What a place! Best hotel resort I've ever stayed at and worth every penny! Service was top notch and no complaints here. Every staff member here is so friendly and helpful, they will go extra length to make sure your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. We only stayed here for 2 nights but wished we stayed longer. Perfect for couples and even families with children as they have activities for everyone everyday. They even have a pool area for adults only if you wish to stay away from children. Spa available either outdoor or indoor at your preference but book ahead when you can as they can get really busy. Typical western food can be found in all 3 available restaurants around the resorts but worth trying each restaurant or you can do room service if you are too lazy to go out. Our room is clean and spacious and we love our view as we have our private pool, fully equipped room with washing and dryer. Port Denarau is about 5mins taxi ride from the resort and they have a couple of good restaurants and even pubs as well as souvenir shops. Will only cost you F$8.00 for a taxi ride. Honestly would love to come back here again in future.

The resort facilities were good. The staff were friendly and genuinely accommodating. The rooms were dated and in need of renovations but the view from our balcony was great. I enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with lots of options to select from. We encountered several issues during our stay but their staff and managers did their best to address them. Overall, it just didn't hit the mark that you would expect for a 5-star resort.

I was impressed by the service, location and the culinary options. This is the place where you relax in Fiji. Nothing to complain about. You will be sheltered from the real Fiji very well. Good restaurants, swimming pools, sun beds. Is it real experience of the island nation? No. This is for show. Anyway, I will be back

We just returned from 4 nights at this resort. First of all, the staff is as friendly as you will find anywhere. They are eager to please and their service is impeccable. The room was very clean and towels, bottled water, etc. were replenished daily. The resort itself is in a very picturesque location on the beach. Landscaping and upkeep is great. Now, the resort is overdue for updating. Just based on the infrastructure itself, it would be 3* in my opinion. It and the rooms are just tired looking. Lack of outlets in the room was challenging if you have multiple devices needing power. It was obviously not as current as it's counterpart resorts close by. We enjoyed our stay because of the people and because of the beauty of Fiji.

Hilton did not live up to his name or standard we expected. The reception area is very clinical and understated and the welcome to the resort is nonexistent We wasted our first day waiting to be moved rooms because there was a very strong sewerage smell. Our 3rd room was finally a very nice upgrade without a smell. Out of 9 days not once were there towels available at the pool when initially requested- they had always ‘just run out’. Housekeeping was slack. Sometimes it would be 6pm before our room was cleaned and without a doubt we had to call the front desk for something everyday they had forgotten, whether it be fresh towels, soap etc and the call would have to be followed up at least once before anyone came. The breakfast was great- definitely a highlight. The gym is extremely basic with very dated cardio machines and little equipment. The main pool was great but needed to be cleaned more frequently as there was often scum collecting at the corners. Overall disappointing would be the word to describe the Hilton. We expected it to live up to its name but it just felt very mid level. The atmosphere is very stale compared to the other resorts and the grounds are dying in comparison. We understand there’s ‘Fiji time’ but waiting 80 minutes for some calamari for lunch is a little ridiculous- especially when they weren’t busy at all. Fair to say we won’t be going back to the Hilton in Fiji

Just spent 5 nights here with my partner. The smiles did not leave our faces from the moment we arrived until we had to leave. The staff are so genuinely warm and welcoming and unlike anywhere I’ve ever been before. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room was clean and spacious. Every meal was delicious. Honestly cannot say enough great things about this hotel and we can’t wait to go back!

Really nice resort with great food options. Location is perfect! Staff was amazing with the exception of front desk workers who could not focus on the customer they were working with. They constantly allowed other guests to interrupt them with questions or requests. Front desk staff needed to address these individuals by telling them that they must wait their turn. We also had to wait for our room from 6am to 3pm even though the rooms we were assigned to were ready. We had called over a month in advance to pay for early check in. Overall, the resort is great!

Had the most amazing week staying here! Met the funniest and kindest people in the world who made our stay even better. Freddy, Wise and Oscar are 3 employees you definitely must meet when staying here. Holiday wouldn’t have been the same without them!

