@motimahaldelux_kol is Delhi’s most famous restaurant since 1920 and has multiple outlets all over India now. I dined at their Park Street outlet in Kolkata and had a foodlicious time. I absolutely lovee the butterchilli wontons here. Something very different and yet soo good. Also the North Indian food here is absolutely on point. The khasta roti is one of their signature breads and a must try! They serve both North Indian and Chinese delicacies. Sitting area is big and comfortable. From the food I tried 👇 Believe me they have huge options. From Starter Section you can start with murgh Kalmi Kebab. Chicken leg marinated in spices and yoghurt. Cook it sizzler and has nice charred texture. Noorani Kebab is another star in starter option. Minced meat marinated with spices and herbs. Cooked in low heat. Belive me it is burst of flavours. Crispy Spinach is a crispy & unique Starter. It has mild bitter and sweet taste. Honey chilli Lotus Stem is crunchy starter. Saucy and crispy Lotus stem served with veggies. Double cheese stuffed mushrooms is a delicious veg starter. Soft mushrooms are filled with cheese. Just dip it in green chutney and enjoy. Yes, The Starter part is Huge. Wait for the ultimate feast. We have huge main course spread. We start with their most famous dishes - Butter chicken and Dal makhani. We paired them with garlic naan. Dal makhani is creamy and perfect. Butter chicken that's is just amazing. First you will enjoy the Mild kashoori methi's amroma then comes soft flavourful charred chicken cooked in luscious gravy. Just wrap it up with garlic naan and enjoy. Rara Gosht is perfect balance keema and rich gravy. Also an amazing dish. From Chinese side choose the spicy chilli garlic noodles. Pair it with Kung pao fish and wok Tossed Chilli garlic tofu. Soft fish, cashew and veggies my kinda fish sides. The surprise is wok Tossed Chilli garlic. The lovely garlic aroma and the super soft tofu just awesome. Lastly end your lovely feast with the keshar Pista Kulfi and phirni. kulfi is delicious and filled with pista. Pure rich Cool goodness. Phirni is also creamy and perfect. Quality and Quantity is top notch. Service is excellent. Price is also affordable. Just visit this place enjoy these scrumptious foods

It is one of the fine dining restaurant which is famous for its north Indian cuisine. Location: Park street Area near to Allen park. This was my first visit and I must say I have become a huge fan of their butter chicken and tandoori roti. So we ordered - • tandoori fish tikka which consisted of tandoori fish tikka and Afghani fish tikka- they have used proper bhetki fish and the fish was absolutely fresh and the pieces were so soft .we paired it along with Moti mahal fashion mocktail. • tandoori aloo - its basically stuffed tandoori potato with cottage cheese and nut stuffed potato shells. • Moti mahal special - This combo was one of my favorite which had makki ki roti , sarson ka saag and gajar ka halwa. We paired Cucumber gimlet (mocktail ) along with it • crunchy paneer fingers •tandoori broccoli- I loved this veg starter item , the mustard sauce they used had a very strong flavor which was making the broccolis more delicious.. •Next item which I was waiting for - Moti mahal signature dish which had butter chicken,dal makhani and pudina paratha Not only this , they also serve Chinese platters . We ordered one Chinese platter which had wok tossed siliken tofu , spicy basil noodles , veg spring roll , sauté veggies and veg Manchurian. Lastly we had apple pie with ice cream that was very very good. The ambience and the staff behavior is too good.

The fine dine restaurant serves delectable North Indian and Chinese cuisine. The interiors are done up in shades of red and brown with comfortable seating options of sofa and chairs. There are huge glass windows which allows natural light to enter the dine den. I found the overall ambience to be really soothing and hence it can be your perfect spot to spend good time and relax over a hearty meal with your friends or family. . Some of the must try items from the menu would be- Tandoori Chicken, Mutton Burra Kebab, Murgh Reshmi Kebab, Chilli Soya Chaap, Silken Tofu in hot garlic sauce, Butter Chicken, Mutton Rogan Josh, Dal Makhani, Paneer Makhani. From the breads section I personally loved the Khasta Roti & Chilli Cheese Naan. We ended our meal on a sweet note with Tutti Fruity & Brownie with Ice-Cream.

The place is so beautiful the food is so tasty and the staffs serve the food very properly. Special recommendation- Veg Hyderabadi Biryani. You can see the photos which i have clicked. It is really very delicious.

