Small outlet. Wide range of earrings and bangles at affordable prices. Nice behaviour of the staffs. Quality products are available. Sets are a bit costly and beautiful. The shop is located on the first floor of the building. Not easily can be noticed from road. Showroom is neat and clean.

First of all I would like to say that I'm not fully satisfied behind the reason is that the Stuff are not co-operative,while I enter the shop I want to purchase something but showing their behavior I return back,I completely disappointed.

Went there to buy a gift for my mother on the occasion of Diwali. This shop located in Behala Tram Depot, just beside the main road but still I got a little bit problem to find this shop because this outlet is in the first floor and can't easily spot from the busy road. Okay, now talking about the experience.... This outlet is not so much big but they have decent collection of Pearl sets. Different colours of pearls are available here. The staffs are helpful and they show me whatever jewellery I asked to see closely from their showcase. They provided some additional gifs also after providing some of my information with them. And don't forget to tell them your birthday and your anniversary date (if you have) to get an extra small gift. Overall my experience is very good over there.

This place is available in Tramdepot above Ranjit Stores opposite Haji .They have very limited options .The store needs to buckle up to have a good competition in the market for the new buyers.The store manager did not allowed me to take pictures of the store.

Very bad customer service...I purchased a bangle from here..but with in 2 days..coating peel off was observed..after 25 days ..they called me to collect the recoated piece..but the recoating work is disgusting..now they refuse to exchange or return the money..and told they will send it to factory..now the waiting time is more..pathetic service