The people truly make this an amazing experience. Usa at the front desk was amazing. Our interactions were a highlight of my trip. Raymond also went above and beyond. He was always friendly and helped me with an issue with my departure. The pictures of this resort don't do it justice. Highly recommend this resort.

Some of the reviews had me worried about this hotel, but there was absolutely no need. This exceeded our expectations. The staff are what make it - they are so friendly and welcoming, always saying hello and offering to help. The room was clean, and fresh towels provided everyday. Breakfast choice plentiful, and dinners were also good. It's not cheap comparative to other places but you can't have everything! Happily recommend to couples like us or families.

My husband, two year old son and I have just finished a 10 day stay here. We absolutely loved the staff, the pools and the breakfast buffet. I would suggest another coffee machine, as the lines were very long in the morning. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of some TLC. Our shower head was very old and flooded the bathroom as it went in every direction, the bathroom sink plug constantly became stuck and we had to remove it entirely so we could use the sink. Also one of the very large internal sliding door came off its hinges when I used it, frightened the life out of me. Maintenance came to fix it very quickly though. I’d like to commend the house keeping staff, she was so thorough and did a beautiful job. I would have liked to see more eco friendly options in regards to the towels being changed daily etc. we were given bottled water daily, even thought we weren’t drinking them (we used our own drink bottles). I hope they didn’t just get thrown away. There was also minimal channels available to watch, the reception was quite poor at times. Would definitely recommend if you plan to stay out and about and not lots of time in your room. We had a wonderful time!

My boyfriend and I stayed here 12 days and I was not disappointed. First let's talk about the staff. They were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Made us feel like family not just guests. The Hotel was very nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Food was good no complaints. Would definitely come back to this resort.

Amazing breakfast spread and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to special requests. However, waiting in a long queue to the coffee machine just to get my morning ☕ was not fun though. Overall brekky was wonderful....definitely be back for that!✌🏾🤩

Beautiful resort. The service is top notch. The one bedroom villa I stayed in was amazing and huge. It came with a washer and dryer. My room was on the lower level and had easy access to the pool and restaurants. The tv comes with a ton of channels including food network, cartoon network, and BBC. The surround system is Bose. The continental breakfast is superb and lasts from 6:30 am-11 am. The dinner I had Maravu restaurant was fantastic!! Housekeeping showed up everyday and were very efficient. I can't wait to go back soon!!!

Even though the facilities are a bit outdated but the staff are amazing and very friendly. The pools are 5 stars. There is an adult only pool and 3 family friendly pools. There are always activities to keep children entertained. Highly recommend this resort.

We spent 3 days at this resort to unwind after 6 weeks of travel. It was just what the doctor ordered. Beach, adult-only pool/restaurant/activities, as well as a specious and comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our any need was met. Bula!

Great staff, facilities, rooms and activities. 5 stars for these. Most food is great, some average. Just don’t pay for the buffet breakfast as you can individually order what you’d actually eat, for a quarter of the price of the buffet.

We stayed in room 3305 a suite overlooking a pool shared by 8 other rooms. The shared pool was too cold for the time of the year. Especially for younger children. The room it's self was very tired with a shower/toilet sliding door that didn't work, even when requested to have it fixed engineering said they'd look at it but never did. The bath had a rust hole in it, stains on the couches, cupboards were chipped, kitchen doors didn't align. Our room was really showing its age. The coffee machine and pods/selection of sugars was wonderful though and so was the washing machine/drier and the housekeeping were lovely and friendly. All staff on the resort were great. The beach isn't too bad, very soft brown sand but cloudy waters. Great for swimmers who want to do some laps up and down. But for snorkelling don't bother. The landscaping is amazing too which is a positive for the greenthumbs, The restaurants had decent food, but be sure to book well in advance for the Thai restaurant. The pool are was nice with plenty of sunbeds. Only downside there was the temperature of the water, which for adults is fine but my 14 month old was shaking in a few minutes. There were a few things they could do to really bring this resort up to a 4/5 start rating quite easily. Warmer pool and better maintained rooms/nicer pillows. Thankyou for having us. Wish I could've rated higher but for nearly $1000aud a night I expect a little more. Thanks

We had an amazing time visiting the Hilton! The resort was absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly. Everywhere you went, someone was telling you hello or offering you a ride. We were greeted with a shell necklace upon arrival. The restaurants were great and the breakfast was even better. There were a few little shops that we looked in. We also booked a snorkeling boat tour through the Hilton and had a great experience! If you plan on doing laundry, be sure to give yourself some extra for the dryer because it took a little bit longer than we expected but it didn’t change our experience! Would highly recommend staying here for a few days!!