I have been to Moti Mahal Delux Kolkata located on the 6th floor of Celica Park Building a couple of times and every time i come over, the food surprises me with something new in their menu. Although their famed dishes have already won people's heart, i would suggest to try their other dishes as well and i am pretty sure it will live up to your expectation totally. Moti Mahal as a brand is known all over the Country and overseas too for it's Impeccable hospitality and speciality in North Indian cuisine. Their dishes will leave you mouth watering and asking for more. Their presentation is another key factor in raising the bar in the industry. How beautiful their dishes are brought to the table is a treat for the eyes. The ambience and decor here at Park Street is vibrant and Classic at the same time. Velvet finish cushions allow maximum comfort to the diner, rest assured a happy dining that follows. This time i tried the Dal Makhni with Cheese Chilli Naan and the Mutton Rogan josh with Lacha Partha and Khasta Roti. The taste of these were on point, very flavourful and portion wise soul satisfactory. The appetizers like Mutton Burra Kebab, Murgh Reshmi Kebab and Chilli Soya Chaap should be in your order for it's masaledar balance and tender chew feels. Another special mention has to go for their Chinese Menu as it was something very impressive coming from a North Indian restaurant, you will be blown away with the yummy flavours used to prepare favourites like Butter Chilli Tossed Steamed Wonton, Silken Tofu in Hot Garlic Sauce, Exotic Veggies in Hot Garlic and Chilli Garlic Noodles. At the end i would tell you to exit only after sinfully relishing their Tutti Fruity Ice Cream and Brownie with Ice Cream Dessert, you would thank me later 🤗.

Visited Moti Mahal for its newly launched cocktail pairing and the exotic cocktails that they are serving is quite unique along with the winter special dishes like Sarso Da Saag , Makki di Roti and Jawar Ka halwa even Chinese Sizzlers are there in the menu . My favorites are as usual their Butter Chicken Combo and the fish tikka combo . Price of two is 1400 without alcohol and 2.2k with alcohol

So I was recently here at The Moti Mahal Delux century old years Delhi brand, located at Celica Park in Park street heart of the city. I have tried their food at Delhi outlet but here at Kolkata it was my first and it met up to my expectations . Among the starters we had Butter Chilli tossed steamed wonton Chilli Soya Chaap Siliken Tofu in hot garlic sauce From the main course we had Paneer Makhani Dum Aloo Punjabi Dal Makhani Exotic vegetables in hot garlic sauce Chilli Garlic Noodles Assorted breads - Khasta Roti Cheese Chilli Naan Lacha Paratha Butter Naan and Subz Pulao in rice. Then from desert section we had Tutti fruity Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and t All the food served was fresh and hot. Taste was yummy . Quantity was also decent. The Moti Mahal restaurant had a humble beginning in 1920 at Peshwer in undivided India, when Gujral took over a small eatery called "Mukhey Da Dhaba," run by an elderly gentleman named Mokha Singh, and rechristened it Moti Mahal. After the partition, KL Gujral moved to Delhi, and Moti Mahal opened its doors at Dariyagunj in Delhi. Little did he know then that the butter chicken, added to the menu around 1950, would gradually attain some sort of iconic badge. Some sources say that the butter chicken was invented by Gujral to make the tandoori chickens palatable by dipping them in a gravy made of tomatoes, butter, cream, and some herbs when they used to dry out. Incidentally, their website claims that the tandoori chicken was also invented by KL Gujral in 1920. Moti Mahal shot to fame to the level that they managed to draw an impressive array of dignitaries that included Shah of Iran, US President Richard Nixon, US First Lady Jackeline Kennedy, King of Nepal, Soviet Leader Nikolai Bulganin, and PM of Pakistan Zulfikar Bhutto, among many others. Though I grew up hearing praises about butter chicken, I never had a chance to savor the hallowed dish from Moti Mahal. So today, when I stepped in for the first time at the sprawling 6th floor outlet of Moti Mahal Delux restaurant at Park Street, the butter chicken was the natural choice. Tomato soup, murg malai tikka kebabs, and a non-vegetarian platter were ordered as starters, and to be honest, I was rather disappointed with the taste. The kebabs were strictly average, and I daresay I had tasted better stuff even at some roadside outlets in Kolkata. If I have to compare apples to apples, it's behind the standard set by Kebab-e-Que at the Astor Hotel. The main course consisted of butter chicken and kali dal, with pudina paratha as accompaniment. While sharing the experience of having butter chicken, one is bound to feel the weight of the legacy of more than seventy years that precedes the dish. At the cost of playing it safe, I would say that my tastebuds are not geared to appreciate the tomato and hung curd-infused tangy taste of the gravy of butter chicken. Moreover, my previous experience with butter chicken is almost nil; hence, I do not have a strong reference point for a fair assessment. And then there was the Kali Dal, which I am compelled to describe as lackluster effort as I missed the full-bodied taste of the true blue Punjabi Dal. I will sum it up by saying I am not incentivized enough by the overall experience to make a repeat visit to Moti Mahal Deluxe. Of course, it's strictly a personal opinion, and I understand that choices vary.

