A 3 star hotel should have ample parking space and for a hotel which charges 4500k per day is totally expected to have a proper parking facility. However, am not sure if the hotel management knows what is meant by parking. The securities are left to handle the parking service in a no-parking area which makes us feel pathetic towards them, since they are absolutely helpless in a congested area like this. This hotel claims to have parking facility in various sites but it's not true. However the room service and the reception service is good. But with the parking discomfort faced even before entering the hotel , we tend to think twice about having booked this hotel. They claim to bring a better parking area in the near future. But am worried about only my current experience during the stay. This one star rating is purely for the hotel management and not for the employees in the hotel. In fact we feel pathetic towards them since they have to face the wrath of the customers for something out of their control.

Great hotel and hospitality. I enjoyed my one day stay at this hotel. This place is near to all the reachable areas, shops, food items, and metro. Rooms and bathroom are very clean n neat. Centralized ac, spacious rooms. It was worth the stay. If you want to feel a luxurious stay with affordable pricing and all major attraction and proximity nearness, go for it. It's a beautiful hotel situation in a beautiful prime location. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious enough. Other than queen size bed you get dinner table and work desk space available inside the room. They have gym and open terrace space for usability. If needed can park your vehicle as well in the hotel parking space. Their service is also really good will address all your queries. I asked them to change my room to higher floors and being so considerate they accept my request. Morning breakfast has variety of options north Indian, south Indian and continental. Taste is also good. I highly suggest to stay in this hotel for business or personal visit.

My room at Zibe Hyderabad was a haven of comfort and style. The plush furnishings, tasteful decor, and modern amenities created a perfect blend of contemporary luxury and classic charm. Room and room service was good but didn't like the catering services available on second floor. Being a three star hotel I didn't expect the food quality to be like this. Only breakfast and sodas were ok. Except that whatever we ordered was either too spicy or no taste at all.

Not good as described as a 3 ⭐ hotel. Their amenities are very poor, you should keep on asking for them. The washroom has a lot of water spillage issues and the noisy sliding door, never expected from this type of 3 ⭐ hotel. Room service is too bad. It's very difficult to enter this hotel due to their bad parking in front of the hotel, you can't even walk/carry with your small trolley bag. Their security is also not supportive while entering from the blocked parking area. Not a worthy place to stay at the current charges.

This hotel is bang on the main road at Kukatpally surrounded by commercial complexes and showrooms. Key problem in this hotel is car parking. They call themselves a 3 star hotel. But, there is no parking space at all. You have to find a place on the pavement just outside the hotel either before 6am in the morning or after 11pm in the night. That's when you are likely to find a place to park the car in the pavement. But, when you take out the car be ready to drive it to a water wash place because you can find few inches thick mud and dust collected. The worst part is Parking is listed as an amenity on sites like Agoda when you book the room. The hotel authorities give you a helpless look when you question them about the parking suggesting as though "You came by a car and that's your problem. How can we help on this aspect?" A hotel that charges 4500 rupees per night is unable to provide a proper parking facility to its customers. Pathetic is an understatement for this. Another issue I faced is the drinking water. They charge 140 rupees for a 1 litre water bottle. This is literally day time loot. I am not sure if even 5 star hotels charge this amount. So, if you don't bother about this day time loot and don't use a car, you can consider this place. Otherwise it is a complete waste of your money. You can find places offering better facilities at same price elsewhere.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We came to the hotel for 2 nights and even though we do not have sim card it was no hassle because the staffs helped us with booking rides. They can also order food for you. Hotel is clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend. 👍🏼

Great hotel. Stayed here for three nights with my friends. We didn't pre book, but they gave us the best service. One night we forgot our bags in the uber on the way home to the hotel, and they helped us immediately by calling the driver and get him to come back with the luggage (the uber driver didn't speak english). Overall a great experience! I don't hesitate to recommend this place!

This hotel is highly recommended. Their service is a top-notch. The staff are very welcoming and very attentive to our request. The receptionist Mr. Anish Kumar immediately gave a call once we arrived in our room to ask if everything is good and if we are comfortable, he even arranged our taxi for the city tour the next day. He even said a prayer for our friend who took the exam on our last day in the hotel. Hats off to you sir👏Another thing is their Tiffin Room staff are as well good and their service is extra special. My friends and I enjoyed our 2 days stay in this hotel. The overall experience is unparalleled and we will definitely come back and book our stay in this hotel in the future. Great hotel and a great location. The staff at the reception were very friendly and they offered us a room upgrade free of cost. The staff behaviour, very small details such as ensuring the lift is at the ground floor as soon as they saw us approaching the hotel, providing us the room on time as per our request are very much appreciated. There is also a valet car parking. I would completely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Road side location: Not recommended for people travelling by car. No proper parking at all, you have to park infront of the hotel. Your vehicle would be chalk white the other day due to the dust coming from the traffic

What makes this hotel great is because of the impeccable staffs service. Me and my friend came to India for a very important exam. While we are stressed and anxious, the hotel staffs were very helpful during our stay. Upon arrival, we're warmly welcomed by the Receptionist. They organized our transportation from airport to hotel then vice versa, "tuktuk" rides to and from testing center and planned our tour in Hyderabad. They even checking us by calling the tour guide. They allowed us too to stay in the room after check out time. They prepared our breakfast earlier and have it delivered in our room on the day of our exam. They recommended and ordered the best "Buttered Chicken" we've ever tasted! Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of the staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable! The impeccable service and hospitality of the staffs (special mention to Mr. Asish and Mr. Siva from the Reception desk) made our trip memorable. Again, thank you and we'll surely recommend the Zibe Hotel Hyderabad with our colleagues!