A wonderful stay. Rooms are pricey compared to what you’d pay in Oz for same amount but understandable that Fiji has to make up for 3 years of no tourism. Hotel facilities were great. Location fabulous and views beautiful. Staff all doing their utmost to provide a fun, warm and welcoming holiday. Restaurants a little pricey for what you get but some above average food options and the Asian Maravu restaurant was lovely.

Relaxing stay. Workers are great with children. Nice rooms and lovely pools. Only complaint is I wish maybe one pool was heated for times when it's a little colder and you want to go for a swim still.

Our family had a night reserved either end of our Fiji holiday. Unfortunately it was not what we had experienced on our previous stays. We were a family of 7 travelling together and had 3 garden rooms booked. The booking was made several months in advance and as a group. On our first night we were at complete opposite ends of the resort. There was absolutely no interest or willingness to accommodate our rooms close together. One of our rooms had no running hot water and shower soap and the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. I was given the assurance that on our return the following weekend we would be grouped together, only to be told on check in that the rooms we had been assigned were not available. One of our rooms however was upgraded. It just highlighted the shambles and incompetency of staff as this room was obviously for another guest; It had a birthday greeting set out on the bed and a cake in the fridge. Once again we found the cleanliness of the rooms were well below 5 star standard. I was told that the manager would contact me regarding our first night, especially the fact that one room had no hot water. I didn't receive a call. It was evident that the reception staff were not interested or showed much care. It was obvious (especially regarding grouping our rooms close together) that they were saying whatever they thought would appease us. We will be avoiding returning to this hotel. It was definitely not the 5 star accommodation we had experienced previously. I am copying this to our travel agent and will be also making family and friends aware of our experience.

The staff here was amazing! I visited during a super long layover in Fiji and the staff were so welcoming! They let me hang out by the pool with no day fee and treated me as kindly as a guest. I highly recommend staying or visiting. Near the airport but not too close. It’s a gorgeous location and lots of activities and islands nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the resort, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness that extended from the rooms to the entire facilities. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the remarkable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor, willingness to assist, and genuine care for the guests truly enhanced the overall experience. I cannot recommend Hilton Fiji Beach Resort enough. If you're looking for a place that offers both spotless accommodations and outstanding customer service, this resort is the perfect choice. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you're sure to have a memorable and delightful stay.

2nd time here and the service, rooms, pools and resturants are excellent. This time we are here during cyclone Mal and luckily we have a great room where we can even watch the action of the cyclone from our windows that look out to the ocean. The staff have been amazing in making sure we have food and water and proper preparations for this situation and I don't feel we could be at a better spot to get through this tropical storm. This is the 1 bedroom beachfront suite and sorry for the 'after arrival' pics. The tub is big enough for 2, the bed very comfortable, the view great, the kitchen has a decent size fridge and freezer, and there's a washer/dryer which is a plus. Highly recommend. And eat at Maravu....one of the better hotel resturants we've ever been to.

Overall a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially the staff at Koro Bar. The resort has its own little shops (with swimmers, clothes, shoes, etc), which came in real handy since Virgin Airlines left our bags behind at our home port. The Hilton Spa was nice but a bit pricey for what it is.

Thank you to all staff from Hilton Resort.. The service was very welcoming. Everyone is so friendly, and always there for you. I specially want to VINAKA Miss Joanna from ATS Pacific. She explained the tour packages that were available. She suggested a private tour, and it was the best decision for my family.

