Worst service. Owner is unprofessional. Bus condition is not at all good. Air conditioner in the bus did not work. Worst service. Please don't trust this travels 🙏

Sathish Tours and Travels provided us a 33 seater bus for an event on 4th March from Tirupathi to Hyderabad to Tirupati am pretty much happy for the communication and attention provided to us by the owner Nayak, his team and the driver were very polite and very professional.. It was 2 days round trip travel to Tirupathi from Pattabiram. * Bus came for pick up on time. * From Pattabiram to Tirupathi Driving was good. * Ac went well for 1 hour during the entire 2 days trip. *Points to Improve.* * During Emergency Manager did not pick the phone. * It was not communicated that Bus won't stay for 2 days with us. * AC package opted and the whole trip went without AC except for 1 hour. * Additional charges for going to Ramigiri temple which was on the way towards tirupathi kalahastri route. * Permit trip sheet showed had Uthukottai location but still Driver and other person argued with us during travel and we paid 500rs for permit. * Alamelumangapuram temple was in plan and driver didn't show that. We asked him to show at 7.00pm from resort to temple. He said we are going for other trip.It was shocking for us and it was not communicated earlier. * On the second day from resort to tirupathi Bus stand we didn't have the bus. * During return after dharshan we called Sathish at 6.20pm and said we finished our dharshan and pick up us by 7.30. He said 8.00 driver will be there. But Bus arrived at 8.50pm. *Additional expenses* * We took 5 autos 🛺 and it cost 1500 for 35 people from Resort to Alamelumangapuram. * We took 5 autos 🛺 and it cost 1500 for 35 people from Alamelumangapuram to resort. * we took 5 auto 🛺 from Resort to tirupathi busstand Very bad incidents * Driver and other person was lying that AC is working pls keep the door closed and screen closes throughout the journey * Same driver was not their for the entire trip. While return driving was took fast and didn't apply speed breaks. * Bus didn't stay with us for entire 2 days was really hard to digest. * Manager didn't pick the call during the trip. * Driver and other person forced us to pay entire amount in petrol bunk. *Conclusion* * Need refund based on what went wrong. * Please tell truth to customers/passengers. * Don't speak that you have other customers. * Have a habit of asking sorry to customers. * Don't charge additionally more than what we speak and agreed if customers change then u can inform them this will be additional charge. * Don't take money for what service u didn't provide. After 5days follow up they returned 2200 where they should have returned 3951rs.

This travels s not suitable for who are really looking for vacation or trip. They don't have meter for calculating km. if we asked the same to the owner the way of response is worst. They said installed GPS and we observed multiples times went wrong road...they added 200km extra. We have calculated the same GPS tracker only.

No proper response from owner. I think he have multi personality talent. When we met 1st time he spoke very polite after we faced some issues while traveling..if we say anything to him he started attacking...never seen these kind of mentality with anyone.

We can expect worst behaviour from owner of the bus. He is not respond even for our basic needs in the bus. Opt this travels only when there is no option. Please double check seats and Killo meter recorder.

Provided good vehicle and well behaviour driver, good service thanks to Sathish Travels. But the travel agencies owner didn't provided origibal Bills and not be having well on request of original bill because they have to pay GST for it and will aske later you to pay. Don't go for this satish tours and Travel agency. I felt cheater type of behaviour.

The very worst experience, our entire trip was duck ed up with his behavior. I recently used Satish travelers Tirupati for a trip and was disappointed with the experience. The driver refused to turn on the AC even though I agreed to pay extra for it. The car was also in poor condition and seemed to be a second-hand scrap. I found the driver’s behavior to be unprofessional and rude. Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone all the 5 star reviews are fake are provide with his friends.

Fully reasonable and we enjoyed the trip ,driver is soo helpfull , friendly, responsible . He mad budget friendly trip . Mad our trip soo successful.we had a group of 14members . He showed us best accomodation,places in time .planned my trip as a pro level.
