Glad to see a Cafe this side of the town. It gives a spacious feel with a very welcoming and relaxing ambience which is non intrusive. The menu is decently expansive and has the usual continental dishes slightly over indexed on the Italian fare. The food is freshly prepared which takes time and allows you to spend time (who goes to a cafe for a quick bite anyways). The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a very likeable place to hang out.

Nice ambience and great food. Loved the burger and fries. Good quality. Service was a bit slow but it could be because we were early. Visited on a weekday. Not much of a foot fall on a weekday. There's seating indoor (ac) and outdoor. Smoking is allowed in outdoor seating area. Comfortable couches for searing. A good hangout for friends, not much for a family. Trendy and modern kind of cafe. Cost is on the higher side a tad bit but okay given the ambience and food quality. Go with friends or your team.

It's a place to relax and have some good food with great coffee. The staff is friendly and the ambience is relaxing. Ample seating space is available with AC/Non-AC option. They could work on the music a bit. It doesn't go well with the cafe. We had a veg pizza, cheese garlic bread, chicken patty fried burger with coffee. Parking space is limited as one has to park on the road side but it's worth a visit. Washroom is available.

The Cafe is situated at the 4th Floor which comforts the customers with a Beautiful skyline view and relaxing gusts of wind which will rejuvenate a mind full of stress. Fantastic ambience and the behaviour of the Cafe authorities are too good.

You cannot come to this place and not fall in love with it. The ambience is good, music is pleasant, and food is so delicious, that I personally asked for the chef to give my compliments. Chef Rahul worked his magic with every dish we ordered. The staff members Dinesh and Rukvith are so courteous, patient and well mannered that you would want to come back to his place just to experience the customer service. I am honest with my reviews and not always easily impressed, but this place deserves a good review. It is unexplored by many because the beauty of the place is not seen from the road. Group party, date, or just a hangout with a couple of friends, this place will be good for all. Check it out guys.

Updated ratings- Visited after few months and to my surprise it was a upside down experience... Nothing met the previous experience.. our group left in the mid and I conveyed the same to attender... ------------------- Wrote whole lot of sentences and before submission accidently refreshed the page 😂 Now probably the detailed review for the next time. In short best place for having a quick family/friendy outing. We enjoyed the food very much. Ordered Mac and cheese pasta, chili paneer, mexican pizza, mix veg noodles and few drinks. Everything was great in taste.🍜🍲🍕🍔🌯👍 Just one request please don't play non English songs on repeat mode... Different varieties would be good. 😂 Suggestion- Please provide non chargeable drinking water as well.

Wait time is super high. Food was decent. There is a small stage outside for small events. Should be nice for small evening parties, standup sets etc.

We had food here before and it was good. but this time, I found every thing bland and nothing was fresh. On top of it, there was a cockroach on the table. I will leave it to that. 🤮

Love this Cafe, food is good, ambience is awesome. They moved to this new location few months back. Its spacious, comfortable seating with different options. They are working to get some live music, looking forward for it. Slightly expensive, but worth the quantity and quality.

Ordered classic cold coffee and Italian garden pizza. All the 3 stars are for food and the menu. Ambience is good but would have been better if smoking is prohibited in the premises. Smelled more like nicotine than caffeine. Parking becomes difficult if the place get slightly crowded.

Not worth going there. Majority of items not available. No reservation apps. They say 10% discount on 799, but while paying they say it is 1000. No menu card, order through site that expose your mobile number. Their signature pizaa tastes like putting cheese on a dosa. Pros: Ambiance is good, so the reason I gave 2.

I visited this Cafe recently and was impressed by the fantastic ambience. The interior design created a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for a pleasant dining experience. However, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. While the food was good in taste, the side dishes were not up to par, and I was disappointed that ketchup wasn't offered beforehand for the sandwich and fries. Moreover, only one sugar sachet was provided for the cappuccino, which felt insufficient. Additionally, the ground floor seating arrangement felt awkward and cramped. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. With a few adjustments, this cafe has the potential to elevate its cafe-hopping experience and fully live up to its charming ambience.

Location is good, right next to citizens hospital. The cafe is at the top most floor but the floors below are getting renovated. So there is a lot of dust and construction materials around in the stairs and entrance. When we went, lift was not working and had to resort to stairs to reach the 4th floor but the stairs was full of construction materials. Was bit of an effort to go through that. Also the stairs leads to the cafe's kitchen side. Food was good, their frappe and dark choc based drinks were yummy. Pizza was average. Egg sandwich was alright. Service was very slow.

Restaurant prices are astronomical and the service & ambience is third class. Food is average too. Better to throw your money than spending on any meal here

Food was good and the cold coffee was great.. Cherry on the top being the amazing musical jamming session by a group of visitors at the cafe. Looking forward to more such Sunday evenings.

It has a very subtle presence from the outside. When you get in it's a whole new experience. Warm and good staff. Good food. Great ambience. Group games like uno and cards can be played. Some good books also to read along with dine in. Was a pleasant surprise package all together. Keep the good work.

Good place for a quiet meal. Loved the coffee- hot and cold. Fried chicken wings and veg club sandwich were very well prepared. Pizza would have preferred a complete thin crust and crisper base. Overall a good place and would recommend for a meal.

Best place to hangout with friends. There are a lot of books, games and even a selfie space! Their potato wedges, must try! Garlic bread is good too and the Coffee ofcourse! I enjoyed thoroughly and had awesome time. I highly recommend this one :)

High waiting time even when they have 2 tables sitting. Huge menu but it’s only digital, this means you have to call someone to ask he details (like what all is there in a combo, digital menu doesn’t have details) Food was good, tasty and fresh. Cold coffee was too good. Apart from service wait time and menu thing, everything was good. To me, that’s unnecessarily making it complex.

Cozy environment, tastefully done and amazing food. Its really hard to order something that doesn't taste good....love the place!

Considered ordering from Cafe Gluck as we had eaten from there earlier and the food was alright. This time however, I was quite disappointed. The Chicken roll and the chicken burger were too bland. The roll almost had an off-putting smell. The fries were salty and hard. The chicken wings were extremely spicy. I guess if the flavours were more balanced it would've been a better experience.

Worst experience ever! Found maggots in my hot chocolate!! First when I got the hot chocolate, I felt some sediments in my drink and showed it to the person concerned. He said he would filter the drink as there might be sediments from the newly opened chocolate powder packet. He later got the drink and I still found particles. When I put them out on the plate to my horror they were maggots!!!! Never visiting this place again!! Terrible experience!!!
