Very much satisfied. We went to Baku and Hitesh Bhai & his team made every efforts to make the tour a success. Our dealers were very happy and I really appreciate the way Hitesh Bhai & his team worked. they were always ready to help sort out any issue.

They just give you a quotation for wrong hotel names. Example: 1. Hotel Clark's inn a 4* property costs high.. (which must be Ashiana Clark's inn, 2. Hotel grand park manali which doesn't exist, actual name is royal park resort. When I enquire in Google, I found these. They just faked me.e being educated, googled it. I dono how many other customers are fooled by them. That is holiday bazaar. And when I asked , they say, it was just by mistake. For those properties the cost can be less than 35,000 (makemytrip quoted me) for which holiday bazaar gave a quotation for 49,000. Better keep yourself hidden from such businesses

Holiday Bazaar arranged a wedding in Jaipur for 200 guests from Hyderabad. Team - You’ve been fantastic and surely deserve a great feedback. Thank you making the experience such a pleasant one and looking after travel booking, RTPCR at door step, the name tags, airport transfers for all the guests and immaculate event management for 4 days.

Got in touch with Sandhya from Hyderabad team. Very poor service indeed. In the name of itinerary, I only received flight ticket details that too with premium price quote after 3-4 days of to and fro. Lack of professionalism. Pls do not approach them and save your time.

We had a wedding @ Span suites n villas in goa and it was executed so well by Mr Naresh so I don't have to look back for anything like from arrival pick up, hotel check inn, day wise event, n catering & departure so i felt like he is a one man army .. #Ek Banda puri fouz ke barabar hai....

This company is not the best They tried to change our booking with cheaper hotels so they can keep more money in their pocket so you have to watch them. Udayshree talked very sweet and in well manner. Any complain you have they say SOORY. They need to practice and learn customer service and accept responsibility and give compensation to customer. I will not go with this company anymore.

Naresh was really a great tour guide , he helped us in many things and did the best job in this trip , we loved hi accompany , he explained each and every thing in the tour and he served us a great service

Had a 3 day trip to goa organised by holiday bazaar. Itenary was well prepared and well organised. Had a wonderful vacation.

Worst travels. No proper planning, no coordination,no guidance Bus which they provided was horrible, no place to put small backpacks in the bus, bus was not in condition, engine heat issue, tyre burst, drivers were very new to location. Travel agent was not guiding us. We have to call 2 travel agents and update the situation, one sits in Hyderabad and other sits in Delhi with no idea what is happening on the ground. On the way bus driver stopped the vehicle saying he didn't get payment from travel agents which is even more stupid thing. Bus was on the road for more than an hour and we have to answer many people. Destinations places are too far to reach from hotel even after travelling whole day the day before, basic common sense/ basic planning was missing. Initially travel agent agreed, if there is any change in plan in between due to any reason, they will adjust, but nothing happened, we have to search for hotel on reaching destination and bear the expenses. Till now we have not got the refund amount.We all 15 people suffered becoz of this travels. On top of that travel agent was shouting on us which is completely unacceptable. I can go legal on that. Please do not opt for this travels even if they are ok at the time of booking.I hope this message goes to higher management and take necessary actions immediately.
