Unless you want to humiliate your guests, donot ever try to book this venue. The reception staff are so arrogant that they treat you as if you have trespassed their private property even if you check out an hour late even if you are ready to pay extra amount. They behave like they are doing a charity and doesn't respect anyone. Please avoid !!!

Rooms are tidy and big enough, location is very convenient (on the main road). The staff provided amenities, etc well. One major issue is staff didn't like us going out a bit late in the night, they acted agitated like a hostel warden, and said 'you are troubling us'. We felt it was very inconvenient. We didn't go out multiple times, only once we wanted to go out and have a short walk, but the staff were neither professional nor polite as it disturbed their sleep. We booked two rooms for attending a friend's wedding. One of the us who provided the proofs for booking wanted to leave early, the staff argued that the rest of us can't stay in that room since the guy who booked it is leaving and it means checking out. They tried to make us book another room, however we fought for half an hour and eventually got away without additional booking. Be aware of these!

Stayed in a AC room for a day.Observations stated below: Features 1. If pattancheru is on visiting list then you can comfortably stay here.No reasonable good hotel in Recommended for budget people 2. Rooms are good and spacious toilet /bathrooms 3. Early checkin option is available 4. Touching main road 5. Close to Bhel bus stop where intercity buses also have a boarding point.Basically a walkable distance of 600m. 6. Few good restaurants available near by. Things that can turn you off: Are very few ( specially for solo traveller) 1. You may find some cockroaches in and around 2. No breakfast in buffet or otherwise.They don't have their kitchens 3. Sunday's shops are normally closed till 10 am.

Horrible experience!! Took 5 rooms for my relatives to stay for my brother's marriage. In 3 rooms they found BEDBUGS!! Also the bedsheets were stinking. The reception staff, esp the lady was very rude while talking to us. Not at all worth the price. We were very embarassed in front of our relatives when they said bedbugs were there. When they entered, they felt the smell of whisky in the room. Not at all good for decent people to stay here.

Worst service ever seen. Not at all worth for money what we paid. Especially person at reception is arrogant. We booked 6 rooms for a function. They didn't mention they don't have hot water up front. And if we ask, they are asking in return why we need hot water. Just they are taking advantage of hotel location and charging more with out providing basic needs.

The rooms are ok for this low price. The bed is hard with uneven depressions.

Bad service at reception, dirty bed sheets, we get itching after use of it. We book 3 bed room, we couldn't get 1 extra bed sheet.

Decent rooms at low cost. No room service. Staff is helpfull
