Seriously, one of the pathetic hospital. Plz don't choose this hospital for delivery. #1- The doctors & Nurses are not at all experienced. My baby was kept on formula milk instead of mother feed, no doctors and nurses helped us to make our baby put on mother's feed. Giving lectures on how to do n actually assisting with it are two different things.. n because of no help with this thing we are still struggling with feeding are baby even after a month. #2- Room service was not up to the mark. I've made the clip also where a lizard was in our assigned room. It was horrible. #3- Even the helper won't help you. One of the helper clearly said to clean the bed when my wife was still on cathedral. #4- Again, the nurses are not at experienced when it comes to handling baby n mother. Even the nurses Team Lead are not sure how to check the veins. I was literally shocked to see that and I had no option that time to shift my wife to another hospital. So better you can take wise decision based on my reviews. And why I have specified Nurse point again coz most of the time nurses would have to spent time with baby n mother. #4- I thought the doctors would be good in private hospitals coz we are paying good amount as a fee unless like govt hospital doctors. But the doctors here in Surya are good for nothing. They just check as if they were in hurry to do some R&D on corona vaccines and only they are the last doctors in the world who can create vaccines for virus. Damn they are just hungry for money. #5- They told us that they will provide the baby clothes to us throughout the stay however they provide only 2 pair of clothes and they kept changing the same every alternate without even washing them. #6- No proper food/diet for mother. We were expecting that atleast the fruit or the fresh fruit juices would include in mother's diet however they kept serving poha n khichdi. Also, upon asking them the reason they told is the excuses of corona. Hell, this hospital is really a business. #7- Rs. 11k was charged for corona test when govt has already cap the charges i.e. Rs. 4500. You can't do anything in such situations. Bloody scam hospital!!! Overall plz do not opt this hospital else you will surely regrets. And lastly posting few pics and clips for proof.

Hi I am glad to share my experience hear, my son Shree Aher 5 years old admitted here after meeting an accident with car in our society premises on 6th Sept 2020. Got injured badly on head & stomach... He was unconscious on admission, me & wife was totally unstable & crying outside the PICU with prayers on to GOD. After CT scan Dr. explained us in detail & given hopes. 2 days was with lot of tensions & my son recovered very fast & got discharge on 11th Sept 2020. He is okay now & recovering fast. My sincere 🙏धन्यवाद🙏 to All Doctors , Nurses , Mavshi, Billing Staff, Ambulance Driver etc... They take UTMOST CARE of your baby...& Put their hard efforts to endure return of your baby with SMILE🤗 *Be careful 1st admission is allowed only if you have money in hand ...* Min 20 K - insurance patients - part amt refundable after final settlement of insurance. Min 40 K - non insurance patients My friends were schoked to notice reception person was denied admission as we were having 5 k short to 20 k advised amt. My friend requested get 15 k immediately from card now & we will pay balance 5 K in next 1 hour. Even after showing insurance card & 15 k immediate payment, we have not granted 1 hour relief for balance pay of just 5 k.. Any how we manage that 20 K payment with some credit card & ensure our patient is taken care.. THIS WAS VERY PAINFUL TREATMENT TO PAITENT'S RELATIVE DURING ADMISSION... Request administration to review the admission policy for better improvement so that patient's relative should be attended with human kind... ... Best pediatric hospital in pimpri chinchwad. Drs here are highly qualified and provide best possible treatment.they explain our patient's condition and improvement in a detailed perfect way. The nursing staff in PICU is well trained, very cooperative, soft spoken and confident. Doctors and nurses in IPD are also well trained and cooperative. Hospital infrastructure and cleanliness is awesome. Time to time cleaning is followed. Food provided is tasty and we get it into our room with one phone call. Everyone like patient welfare officer, housekeeping, patient care.etc are always available to help us in best possible way. I highly recommend Surya hospital.

