Best Hotel in Budget Polite staff Receptionist was very Humble Their response was quick and super fast. 24Hours hot water availability Rooms are neat and very clean. Restaurant not open yet in this pandemic situation,and outside food is allowed! Also there are many restaurants close to Hotel. Peace and clam place and not much traffic noise.

Wouldn’t recommend them for their poor service and irresponsible answers to get the services .

Good and budget friendly place to stay near BHEL circle. Name was mentioned as SSR grand and not collection O. Missing some small basic facilities in the rooms, like coffee maker, locker, water bottles, minibar/fridge, hangers, toiletries were provided on request. Staff were polite and food was ok. Required to enter from behind the building and lift does not work till parking area(cellar).

A good place to stay. Service can be improved. Booked through OYO and stayed for three nights. Rooms were clean and hygienic. House keeping and room service are good. Food was really tasty - every item we ordered was a delight. But the restaurant is only for name sake so better to order from room. Breakfast can be improved. We had to ask for bucket as there was only shower. There's a smoking room on fourth floor in the corner which was a pain as were given a room cloe to it. They should move it elsewhere.

Location and parking good. Have to reach 3rd floor by lift. Room was spacious. Bed linen were dull grey. TV worked after great effort. Remote did not. We didn't mind as we were tired after long journey. We booked through MakeMyTrip and were charged including breakfast. But there's No restaurant or pantry. Restaurants available nearby. Thankfully they gave us plates so we could have take away food in the room. AC did not work, geyser did not work, exhaust fan did not work. In the end it was just a space to crash, nothing more. Paid nearly 2k for 2+1. Regret booking this hotel. General observation with all hotels after seeing online and visiting directly - photos are all of New property just after inauguration. Current reality is not even 5-10% of those photos. It seems the management had given up on the maintenance of this property. We were too tired and too fed up to take photos and post. By the way, who in the world is giving 5 star reviews for this property? Either they were lucky or we were extremely unlucky

Value for Money. Good Ambience. Nice & Clean rooms and Toilets. Rooms are bigger as compared to other hotels. Excellent furnitures and storage space. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Food options we are yet to explore. We liked the room so much that within 2 hours of Checking in I thought of writing this review....

Writing this review while I am in the hotel. Room is good but not hygienic. Lot of cockroach. Water is not coming for 1 hr. No kitchen service. 1300 is high price even after discount. With such condition it should be 500 rs.

Edition O is one of the signature stay by OYO. Othe such properties are Townhouse and Capital O. The Edition O 30002 is located above the BrandFactory in Chanda Nagar opposite to BHEL. It is a great property with 41 rooms across 2 floors( room number 13 is missing as it happens witb many major hotel chains). It also has a Cafe O, where the complimentary buffet breakfast is served every morning. The rooms are clean and spacious, individual geyser and air conditioning is provided in each room along with Tv and other basic amenities. There is also a small centre table with 2 chairs for room service. The toiletries (dental kit not included) are specially made for Edition O properties and are of premium quality with an aesthetic aroma. Be sure to book on app and look for lucrative discounts. Food menu is elaborate and quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the locality.

Hotel rooms are good but hotel isn't priceworthy. need to reach 3rd floor with breakdowns lift. Service is average.

Stayed 10 days. Despite request ..Bed/ Linen changed once in 3 days. No Food or coffee. No toileteries, not a single item. No towel. No desk support

Nice rooms, missing kitchen facility and most of the times AC is not working, booked 7 rooms in the hotel and AC was not working in 4 of them

The receptionist Ranjit who sits at the front desk is a fraud. When booked a room with OYO, he said they does not have tie up with OYO and asked me to pay 2400 instead of 1300. After talking to Oyo customer care he said he just received confirmation that they have time up with OYO. Please be careful of such fraud people. When spoke to property manager even he spoke the same language

They wouldn’t let me stay due to being a foreigner. This was not mentioned on booking.com. Booking.com tried to contact them and couldn’t. Staff at the reception were rude and didn’t help find another hotel it was nearly midnight!

No active Kitchen. Plus the hotel is located in a closed space where there are no lights or man movement. Also near to the highway so you have to deal with noise. No TV & Water Bottle is also charged.

Good place...have some operational challenges of air conditioning systems..believe the hotel was affected with covid paused operations..great rooms need to be maintained