A Blissful Escape to Paradise at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every member of the Hilton Fiji team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the friendly greetings at check-in to the attentive service at the restaurants and poolside, the staff made us feel like valued guests. Special thanks to the concierge team, whose recommendations for local activities and excursions enriched our experience. The resort is about 2 km long do the Bula Express hotel shuttle is a great way to get around the resort. The resort's amenities were outstanding, offering something for everyone in the family. The pools were pristine and inviting, providing a refreshing escape from the Fijian sun. The spa, with its indulgent treatments, was a haven of relaxation. We also enjoyed the diverse dining options, where the culinary offerings showcased the rich flavors of Fiji. Our accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, and the private patio allowed us to soak in the breathtaking sunset views. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness throughout the resort were evident, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. In conclusion, our time at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa was a perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. Our family left with cherished memories, grateful for the wonderful experiences we had. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tropical getaway filled with relaxation, adventure, and the warmth of Fijian hospitality. We can't wait to return!

I'm actually so upset. I put in my booking that I was staying here for my honeymoon. We just got married yesterday. Thought they might have done something nice or at least acknowledged it seeing I wrote it my booking but they didn't. I can get over that. Then I notice that you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next door because there's a thin wooden door which I think I could pull open if I tried hard enough. Which means they can hear us too which is not very romantic. I go back down to the office to explain. They're idea was to tell the neighbours to be quiet. Firstly, that's not fair to the neighbours. They should be able to talk without it echoing into my room and it definitely wasn't the point I was making. I tell them not to do that. It's actually embarrassing at this point that I have to be so clear. So they get the manager out. I then have to explain the whole thing again. She doesn't get my point either so I have to explain again. She says there's nothing she can do. I even mentioned that I told them it was my honeymoon and she said they put out cake and possibly decorate. I said, "as far as I can see, that didn't happen for us." She says she can do it tomorrow. Unfortunately, the moment has gone. With her saying she can't help in regards to the noise/thin door, I go back to my room. Husband has now fallen asleep. 😢 Manager decides to ring the room which wakes him up. 🤦‍♀️ She offers another room but says she doesn't know if it can fix the problem. The problem being that there's a thin door and you can hear everything. I say just leave it for today so he can sleep. I try to brush it off and go to sleep but time was then 12.45am. Neighbours are noisier than ever. Banging on what sounds I like a microwave and cupboards as well as chatting. I quietly call the office. They say they will send security around but instead, they call the neighbours phone WHICH I CAN HEAR from my room and it's really loud. Then they decide to call our phone. Husband gets woken up AGAIN. I say to them, "what are you doing. My husband is asleep". Then I left the phone off the hook. I will admit that I am really tired from yesterday's wedding and months of stress leading up to it. But I spent what I feel is a lot of money and I will never get this night back again. It was meant to be special. It's been taken away and I am up writing a review instead which upsets me even more. It's the first night of my honeymoon in Fiji and I just don't feel comfortable knowing next door would hear everything. Without 'saying it' I don't think I can make it more clear. I have planned my honeymoon in my mind for so long and it definitely didn't go like this.😔

This is a good hotel that provides government mandated quarantine services as such they make sure that guests' experiences are great. I enjoyed my 14 day stay here and would recommended it to anyone who is coming to FIji.

Wonderful resort. Lots of room and the resort spans a big part of the coast. Other resorts build upwards where as the Hilton goes max one more floor up. Very open and spread out. Staff are lovely. Super relaxing. Bula bus is great to hop from hotel to hotel to try their bar or restaurants but I'll be coming back here for sure. Sunsets and sunrises to die by.

The place is beautiful. I was here during a business trip and so could not enjoy all their leisure facilities. I did however, think that they could be better with COVID protocols. I suggest providing a 10 pack face mask for each room. Good experience overall.

Beautiful place. Staff were really friendly. Activities for kids were really engaging and well planned. Food and beverage had reasonable pricing. Service 10/10. I will recommend Hilton for family stays and will certainly return.

Very good resort facilities, everything from the large pool to the front beach beds to the non-powered free activities (try the Hobbycraft in the afternoon, lots of fun!) Is made to get you to relax. The service is extremely friendly and absolutely perfect. Fijian are such nice people! Book ahead of arriving any restaurant you are planning to go to, especially in peak season as they can get full quickly. Rooms are of high standard as you'd expect from such hotel. Highly recommend...