I had seen this hospital from the highway many times, but last week it was the first time that I had been in this facility when my little niece got admitted here. The hospital is designed in such a way that you dont have a typical reception (not that I have seen). The hospital that you see from the highway seems to be the back side of it. From the service road to the hospital it is a ‘kaccha’ road. The hospital is surrounded by green fields from almost all the sides. But once you come inside, it is an amazing facility. Its very unlike a hospital building. It has wide corridors, spacious waiting lounge, a small cafe and a nice canteen. The rooms are good spaced and large, even the general ward was neat and clean. Loved the way they have painted the corridor walls, it keeps the kids engaged and makes the place lively. Ample car parking space inside and outside is a big plus. The treatment and doctors attached to it seems good.

If you go as early as 8:30 in the morning, it takes only 5 mins to take token, pay bill and get vaccinated. Vaccine - COVISHIELD Following is the procedure to follow 1. Take token in the parking 2. Verify the document you uploaded on COWIN (pan card/Aadhar card, etc) 3. Pay the bill ₹780 (Cash/Gpay/Phone pay) 4. Wait till your token no. Is called out 5. Take the vaccine 6. Wait 15 mins for observation After this you can go home. I found the staff friendly and they have managed everything well. Although after 9;30 AM the rush increases. I would suggest go early if possible

Worst hospital ever, don't ever go even for the consultation. The hospital is looting from every possible way. Problem what I faced during my wife's delivery. - So much hidden charges, just for the normal delivery the bill was more than 1.2 lacs. - Unnecessary and high charges of nursing, pediatrician, many doctors visit, and food. It is just money minting machine. - Totally chaos in management, despite of advanced booking of 2 months. Though room was available, We got the room allocation after 4 hours of delivery and it was because of poor management. - Doctors are very egoistic and rough attitude specially Dr. Sachin Shah. - discharge is the most horrible process. We had to stay 6 hours more again just because of the poor management as doctor didn't pass the file on time though everything was planned one day before. In my case my wife's health was fine. But one would be in deep trouble and pain simply because you will not get the treatment on right time. Initially I thought may be I am only facing issues but I witnessed more than 3 cases along with me. Any day just visit the hospital and check with any patients about their experience. Don't get trapped into rating part. Its highly manipulated.

Not worth one star if I look at today's experience!! Today I faced the worst experience in Surya hospital. My 10 months old baby was crying in pain like anything whole night. We tried giving her gas and fever medicines but that didn't help so finally we took her to hospital at 5 AM in emergency/casualty section. The first thing is that the doctor was not available. After calling multiple times lady doctor came. She investigated baby by putting stethoscope on chest and stomach and replied nothing has happened to her and gave pain killer. She was like see baby has stopped cried so nothing has happened to her. She didn't feel like looking at other body parts of baby like ear, nose, throat even after we telling her that our baby had fever-cold-cough last week. We told her that baby was crying whole night so she must be feeling some pain. Even we showed her swollen lymph on baby's head which clearly shows that baby is having some kind of infection. But she totally neglected that and told us that lymph will go away with pain killer. Seriously!!!! How doctor was not aware of this basic indication!!!! Same day at 11.30AM we took my baby to her regular doctor. He clearly said that baby is having sever throat infection, throat nerves are swollen due to viral fever. This resulted in unbearable pain which my baby was feeling and crying. My question is how doctor from such a big hospital couldn't find out the basic issue??? Whereas our regular doctor recognised it just by touching baby's throat. Do you really feel such treatment can be given in emergency?? The doctor didn't know how to talk to baby. Baby was crying so she just threw baby's legs away. I don't think she was pediatrician. And the blunder casualty nurse did was she put different doctor's name on case paper. And after we asking she replied paper was already prepared so didn't change the doctor's name. Also, after giving medicine we wanted to check baby's condition so waited for some time. But nurse was forcing us to leave the place. It didn't feel like Casualty section at all. People should think before going to Surya hospital for emergency baby treatment.

Nice Hospital in the near vicinity of Wakad. Admitted my daughter to PICU after a bad fall. Hospital is well equipped to handle such accidents. Have CT scan facility available. Staff is attentive and Doctors are skilled and experienced. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Super deluxe gives the perfect privacy. You will forget the hospital feeling.

