A lot of good options available for food. I wish there were more fresh products and produce available. I'm used to an Australian supermarket so they didn't have everything that I was after. A good variety for the store that it was. Staff were friendly and easy to converse with.

Great prices. One draw back there is no seperate entrance - you have to walk through tills. 10 cents for a plastic bag. Step up and embrace the environment if you are serious about it. Offer paper bags for free. Cloth bags are now more costly.

I am a loyal, regular customer at this particular store, i literally shop every week. The place is highly convenient with all essentials under one roof. However my concern are certain staffs approach towards certain customers, displaying unfriendly behaviour and looks the moment we step in the shop. They stare and follow us around stealthily making us feel uncomfortable and irritated while trying to focus on shopping. This is something so unprofessional for a highly reputable company. Please,whoever is the boss, look a little closer on the staffs etiquette towards simple customer service and orientation.

RB's at Jetpoint is a perfectly good supermarket. What makes it 5* is that at Jetpoint you can actually park a car without driving round in ever decreasing circles tearing your hair out and ranting about the idiot architects who design car supermarkets, shopping centres and other large public areas and attractions around Fiji and assume there will never be more than 5 cars. Jetpoint has excellent parking facilities for not just the supermarket but the restaurants, shops and cinema. That is extraordinary. Well done!

Local supermarket for staples when staying in Fiji if you have a kitchen in your hotel/resort.. can be a bit dicey so go during the day and keep your wits about you. Burger King next door if you need an archy bag 🍔 or a loo 🚻

Very clean. Clean meat section too. Very spacious so you have enough space to walk around without someone breathing down your neck. Air conditioned, have a variety of stuff. Basically a one stop supermarket. Location is based in a area where you have restaurants and a men's barbar, pharmacy, theater etc. Ample parking space too.

Parking is great. Aisle are spacious. Shelfs are well stocked. Staff are always helpful. Managers are superior in as far as customer service. Pleasant environment to shop

Hygiene in the vegetable section is required. The smell of rotten onions were unbearable. Overall the staff are friendly abd accommodating

Has the basics and a bit of a variety if you looking for something other then the normal. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are also other services and goods available within reach should you need it like the cinema, restaurants clinic and pharmacy, to name a few.
