Last month i checked in for company work and receptionist was very rude and supervisor too unable to give response properly just because i asked them to change the bed-sheet regularly they are arguing. No proper communication from the reception guy, I vacated to other hotel next day itself. 4 years back i was regular to this hotel that time staff was very good now its totally changed

Not really very satisfied, person on the reception was good. But another person looks like child labour was not at all happy to work their was working there and did not had any manner to behave infront of guests or others. Overall, there are no other options to stay in that area.

Decent rooms. Bed sheets were not so clean. We have been there for an over night stay. This place doesn't have much connectivity via cabs. Public transport should be relied upon every time. Bathrooms were decent. Good value for money.

This hotel is on the NH65 highway in Isnapur near to Hyderabad, rooms were clean and beds were also clean rest washroom were ok..this place is good for just rest as i don't wanted to travel in night...and if your on long trip and want to take rest in the night. Nearby there is ATM ,restaurant and bakery in case you wanna have a quick bite.Rate wise also it's fine.

Room was nice with an affordable price. washroom was cleaned properly. Only point is you have to manage your food by urself

Hotel Pankaj Palace, Isnapur, Hyderabad - Stay Review Date of Stay: 18th to 20th Jan 2024 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pankaj Palace in Isnapur, Hyderabad, from the 18th to the 20th of January 2024. I am sharing my thoughts and experiences during my stay. It is entirely personal and has nothing to do with any other person. After getting the phone number from the website, I booked my room over the phone with Mr. Manohar. I paid a token of advance money for the confirmation. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. They have the option of early check-in (usual check-in, 12 pm) and late check-out (usual check-out, 12 pm). The front desk staff, Mr. Manoj Rawal and Mr. Manohar, were very welcoming and helpful. Even Mr. Manoj enquired about my check-in over the phone before I reached the hotel, ensuring the room's conformity. I booked an Executive Family AC Room and was pleased with the overall quality and comfort. The room had amenities like a TV, Wi-Fi, AC, Cupboards, a tea table, and Chairs. The toilet was small but clean and well maintained with a mirror, hanger, and cold/hot water facility. The hotel staff/boys (Mr Manoj, Mr Manohar, Narender, Bibek, Shivam, and Cleaning Ammas) demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location in Isnapur was convenient for my needs. It is right on the Hyderabad-Mumbai NH-9 Highway. In summary, my stay at Hotel Pankaj Palace was positive overall. I recommend this hotel for travellers, either single or with family. While my stay was generally positive, there is room for improvement in the speed of service in delivering the food. However, they don’t have a kitchen facility, but they arrange it from outside. Also, the Wi-Fi speed can be improved slightly for a better work experience. I would rate my stay on a scale of 4 out of 5. I appreciate the hospitality of the Hotel Pankaj Palace staff and the pleasant experience they provided during my stay. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Worst experience and to much costly when u r checking out u need to pay blanket wash 300 for for two person u need to pay 600 extra

Good hotel. Limited parking. No Restaurant. Still good for a short stay. Very good location. However rate is on the higher side.

Best hotel lodging service of isnapur hyderabad

The hotel is at ISANPUR, very Long from city .You can reach there by auto or bus later travelling through metro till miyapur station or taking cab or renting metro bike will help a lot. Hotel is good in ambience inside .lift was in working condition they have external restaurant linked directly to hotel .Juts we can call and order food. Clean and tidy rooms.They are maintained well as both AC and NON AC rooms are offered. The rooms are rich and of large space with reasonable price .They accept card payments too. Still somethings can be improved .

It was grt plesure to stay, very helpful staff, fast service, neat and clean area, room were clean and big in size. We were in executice category room. Water cooler at lift lobby makes hotel management appreciate. Sanitizer at reception and every floor is appreciated. Overall it was too good.

The rooms were clean , very comfortable, and the staff ( Lohith and Surendar in front desk ) . Was amazing. And beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in Mumbai Highway. 👍👌