Worst place for both mother and child. Never go in an emergency or for any type of treatment. One star for doctors only which came from outside. But the staff is useless. Very careless behaviour towards the patient. So many things are there to say. But don’t even wanted to talk about them. They just say they have expert staff available 24x7. But they have only the incompetent staff. They treat you to make high risk patient. And they will charge you for that. When you complain about them, all the management came together and shout at you first, but if you manage to convince your problem then they will shout at each other. But nothing will happen, they are used to it. They play with your emotions. In simple words, the worst hospital I had ever seen. I don’t want to recall those moments that’s why I am not sharing my story.

Having a baby is perhaps the most memorable moment in one's life and this hospital surely knows how to ruin it for you. There is nothing good to write about this hospital. As far as nursing goes, the team is sub standard. They are competing with a government hospital in the level of service and care they provide. Other parents were also facing the same level of quality and it was evident from their continuous requests/complaints. My child was advised for phototherapy. After installing the equipment, no doctor or nurse bothered to check upon the child for the whole day or even find out if the equipment was working properly. Even after our complaints that the equipment was generating way more heat for a child's comfort, nobody turned up to check it. The service is overpriced and when you ask for a breakup in billing for your understanding, they flatly refuse. If you ask me, look for other options as a place to bring your child in this world.

I got delivered to surya 2 months back. During this pandemic it was very difficult to manage. Surya team did a great job in helping me and my husband as my inlaws and parents were not in town.

We had come to surya on an emergency basis. The treatment was fabulous. We did not had to worry for anything.

The hospital staff and services is decent. But the bills are too much. They give estimate of x rupees and the bill comes 2x - how that happens is a mystery. Also, they take the phones from the patient, add google review here themselves (ask 1-2 questions about how the patient / relatives think about the hospital) But typing their own review in google reviews is a sick way to maintain 4+ ratings. Recommend this hospital only if you have an emergency or you have a lot of money to spend on hospital charges.

Too much crowd for the vaccination.. but overall management is good... you have to go through 2-3 steps to get your vaccination done...

Not sure how they have such a good rating, In terms of management my experience was very bad. I have admitted my kid for a surgery which was planned in advance, I got all my insurance approvals done for a deluxe room well in advance. But it's 4.30 PM in the evening, I am still in general ward & searching for the room.. There is clear communication gap from the hospital..I wish I had selected Jehangir hospital instead of Surya as the same doctor was available there. Hopefully my life would have been simpler....

Hi Team , Last time when i visited surya at the Times of covid in april 20 for my first baby,i was kind of impressed with your facilities & management. Quite on contrary this time all i can witness are flaws & chaos in your faciities, approach & management. 1. Sunday & night time are perhaps one should avoid for Any emergency scenario in Surya as the staff are nether available nor cooperative ( alas nature has no calendar reference and if you are visiting in odd time chances are you will get pathetic service) 2. The most expensive of private suits are not having the basics covered inspite of the exorbitant charges .ac not functional , mosquito are permanent attendant in room, cleaning work is messy, no coordination in their own team . 3. Staff are totally in their own swag and pay no ear to customer request. 4. How can one compromise on health based hygiene in theirr premises where they have infants & pregnant mother who are most vulnerable persons? 5. Malpractice observed with cheating approach in 1st level of management torch bearers. 6. I am using a pedestal fan in their top tier suit as AC is not working efficiently and worst part is they are aware of this still neither doing required fix nor stop allocating them to new patient. Shall provide pics for your reference with an expectation to get some resolution by Surys team ( deep down I know they dont care at all )

I delivered my baby boy here. With blessings of God and my well wishers all process went very smooth. Coming to hospital service, it is very very pathetic. The amount they charge in name of deluxe rooms are not at all justified. They are just Ac rooms with window. Our mistake was that we informed them prior that me and my husband both have insurance, they increased the final bill to complete double. On top of that we couldn't even claim half of bill because they sent incorrect information to insurance partner. Nurses are inexperienced. Every day 7-8 doctor will come on rounds out of which 5 won't be required. They will simply ask 2-3 questions and go. Charge for each visit is 1500 each. Be careful if you plan to visit anytime.

