I

what
I
received
was

burnt
layer
of

that
had

excessively
cooked.
The
lack
of

robbed
the
dish
of
its

flavors
but
also
rendered
it
unpalatable.

blatant
disregard
for
culinary
standards
and

preferences
is
unacceptable.
To
exacerbate
the
situation,
when

brought
this
matter
to
the
attention
of
your
staff,
they
not
only
failed
to
acknowledge
their
mistake

argued
with
me.

defensive
and
unprofessional
response
further
tarnished
my
dining
experience.

paying
customer,

expect
a

respectful

when

was
appalled
to

soliciting

free
dish
