Loved the ambience and the set up. Has ample seating facility… food is as usual spicy like natukodi pulusu n biryani but loved the taste always. Fried rice is really yummy and tasty Service can be better

Really good food for the money we are spending. Ordered Butter Naan and Tandoori chicken . Both tasted premium . Price might seem bit on higher side. Still will have a happy smile after you eat as some good staffs to attend by. One disappointment I felt is the cleanliness of the washroom ... It was way below average..

Excellent Biryani...it is called MLA Biryani..which is full of spices and Aroma. Enjoyed the food and it was different.

It's famous in Hyderabad as one of the older places to have Biryani and chicken starters! The speciality of serving a food in banana leaf. I personally found the food average and nothing exceptional. The meal sizes are generous and price very reasonable. So check before you order so that you don't get too much on your plate. Biryani is the most recommended thing to order. Budget for so extra time as the you may have to wait for getting a table.

Food was good, taste was good, ambience was good, and finally service was also good. The only discomfort was parking place because of road construction little difficult to park my vehicle.

Food taste is undoubtedly good. But they are using too much butter 🧈 in butter naan. Chicken lollypop is average. Restaurant ambiance is good. It can be more hygienic in toilet area. Access area is slippery slop, they should have fixed it in ground floor.

Service little late if you order starters with main course, unless one ready other won't reach table. Taste is good but little pricy items. Note: Mutton biryani hardly has 50gms. of peaces in it.

We had paya soup, beja fry and county chicken curry with Ragi Mudda! -All are good in taste and not expensive! -Nice place to go with family too. -Staff are polite and responsive. Only reason for one star less is, because of beja fry became a kind of paste!

I have always ordered food from here for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian I should say all the time it was lip smacking. I would love to dine in one day and would like to thank the chef and management. Kudos and keep it up

If you are looking for spicy food, then this is the best place. Chicken pot biryani is a must try. They have special dishes as well. It is good for both vegetarians and non vegetarians!!!!

Liked the Ambience...Cushions are missing in the seating area... Good seating capacity...Food to me is comparatively good compared to that of Kritunga in KPHB... We ordered Bone soup and Manchow soup...Both were good Liked the starters and panner kulcha Paneer biryani too is good...The panner was like a paneer 65...but good... Had a decent experience Service can be improved...

We ordered Crispy Fish as starters which is tasteless (Never ever order this starter). In main course, we tried Butter Nan and Andhra Mutton Curry but again it was a disappointment since Mutton Curry was not at all good in taste. Then finally we ordered Mutton Kheema biryani as waitress suggested but it was not at all biryani. It was tasted like some Kichidi with mutton powder. (Very spicy and Bad in taste ) Overall we 3 people visited and made the bill of 1500/- still felt disappointed and returned back and decided not to visit Kritunga anymore. It's Costly and very bad in taste. Don't go here if you wanna have a good food.

This place is closed. And here the other hotel with its name is Jagvi's Kritunga Restaurant. I was having Zomato gold ( where it's 20% off ) which this restaurant is not accepting. I ordered pot biryani here which is again disappointing. Overall not recommended.

Food is tasty. The ambience is too good. Then why 1 star? It's difficult to digest my concept for most of the people. 1. They are forcing to take bottled water. Are they going to earn millions in selling water bottles? If they are not confident in providing quality water, then how they can give quality food? 2. We took normal water only. They bought a water jug made of copper. That was too good. But they served that water in paper cups. Can't they spend some amount to buy some metal water glasses? 3. According to a study recently, researchers found plastic in human bodies. 70% of the reason is due to water bottles only.

Visited with my wife for lunch but it was a big disaster. I wish reviewers should be able to give negative rating. Paya soup just looks good to taste but it's the worst paya soup I have ever had. Paya soup is full of pepper amd you could taste that. Even spice lovers couldn't eat that. Chicken Fry Biryani taste is not good. Chicken pieces in biryani doesn't taste like chicken. Quantity and quality are very less... prices are really high.. finally worst worst worst restaurant.

For starters we ordered Tangdi Kabab and Paneer 65, Both were good but could be better. I would give 3.5/5 for starters. For Main course we tried Pot Biryani and it's one of the best Biryani I had in recent times. It is lil different to traditional Hyderabadi Biryani but tastes amazing. Must try (Pot Biryani) 5/5 Stars.

Worst taste n very expensive i felt... Too much spicy food even after telling them that to reduce spice as v went with 5yrs kid even though. And first we ordered natukodi iguru it was not cooked n after telling that thy changed it but in bill is charged again 🤦. Later thy deducted. Ambience is poor and torned sofas. Overall experience is wrst.

Great Ambiance along with Great Food & Professional Service Had an Apollo Fish starter. Taste is OK. Didn't expect this taste after spending 310 bucks. Not recommended though Next had Pot chicken 🐔 Biryani, which is one of their signature dish. Really loved it from first bite till last. MUST TRY & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Do not do cheap things like this (as shown in photo). People are paying for that also. Ordered spl chicken biryani. Received the same. All good except the lemon and onions. If you don't want to provide onion and lemon then please don't give and change the prices.

Had a creepy experience of ordering food (CB Family Pack) through Swiggy. Just 1 km away from home so I thought food will be delivered on time. No response from the restaurant and the delivery partner even after one hour of order. Earlier had a good impression of Kritunga food. With this kind of service and response, I think it’s bye bye…

Food (i had mushroom biryani as takeaway) is spicy with masala. Unable to eat a quarter of it, so it went into dustbin directly. Portion size is good enough for 2 people. Last time i went for dine in and ordered a Non-veg starter platter, it was good with wide options and serves 2-3.

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly and the rates were reasonable.

No parking facility available here, me and my fam had paya soup ( Tasted average) chicken corn soup ( tasted below average) pot biryani ( too much of ghee and not spicy , tasted just ok ) green chilli biryani (tasted good and spicy too ) worst washrooms and wash basins No sanitization at all here. Staff were polite ,decent and tidy.

I ordered food from kritunga chandha nagar resturant through swiggy but I didn't got my complete items to be delivered I ordered 2 items I received only one item and I asked these people no one responded properly .next time how could one can order food from same resturant happened like this .I lost belief in them.i request all to check before you order From this restaurant through swiggy.

Just walked in here without reading any reviews, were absolutely baffled by the overall experience. Cool ambiance, fluorescent lighting, mouth watering dishes and much more. Started with papa soup, I must admit it’s very authentic and tasty, a bit spicy though. Enjoyed the taste of original pays soup after a long time. From starters, went for rayalaseema chicken fry, tenderly boiled, drenched in spices, cooked to perfection. Then, ordered their signature ragi sangati mudda and the ever famous mutton pulusu. This combo is something every foodie would love, especially those having appetite for traditional dishes. It’s a must try if you are here. Ambiance is spacious and delightful, tables neatly arrange with lot of space to move around. Service is very fast, there were only when I dropped in here, not sure how fast it would be in times of crowd. Overall a good place to visit along with family and friends to have wonderful authentic rayalaseema dishes.

I ordered Mutton curry for take a way. They asked me the specifications and amount of spicy and all. I thought it was a good service. Later after going home and opened the packet, I was shocked to see chicken curry.

I came to your restaurant for giving order, but observed that his behaviour is not good who is sitting at takeway section. I went another restaurant to buy food. Same thing happened with another customer and that customer went out without give any order. Change the person who is sitting at takeway section right now. Otherwise you may loose regular customer like me.

Ordered kaju paneer curry came without kaju that to spice without taste and staff is like robots they won't suggest anything good in same price eg; i ordered biryani plane rice 195 rupee instead they can suggest me veg biryani 200 rupee