My treatment was under Dr Rashmi Dharaskar. First trimester was excellent but in 2nd trimester i had Faced Health issues. Dr Rashmi handled my case extremely good and her counselling was really helpful. Would thank Dr Rashmi for her guidance and would strongly recommend her to all

Hospital location is best. Hospital consultant doctors are experts. But some staff and infrastructure need lot of infrastructure. This hospital have forgotten Friendliness and human grounds. They only know money and money. Regarding infra no mobile network in their rooms. Rooms are suffocating. Staff unfriendliness behavior irritates you. No visiting doctor schedule available. One you paid looks like they hardly care about you. No care and human grounds for patient. In all your stay would be like when will I go out of this hospital. Please choose other if you have choice. Whatever promise they will be make not a single one they will follow. Do not trust on this guys. No response for any of your query.

Best peadiatric and gyn.hospital in city

No doubt the hospital is good. But we had an bad experience with Dr. Amita Kaul. She dont treat patient properly. I dont know what she think about the baby. She treated our baby like a machine and observing baby carelessly. Seeing this my wife told Madam to do it slowly and she shouted on us and cancelled the appointment and asked us to leave the cabin. Is it a way you treat ur patient Madam? We are in problem, our baby is suffering with some problem, instead of showing politeness u r shouting. Though I dont think she is an expert pediatrician, better visit other Doctor in the city. We had very good experience with emergency doctor, he treated very well. Being a Doctor, its ur duty to behave politely with patient.

Issue in getting room even if you prebook. You will only get general ward on 1st day where you will hear mice loud sounds of running and fighting each other.And that ward had dengue patient. Once you get room after begging the door will be constantly knocked for asking feeding tray and cup which definitely disturbs baby and mother's sleep.Don't understand why can't it be kept in each room. It will hardly cost 500. Staff is good but management is very poor. Many small small issues but highlighted major one. Only good part is staff. Made mistake of not researching much and getting first vaccination in same hospital. Bill was 9.7k and now need to repeat same costly vaccine. At least they should have mentioned cost before hand. Painless vaccines are easily availbe at max 6.3k. Now need to pay extra cost each time.

PRN -77624 ....This hospital is excellent for those who want to have safe delivery... my wife had got admitted on 20 oct for delivery... though the rooms were full we had been kept in general ward, I would like to share our sincere gratitude to the Patient Welfare Officer Miss Shraddha who had regular follow up regarding our room upgradation, She always ensured that we are geeting proper service... All the doctors and nurses were giving us proper guidance and treatment.. we were not satisfied with the house keeping service of OT as my had been there for 18 hours until C- section... The efficiency and professionalism of the Housekeeping can be improved and thus Surya can become a perfect hospital

Only one thing which they have to consider is , The road which connect hospital with Highway is not proper and people face difficulty while reaching hospital specially Pregnant woman. Will not recommend this hospital if you don't have insurance I'll start with good things as list of bad is too long I delivered my son a month back in this hospital,being a first time mother services,care and help in terms of doctors,nurses,house keeping is commendable. They helped me with feeding, medication,how shall I hold baby, maintaining hygiene,home care ,deit etc. Now bad part is 1.Estimation department namely madam JYOTI and MERCY they keep changing their estimation every now and then.I recieved 3 different estimations for same package from different person.they will ask for proofs,call records,messages etc.So please be careful while taking estimation. 2.billing department:Though we had prior bookings they still gave us temporary sharing room for a day and billed us for delux for entire stay in name PROTOCOL. 3.Gown given were torn,having no buttons,dirty I wish I would have taken pic. 4.food given to patient is toooo less in quantity. MONEY minded hospital please Dont Go here if you don't have proper finances. It's like shopping mall not hospital

Not professional at all.. very sad to see the quality going down so fast. Nurses are not trained. My daughter when admitted here got assisted with a trainee dr who didn’t even know how insertion for IV is done for kids. The reception staff is so very rude that they think that only patients need this hospital and they are someone who are doing favour to us. Hospital management should seriously think about these gaps which is hurting the hospitals reputation.