My husband and I flew back from Fiji to Sydney after staying at Hilton last Sunday. We both tested positive. This happened to a few other friends who stayed at Hilton around the same time. Be very careful if you plan to stay there.

Wonderful stay at the Hilton. Staff are very kind, professional and you can tell they want you to have a great experience. The rooms are big, the bathroom has the shower separate from the bath which makes it really convenient to have a nice bath. The bath is good size, two adults can fit in. The hotel has activities for all ages, beach volleyball court, cocktail class, aquarobics, etc. At night time the restaurants have live music and shows. The adult only area is the place to relax and have fun with the activities and music. I recommend this hotel and will come back.

Let me start with the best part, the staff are amazing, always friendly & smiling, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and quite, the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The buffet breakfast was something to look forward to each morning and the chef’s are more than happy to custom make anything you want. There is a few different pools to choose from depending on your mood. Location is nearly perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

The Hilton was a fabulous place to stay and we will go back again. The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was excellent, however the Hilton could do with a another coffee machine to cater for the people waiting for for that morning coffee. I would like to give a big thank you to Tevita the chef who was 'simply the best' during the buffet breakfast. I would also like to thank the lovely man with the very big voice as you arrive at the hotel. He was amazing. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, however the slamming of doors from other guests were a little annoying. The hotel needs to look at adjusting the doors so they close quieter. Overall I would recommend The Hilton. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was not a "Hilton" experience. Booked room for 3 people yet every day had to request extra towels as they repeatedly only supply enough for 1 or 2 people. Many times had to call numerous times and wait over an hour for the extra towels to be delivered. Rooms are dated. All the seating around the pools gets "reserved" by guests from very early in the morning, making it very difficult to enjoy the pools with a young family. 7 times used the pools, 5 times they didn't have any pool towels available. On a few occasions when we did get towels they worn and tattered. Was told restaurant was "booked out" yet being only half full, and remained that way for the remainder of the night. All of the above was brought to the attention of management a couple of days in. Despite this the issues continued, and all you would get were apologies but no interest in actually fixing any of the issues. Overall just a very expensive and disappointing experience. Stay elsewhere.

Rooms are quite dated and in need of a refresh. We had quite a few issues with our room, power going off and on, smoke alarms beeping and going off. The staff were great and tried to remedy as much as they could. The housekeeping staff were fantastic, so kind and lovely.

Very very beautiful place to stay. It has its own beach, swimming pool, water aerobics in the morning, restaurants , bula bus and so many other facilities. I visited there at Christmas time and they had Christmas party in one of the restaurants. Pretty good breakfast in morning. Two restaurants choices in morning- one was for adults and the another one was for family. Overall awesome experience and I want to go and stay there again.

There were so many staff who were amazing. Repeka would greet us daily and make her way to check in on us to see if there was anything we need. It wasn’t just to us, she treated everyone the same but made us feel so cared for. Their vibrancy around guests was contagious. They were so delightful and his happiness and enthusiasm was contagious. Our stay was sensational. Rooms were great and we had more than we needed. A truly wonderful experience.

Apartment was clean, and has a beautiful view over the beach. Staff friendly and helpful, good housekeeping. Apartments are starting to look a little old, probably due for renovation soon. Restaurants are expensive and food quality whilst reasonable, it was not what I would expect for the price. Breakfast buffet was good but has flies around the open plates of fruits which is a bit of a turn off. The whole design & layout of the place is nice, but not quite as great as the Sheraton nearby, which seems to get more breezes and has more shaded walkways to keep the heat off your head.

  • 4/5 Dwayne K. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty much every room gets a water view. There are nice restaurants on site. Very friendly staff too! Awesome pools, heaps of beach frontage and the place seems to attract a good clientele. The resort is aging a little but the staff are doing their best to keep on top of it. I think Fiji generally suffered greatly during COVID and is bouncing back pretty well very happy to see tourists again!!

This Hilton is just fantastic. Best Hilton I've been to. 3 great restaurants, amazing breakfast buffet, super welcoming and kind staff. The rooms are spacious and splendid (I had a beachfront villa which even had washer and dried, dishwasher, full kitchen and BBQ on the deck). I can't wait to be back.
