No Reliance Digital store in the surrounding area. This is not good maintenance by Jio to have this Information(store is available) on their Website.

Standard Reliance Jio store. You can get recharge done, new connections, solve any connection related issues. Also buy minor accessories like pen drives, memory cards, data cables, etc.

Not at all helpful staff. One of them says he has no knowledge so the other person will do who is not available. I went to enquire how to block my sim since I lost my phone and he says me to buy a new phone instead of telling me the solution of how to block the sim. Useless store.

Not at all good place to visit for your Reliance Jio requirements. You will not find the solutions in spite of repeated visits. I had to visit thrice, but couldn't complete my MNP.

Pathetic and very poor service. They took 1 month and 4 days to repair a refrigerator.with more than 12 call backs from our end. Highly not recommended for products that may need any service. Roadside shops are far better than MOST UNRELIABLE - RELIANCE

It is very small store. Here they give the sims but we can't find phones here..

Nice experience, People here have more patience and works very good and decent. There are server issue, even i have to go back with empty hands 3 times. But atleast now the process is some what faster. They are serving people very good

Not helpful, always people will say they are on lunch whether at 2 o clock or 4 o clock...I wish we had more competition to jio to expect better behaviour from jio employee..they bhave in certain way because they know people are forced to come to them.

The service is above average, some one should be there to respond the customer requests in this branch. I have actually went with a change : MNP, 1st the service is good though due to not getting proper response from the initial service provider my query dis not resolved. 2nd time have been forced to visit the branch as the network is down to so the MNP. Finally with my 3rd visit to the branch the issue is resolved.

Amazing,the people where very helpful . Even in this covid , they are very much concerned about the people and asking each of them their queries and asking them to wait outside as "one person allowed" inside

Very bad reception. The guy can't even answer a single question. Just says. We don't have it. And we have no info. It's like.. please just leave. We don't have that product available, so we don't give a damn about you and your query.