On 4th June night, we went to Surya Hospital Wakad - My child had continuous fever since last 4-5 days, Doctor has checked and given few medicines & also suggested few tests - CBC, CRP & Blood Culture(I didn't understand what was the requirement of Culture as I am also from a Doctor family ) Anyway sample has been collected by good team, but the worst part is the Pharmacy Team, Doctor has given Ibruprofen 400 mg tablet and the pharmacist has given Ibruprofen 100 mg syrup. We have given the medicine , but fever is not coming down, then we have checked the prescription and found the same. Again I have to purchase the correct medication from nearby by pharmacy. This kind of errors by Pharmacist can create major issues to Patient/Child's health. As we go to Hospital with our kids to get proper treatment and medicine. Hospital authorities should take proper measures to rectify those negligence by their staffs.

It's not even a good hospital especially for the child. I am writing this review on my 3 months ago experience. Me n Husband had gone to this Hospital with our 1 and half old Baby for consultation as he is having a little bulky mass kind thing above the nose bridge and between two eyebrows. As we went we Were told to wait in casualty. Then one by one 3 or 4 resident doctors came every time they just pressed that mass n discussed it's a bone. And these doctors were not even maintaining hygiene. The main doctor paediatrician did not show up , we waited for more than 2 hours. And those resident dr. said we need to take an X-ray. imagine a one month baby having X-ray. We got X-ray done but the dr. never showed up. We were there from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm. And in the same there was an emergency case. There was a baby breathing heavily and bleeding. For that also Dr. did not show up at least in our presence. We consulted a different doctor then in another clinic and that mass was diagnosed as a dermoid cyst not a bone. And that doctor also said you don't go for X-ray for such small baby as X-ray have radiations. I will not recommend Surya Mother and Child hospital to any1.

Never recommend this hospital. There are lot of cockroaches beside bed where patient are sleeping. Unhygienic. Also nursing staff are not cooperative. You have to tell minimum 10 times to nursing staff and they will listen once. There are lot of discrepancies in Bill. They will add so many charges without any reason. They will not listen to you once. Food quality was very bad. Their staff members was very bad behavior. They will kept you for extra days without any reason and told you that report was not arrived but they get the report one day before only for making money. Highly not recommended. Their doctor was pathetic. Their doctor done have any knowledge, don't know how they are recuited and from which college. They ask their colleague to give good feedback so that feedback doesn't hamper. Their are so many demerit point but no any positive point. It you really want to take care of your child, just don't visit this hospital.

I went there for estimates and I was kept waiting for 1.5 hrs without anyone attending , one thing I noticed , people here are loaded with work, nobody cares about your time, money or anything. Please refrain from going to this hospital. I will review my rating if I they treat me well in future.

I had worst experience with Surya Hospital, wakad and I would not recommend it to anybody. I admitted my wife for the delivery there. They unnecessary kept my child in NICU. We also found rat in the twin sharing room and we could not sleep the whole night before the discharge. My wife told me that she saw rat but I didn't believe her a day before. But, when I saw it another day then I came to know that she was right. They don't care about the feedback even and one of the attendant was very rude. We complained about it but she was again put in the night shift. I had insurance package, which included the consultation charges for lactations and physiotherapy. At the time of discharge, they told me that once the settlement is done I will get back the money. But, they didn't refund it. Recent case, I took my 3 months baby to hospital as she was having fever and Cold. But, without prescribing any medicine, they directly told me to admit my baby in NICU for 5-7 days. We returned from there and only gave her medicine. The fever was normal by evening. They just want to make money. Nothing else. They don't even bother about anything.

After my delivery the taken care by Child doctor i.e. Sachin Shah was great. Visited daily to check baby health personally. Also make sure from his assistance to check regularly after 7-8 hours about baby's health. Improvement: Only need to increase the Mausi's n Sisters as it take little more time once we ask any help from them. Hospital is very neat and clean 🙂

I have no words to describe the support and care received in Surya hospital especially by Dr Manisha my gynaecologist. I was well attended all the time with well equipped and experienced staff. I was encouraged for breastfeeding and appropriate measures were given for speedy recovery.

