately no one even bother to ask why we are leaving.. Really a bad customer service experience from such a reputed hotel..!

*critical review* Starting right from the ambience till the service offered here, nothing was worth the money. The ambience was dull and the staff was very unbothered. Food quality was okay-ish and well nothing here was worth the upto the mark. Food cost was unnecessarily higher. Not really recommended

Conveniently located in a quiet residential area near Aundh Baner junction for usual Family Functions, Celebrations & even Small Weddings. Fairly popular Restaurant for Veg Non Veg cuisine.

Located slightly away from busy Baner road in a quite place with vast area for dining as well as parking. ample space & facilities for kids to play around too. Food is tasty , good and with facility of BAR also. Large group or family can enjoy undisturbed in a side way tents.

In oyo ad it mentions they proviDe breakfast. In reality they didnt. Food and beverage timings are very restricted

Third Class hotel they cancel our agoda booking saying that we don't collaborate with agoda and room are not available for agoda bookings. While i done booking for girl childs they simply rejected. Never ever go with these hotel trust me I hope it had minus star I am ready to give it. Never recommend to any one.

This is like an abandoned property. It’s not with Fab anymore. For me it was a horrible experience. Because I booked it through Agoda, OYO asked me partial payment and please note that there is no Breakfast available. Huge Bunglow, but not maintained at all.

Worst experience ever, the managar Prashant is very rude and not supporting at all. I Have booked for an event paid advanced amount, event for cancelled due to Covid, all hotels were closed, still he was saying our hotel was open. Also didn't received anything of my amount paid. Don't ever book this hotel for any events.

Had come with kids and parents on a Thursday night for dinner. Hotel was empty and not even ready for guests. Took more than 20 mins to bring starter. It was so spicy that none of us could eat. Even my father who eats spicy could it eat it. My kids had tears in eyes due to spice and did not eat anything. Even the main course was not tasty . Service was poor, prices were so high and food was horrible. The manager was rude and did not give corporate discount or compensate for the bad food and experience WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will never visit again. Bill was so high and no value for money. Would advise others to not visit
