I am not going to write a whole lot of introduction for this place. Just a single sentence - Hands down the best Sushi I have eaten anywhere in Kolkata. The quality of the fish is impeccable. Both the tuna and the salmon just melted in the mouth. I had never thought that raw tuna can taste this good. Each one of the sushi tasted heavenly! We also ordered Beef in hot basil sauce and Garlic Edamame Fried Rice. The main course was good too but the sushi stole the show. Anyone who loves sushi should try this place atleast once to experience what authentic one tastes like. Now I cannot eat sushi from any other place that I have tasted those served at Zen. It's amazing. Can't recommend enough!

24th Dec dinner is always special. Although took hours to get our food delivered on table with less rush due to less staff but I guess I had to accept the apology considering the food is was not bad. Loved the calm ambience and decor of the place. No doubt they have one of the best selling sushi in Kolkata. However trying Chinese food section for the first time I would say it is not bad considering the food quality is excellent. Fried Duck in hot garlic sauce was good but having tried it I would recommend you to go with steamed duck. Fried rice in sticky rice was very fulfilling and more than enough for two. Not impressed with the steamed wonton Dimsum though. Pan fried noodle in pepper is a must try.

Park hotel in total has lost its essence, I think management is least bother about customer service. Their staff need to remind that it's hospitality industry and they need to respect guest. Approach of management and staff appears same.. I am highly disappointed with approch, behavior, act and dealing with Guest. Visited this place on 25th of December and I must say I'd be coming back again to enjoy the delicacies. Awesome ambience, the staff has got a good behaviour and knowledge for the choices of wine we wanted to drink. Food is amazing, served hot but takes a bit of time except from that its delicious. I love Chinese food so if you want excellent Chinese cuisine, it's a must visit. Price is reasonable and food quantity is sufficient for each person.

The restaurant resides inside the legendary park hotel. But over the years its charm has degraded so are the delicacies it offers. With various other options in kolkata the zen doesn't offer you much in terms of food ambience and value for money as well.

Visited this area on 25th of December and i ought to say i would be coming lower back again to revel in the delicacies. first rate ambience, the body of workers has were given an amazing behaviour and knowledge for the selections of wine we wanted to drink. food is first-rate, served warm however takes a chunk of time except from that its scrumptious. i like chinese meals so if you want outstanding chinese cuisine, it's a should visit. fee is cheap and food quantity is sufficient for every body.

Bad experience Noddle was so satlty that i was not able eat. Ever after telling , no one attended. Waiter did not confirm the order and served extra bowl or rice, she was not ready to take it back. Finally after i met with her co server, she took it back.

Great food, very good service. We had the salmon maki, crispy chicken, dim sum and Thai curry. Everything was delicious. We were a party of 8 and Pragati took very good care of us. It’s a little expensive but must visit if you love Asian cuisine.

Noisy place. Nothing to dampen the noise level of people talking on their table, not even a table cloth or table mat or carpet, even the low ceiling reflects noise. Some plants around will help. Bad dull brown decor, horrible black dresses for stewards chefs & cooks. Bad lighting. Tubelight from fridges hitting the eyes. Food Quality is fairly good. Although. Roast Pork ribs weren't roasted but cooked with sauces ! Green tea and Prawns appreciated.

Location wise it is in one of the best location of Kolkata. It is at Parkstreet. The quality of food specially the fish items are good. Banquets are big enough.