Really good experience with the hospital. My son had to undergo an urgent surgery, the hospital arranged for everything very quickly. The surgery was nicely done by one of the best surgeons in the city. Post operative stay was also good. They are nice and clean. Good infrastructure. Ample parking space. Very friendly staff and a renowned panel of doctors.

The hospital has good infrastructure and rooms are very specious enough to get privacy even in twin sharing rooms.. The doctors and staff was very cool with baby and tried to make baby comfortable before giving IV and medicines and during regular checkup. Housekeeping is also good and we had a good experience in there.

It was great experience visiting Surya Hospital for maternity care as well as child care. There is flawless process for insurance related things. Under one roof, patient is cared through different fraternity specialist like Gynaecologist, Pediatric, neonatologist, lactation consultant, physiotherapist, etc. Patient or patient guardian don't have to worry for any medical related things. This hospital follows their set protocol to care of number of things.

Mr. Sachin Shah doesn’t seems to be approachable since he does not have time to clarify queries and his response to my questions are very brief. Lack of courtesy to greet patients. During physician inspection, he did not handle my infant child properly. Neither he did ask any questions related to patient’s medical history, feeding pattern, vital assessments or over all well being before prescribing the treatment. I would say you can’t rely on such doctor if doctor doesn’t have time to go through the patient’s profile and lack of attentiveness.

Dr. Sanjay Gupte has become aged and so may be is unable to manage cases well.He is negligent and does not give sufficient time to his patient while in opd.Staff of the hospital is cooperative and polite.

Worst doctor...did my ceasren forcefully when everything was normal with me pregnancy. He is just misusing his powers as a doctor by giving fear of losing baby to patient and force for c sec.

All things are good except the food quality and quantity arranged by the Canteen. Super delux room with all glass windows was good but we recommend to have at least one window open with mosquito mesh slider to have good air ventilation.

Hospital infra is good and care is taken well. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Scope of improvement in medicine monitoring by nurses. Please ensure that medicines prescribed are given by nurses at correct time. Complaints were immediately resolved. Make sure you speak about your issues.

Very expensive. Pediatric doctor visiting charges are 700 rs after they prescribe medicine not less than 500 minimum.I complained about it then got the answer that if you visit with in 3 months then visiting fees will be 500 after it will be 700. My question is that is it a temple or amusement park so I should visit in 3 months?? if my child has good immunity and no need to visit frequently so all the time they count me new patient why?? I am visiting to same doctor every time then how can I be a new patient.. hospital and doctor should be in reach in each and every patient but unfortunately it is like 5 star hotel where people with full pocket can only visit. Now I have no other choice rather than to change the hospital as well as doctor coz it is definitely not so if any doctor is charging less fees he/ she is not well qualified or not a good doctor same as if any doctor or hospital is charging too much doesn’t mean that they are the best or incredible.

I had a good experience for my Wife's one of the operation. Costing is as expected, Doctors availability is nice. Reception person Viraj helped me lot. Cashless process is also good. Features like Cleanliness, Good Support staff behaviour, nurses helping, AC in general ward. Few niggles are like- Connecting Road from highway is damaged, bad for patients. Very Few support staff and Nurses work as they forced to work their. Beds other than general are less in quantity. #Only one important concern: They should have some arrangement for staying attendant with patients in general wards. But overall experience is Nice. Most recommended.

My 7 years old was having high fever for nearly 6 days and the doctor (in Wakad) whom I had been consulting for last 4 years had assumed it as normal viral infection and asked us to wait. His diagnosis and his strong urge to heal the patient are commendable. His presence is divine and gives a new hope. My kid who had XDR Typhoid was cured by his magic hands. I am visiting Surya hospital for maternity check up and delivery. I am regularly visiting Dr Manisha Munemane for my pre natal checkup. She is good and patient and listens to all my concerns and give suggestions accordingly. Hospital staff is all good and helpful. Insurance and claim department is prompt with all the queries and have been helpful. Hospital is clean, washrooms are clean. Rooms are good and they have variety of rooms as per your need. Ample parking space.

