In case your organization provides this as accommodation to you, it's time to change the organization. You certainly deserve better than average accommodation. You can also say this as 'single occupancy' in a 3BHK flat. They charge exorbitant amount for laundry and won't even let you use common washing machine stating 'It's not in your package'. Poor gym facility. Nothing healthy in either of the meals. Reception has clearly no clue. Hope you make a better choice!! - Someone who stayed here for 25 days.

I regularly visit the restaurant as they prepare delicious home style food. The food is so tasty yet so light. I have been here with my parents and they also loved the food. Must try "Chicken Kali Mirch" with "Vegetable Pulao".

Had the worst experience here. Services are very poor. Kitchen is non-functional. They provided gas stove but there was no gas connection 🥲 We requested to charge our EV for 1 hour in the parking as there was an emergency, but they denied. The people at the reception are just hopeless. Rooms are very small. You can get better services at much cheaper prices at any other serviced apartment. Only good thing about this place is the food. The buffet has wide variety of dishes. Food is good, quality wise and taste wise.

Rooms and services are excellent . The staffs are good and polite. Food is also very good. The location is little far from the airport but peace and happiness is prevailed.

This is the worst place to stay in. I stayed here for the first time hoping to get the same service as other Deccan serai properties. In my room the tv did not work, AC remote non functional, washbasin in the washroom was dysfunctional. It was told that 1st and 2nd floor is dedicated for women and families but there were people everywhere. Atleast be honest and not make false claims ! I asked for watermelon juice which the chef happily churned it in a jar which he previously used for some other dish, I could taste garlic and chillies in the water melon juice...makes me question the hygiene of the kitchen! At dinner fish was kept and the name tag was corn fry. This is worse than a local market lodge !

Great stay! The rooms are clean and decent. The kitchen has all the necessary items. Balcony is available too. The food of the restaurant was delicious. Good hospitality!

Service & hotel location is fabulous 🤩 Some room location is not good but you will find it clear definitely. I have stayed here for 14 nights. And food is very good in quality with normal restaurant price.

Excellent service. The staffs and all the managers were great. They really know how to behave and treat the guests in their hotel. The food served in restaurant is very good and very prompt service. Each table gets cleaned immediately and very good coordination among all employees. Their laundry service is also very good. The managers at the reception were also very good and cheerful. They will help you out in case of any emergency. They are very polite and efficient. I would love to visit again in future.

I love this place. I had stayed around 12 days. They have buffet breakfast and it was pretty good you will get a-lot of options. House keeping and cleaning service is very good. Even the food from restaurant is also good even better than zomato.

Rooms are good and so is the housekeeping but you have to follow up a lot of times for any requests, be it a food order , internet service or something as basic as an over the counter medicine. The restaurant serves a good buffet , tasty and value for money

Worst Food quality, inefficient people including managers , high tarrif for genuine border to snatch them but low prices for agents which makes more cheaper services and man power . Except the property location and limited days staying, this property is not recommended at all. They offer very very limited food item during buffet that also South Indian Gharana. No room for people choosing food from East and North Indian menu. Maximum item which mention in the menu not available. Shaggy room , no ventilation.

Stayed here on a business trip for two+ weeks. They offer service apartments for rent and in most cases the rooms are rented out separately with the common space of the flat shared. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of facilities, basic cutlery, dining plates, water dispenser, refrigerator. The rooms are basic with good quality beds, a study table, chair and a very basic wardrobe provision. Ventilation was a problem in the room. Bathroom was basic with a few toiletry items provided. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained. The common space in the flats were good, with large sofas, a dinning table and with good lighting and ventilation. Service of the support staff was great. Gym was in a very poor shape when I used it. Most machines were not usable, limited weights and just not maintained. The food was OK, but lacked variety, with no healthy options esp in the dinner spread. Very spicy, probably the effect of being in Hyderabad! The dinner buffet was very reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was complementary and offered some variety with standard South Indian and basic North Indian fare. It's easily accessible and may be a good fit for people visiting companies around Hitech City, Gachibowli, Madhapur. Overall I give it a rating of 3/5. Please avoid if planning a short trip with family and explore it only if it's a no frills business trip

At Home Apartments were a great host when I travelled to Hyderabad for my work. They made my stay comfortable. The service was very good. Rooms were very neat. They provided morning breakfast buffet, which included varieties of options in their menu. Overall it was a great stay.

Room service was good. Location is very good. Prime location and hence the cost i believe. Very old building but maintained well Spacious rooms but facilities like bathroom fittings are old. Bathroom itself is old. Food was good but not a big spread as mentioned in previous reviews.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the home-like experience this place has provided to me - it lives up to name 'At Home' and even beyond. From the warm and welcoming staff to the cozy, hygiene and well fixed flats and individual rooms, it truly felt like a home away from home. Comfortable furnishings, work table and decorated spaces, made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Its amazing that i have had a choice to have hearty breakfast, dinner buffet in their restraunt or prepare my own food in the well-stocked kitchenette. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone individual or family who looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay that truly feels like a home away from home.

I have stayed in Athome with Family during Oct-Nov. 2022. Excellent service, Hygiene & Very good quality Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner, Recreation facility & Homely environment Rooms are spacious n well organised

Booked this place from April 2-9. As soon as I was given the room, was asked to move to a different hotel saying they are under renovation and booking was a mistake. They wanted me to move as soon as possible, though I could delay by a day. Moved to a different hotel, which didn't have laundry, kitchen and probably much cheaper. Never compensated for the hassle and never gave a note in written. Absolutely unprofessional. To be fair, they were not rude and were talking courteously, though, don't know how long it would have been that way if I insisted to stay.

Hopeless they don't even give a cup also it is shared so beware. It like like small town apartments.