Easy to locate, excellent service from all staff. From security to cleaning staff are all very courteous. Pleasant atmosphere and hassle free. Front office staff Sai Magesh and Ashish have perfect customer care skills and are helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. For a safe and comfortable stay in Hyderabad I will recommend and choose Zibe by GRT again.

Food was excellent and in restaurant Mr Raj Kumar was very care taking. Instead mosquito repellent natural lime with clown may try which works out for room freshner too. Reception and all service was great. Mr Shiva was so helpful and kind enough

Our stay at Zibe was extremely fortunate. As we spent nearly 2 weeks at the hotel it became our home away from home. The staff were always happy, gracious, a true pleasure to deal with. Staff members such as Ashish Kumar, Siva Prassad, and Raj Kumar were exceptional, however the restaurant, cleaning, porter, security, and other staff all maintained the same excellence of service. The staff treated us better than we ever expected. No request was ever difficult. From the entry door to the rear fire escape, all staff were diligent, experienced, and a pleasure to be with. I would recommend this Hotel also for the dining, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort of the facility. My personal thanks to the staff and management for making our stay in Hyderabad so enjoyable.

Hotel is good. It's located on main road of kukatpally GRT jewellers. The rooms are good and the themes used inside of the room to decorate also looks good. Used different themes for different rooms. Rooms are neat and tidy. The staff was good. Food quality was good but prices were high. It was an business trip of 2 days and the overall experience of the stay was good.

This ideally located, close to KPHB in Hyderabad. The room is clean and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and are quick to provide service. The complimentary breakfast is good. I had to wait for some time during the check in. The management should take care of the issue.

We checked in at midnight, and there was a system issue. The reception called after we had gone to sleep asking for an advance. The rooms upkeep, lighting etc can be improved. The sheets and towels need to be cleaner. The room windows open out to other buildings, and the lack of ventilation tells, as the rooms feel musty and claustrophobic. GRT is a well known brand and we booked because of that, but charging for tooth brush etc is silly. Your brand has a certain reputation, not sure why you want to kill it.

I visited this hotel last month for attending for my friends marriage. The staff were humble. The breakfast is variety & excellent. Rooms were cleaned with Nice theme.

Neat, tidy and colourful rooms. Hotel with simple yet attractive paintings everywhere that made me feel light and happy. I loved the stay. Their key card to the room reads 'Be yourself'🤩 Yoga mats are available on request. The breakfast spread is great with two juices (one extract and a fruit juice), fruits and a variety of dishes. Whenever anything went wrong and I asked people to attend to it, mostly they attended immediately. Staff were prompts, polite and courteous. Please book in advance. I wanted to extend my stay by a day and they couldn't as they already had the bookings.

Rooms are very good and maintained properely and very hygienic too. They provide all amenities and they provide immediately when needed. The food served in the room is very delicious and hygienic. The only issue is that they are taking a very long time to serve the food and the menu is very limited. All the people who are working there are very friendly and responsible. Located in a prime location and has limited car parking but not covered. Also have many multi cuisine restaurants near the hotel and have many malls near for spending time.

A really nice place nestled right in the midst of everything. Stayed here for three days, Rooms are very clean and well maintained. There's a well maintained gym on the fifth floor so you can workout as well The breakfast buffet spread is small but extremely tasty! Special mention to Mr Ravi Teja for his exemplary service!

I hopped around a lot to find any good hotel in the price range and couldn't find any. Found this to be the only well maintained place in the locality. Everything was great but a couple points to note - no hair dryer, no iron box/board. Laundry services are provided by the hotel themselves though.

Great Boutique Hotel...but with Terrible Parking Facilities ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I loved: - Size of the room - Cleanliness - Prompt service (special call out to Asish at the Front Desk) - Location What could improve: Parking facilities SUCKS BIG TIME: a) Despite having underground parking, they don't allow guests who drive their own cars to park their vehicle in the basement. As a result you are forced to park on the road/pavement. b) Finding a parking slot in the evening and weekends is a nightmare, as all the slots (on the road/pavement) are taken up by the shoppers. The security guards try their best to squeeze you in and invariably you have to leave the keys with the valet. c) The parking area is so dusty and dirty. The car is coated with a layer of dust and it's a morning ritual to remove the dust and scrub the car. Having advertised free parking during booking, this is shortchanging the guests. The management needs to give a serious thought to improving the parking facilities. So, if you are driving your own car, my advise is to find another hotel with better parking facilities.

Excellent, because the staff were all accommodating and friendly. The receptionist (forgot his name) and Mr. Assish. He was very nice and friendly during our stay. He helped us and assisted us from day1 till check out, from toktok to taxi, he really negotiated with the drivers for our safe travel. The location also is near the testing center, so it's a plus. And also, i like the room it's neat and clean, the bed and the pillow were very comfortable. The complementary drinks and breakfast. We had a wonderful experience with Zibe Hotel by GRT. Bang on the road on Kukatpally at KPHB colony road the hotel is sandwiched between shops - one may almost miss it. The staff is very courteous and helpful. the rooms are decent. The greatest disadvantage is lack of safe parking space. They have to be parked on footpath and risk of other vehicles damaging is high.

Extremely impressed with cleanliness and service and accessibility to all outside commute needs. Internet was little sloppy and traffic and closed environment without any views are little off. But still I will come back for the hospitality and cleanliness. Especially Ravi Teja from Food and Beverage department and Shiva from front office are the best . They both always go above and beyond to make customers happy. I really enjoyed the stay.