My wife visited Surya Hospital and Bina mam for maternity check up few years ago. She is very experienced doctor and expert. We had very good experience with her. Hospital staff is very cooperative. Hospital is clean with decent parking. My overall experience with doctor and hospital was good.

I am visiting Surya hospital for my daughter check up and vaccination for Dr Sachin Shah since long time. He is good and patient and listens to all my concerns and give suggestions accordingly. Only I have concern about emergency ward specially at night time padiatric doctor should require good knowledgeable.

Let me share my experience here. I visited this hospital after seeing its review, but looks like its all paid, i may be wrong, its my assumption 1. First day they will not provide room for admission. 2. Doctors in emergency has very bad attitude, for a very simple procedure (ingesting needdle on wrist top) around 10 nurses and docs surrounded my child and didn't allow me to stand there. When i asked to allow me then one of the docs said "karwana hai ki nahi?" , he meant to say you can leave the hospital if you have any objection, I opted to leave immediately, but later one lady from administration asked me to wait and allowed me later. 3. Coming to the nursing department, they don't have any professionlism, their response time is too long and they don't give a damm care. 4. I dont know about other hospital but in NCR I didn't find admin charges imposed on patients. That gives me a feeling that its no use of buying insurance, better treat in nursing home. You have to pay the same amount here and there overall if you safe your money by not buying insurance. Admin charges and gloves etc adds up to 20% of overall bill. 5. This is the first time i have seen discharge medicine not provided. Asked me to buy of your own. 6. Sanitization charges, why do hospitals charge this? Pre covid, don't they clean the rooms and maintain hygiene? 7. I find main doctors who treated are good(Sachin & Amita)

Best Pediatrics hospital in the city. The whole pediatrics team is best and very experienced, especially Dr Sachin and Dr Amita. The hospital is open 24/7 and i can take my child in any emergency to the hospital without any hesitation. Thank you Surya mother and child hospital team for being there.

OPD staff is quite nice and courteous. They ensure systematic functioning and helps patients in case of any queries. Female staff is amazingly nice, I wish male staff was equally aware of how to handle situations.

Not recommended unless in an extreme emergency situation. Money minded service. From ground staff to doctors - no empathy to patients/visitors. We had a consultation with Dr. Amita Kaul (pediatrician) and the experience was very poor. She was rude in explaining things while consultation for no reason. The handling of our 1 year old kid for vaccination horrified my wife - we have not seen such a rough way of vaccination by any doctor before and after that. The prescribed steroid based cream for skin rashes worked only for 1 week and later we consulted another skin doctor. As per his opinion, steroid based creams are not recommended for small babies unless the issue is severe. Hence I don't find Surya hospital and the expertise of doctors over there trust worthy. The 5 star reviews seen here seems like paid since the reviewers having only 1 or 2 total reviews on their account.

The hospital is very unsanitary, which is shocking esp since it is a pediatric and maternity hospital. The wallpaper in my son's room was stained, the floor was stained, the table for meals was dirty and stained, i didnt even feel lile serving him anything on it despite cleaning it each time with a wet wipe. The toilets and bathroom were dirty. The housekeeping staff is so wonderful at her cleaning that after the co-occupant of the room moved out, she cleaned the bathroom and left all the stains of their medicine bottles behind. The dining table was not even wiped, forget cleaned, and the cleaning lady would arrive near midnight to mop the floor, waking my son up by turning on all the lights and leaving the door open. The nurses were rude and not really interested in coming up to help if the nurse assigned for my son's room was away. What were we to do if there was an emergency? All in all, really disappointing and bad experience with this hospital.

Recently visited here due to my son's treatment, he got admitted under Dr Sachin Shah. Today he got discharged. Overall experience is good, staffs and doctors are polite and cooperative. Dr Shah's treatment also very good. This hospital has all major facilities in house and also it has NICU and PICU with adequate facilities and many numbers of specialists. It has OPD section also. Good for pediatrics and gynaecology..