They come up with their cocktails pairing food.meal for 2- 1400 without alcohol and 2200 with alcohol. I taste their few dishes like Tandoori fish tikka,Tandoori aloo, moti mahal special plate,crunchy Paneer fingers, Tandoori 🥦, moti mahal signature dish, Chinese platter, apple pie with ice cream with Every dish They serve a cocktail. Moti mahal fashion ,rum swizle, cucumber giblets,first blush, mysterious way, tropical sin. My favourite is Purina parata with butter chicken. Perfect place for spending a good time with your friends and family.

Moti Mahal Delux is an amazing miniature of an actual Royal dine in. Starting from it's beautiful golden tinted decors, to its red-hexagonal designs, everything contributes to a classy ambience. The area is huge and can easily accommodate around 70 seats. Now coming to their food. Definitely, they have mastered the art of North Indian cuisine. They are definitely elevating the regular daal makhani, and tandoori roti to a different level. The texture of the daal was extremely smooth, creamy and buttery. And what's the star dish? Undoubtedly, their Butter Chicken. One of the bests, that I have ever tasted in Kolkata. Tried a few of their kebabs, and certainly, maintaining the standard all throughout. Their Chicken Kastoori kebab & Chicken Noorani were extremely tender, had a smokey and charred texture & the flavour and had perfect spice blasts in every bite. In Chinese, we had tried their Kung pao chicken, the Chilli Garlic Noodles and Crispy Chilli Babycorn. The Kung pao Chicken was really succulent. Although, I felt, it had soy, a bit more than it should've had. The noodles were really scrumptious. Coming to the babycorn, it was quite appetizing, crispy and flavourful. They have a wide range for the vegetarians as well, like the Vegetable Kurkure Kebabs, the Babycorn, Malai Paneer and the menu's never ending. I loved how they've opened their doors quite wide with all the different cuisines, maintaining the standard of each thing that they serve. To end on a sweet note, they had their classic Indian Desserts like Matka Kulfi & Phirni filled with the flavours of pistachios, nuts, saffron and almonds. To dive in into the royal food venture, step inside this amazing property with some good and worthy hospitality.

I had an amazing dining experience at Moti Mahal on Park Street, Kolkata last week. The ambiance was delightful, the staff was courteous, and the food was exceptional. A must try place for every Butter Chicken lover!! 💙😍😋 The Chef's special butter chicken with thick red gravy was the real show stopper.. Blue lagoon was quite refreshing & main appetizer was chicken malai kebab! Juicy boneless tender chicken mixed with yogurt & cheese. Little disappointment was hyderabadi Biriyani which did not met with satisfaction.. Not that authentic preparation but was good in quanity; very decent amount of rice & 2 piece chicken. The ambience & 6th floor view was really beyond satisfaction.. Light music tunes was played in background and all this makes overall lovely satisfactory dining experience..

Decent food, nice ambience! The place offer a lot of varieties from indian and chinese cuisine. All the dishes we ordered were mostly "sweetish", so if you are someone who likes spicy food🔥 please ask them explicitly.

It's a mid size restaurant with a sober ambience, good food and nice service. Unlike popular joints, it's located on the upper floors inside an office block, little removed from public gaze. But the advantage is they have parking available, a major problem in Park St. Highly recommended for organising small /mid size gathering, private and office parties.

They do not know anything about the authentic Paneer Butter Masala, which is a special dish from Delhi. We suggest the chefs to atleast taste the authentic Paneer Butter Masala and then include them in your list. Complete wastage of money. Raw Paneer cooked in some flavourless gravy. Horrible and Disgusting 🤮

The place is not conspicuous from outside. Its on 6th floor inside a building. But having reached there, it was a good experience. Decent food for vegetarians. Very good and clean ambience. Paneer butter masala, dal makhani and kabab starters were very good. Service could be a bit better but not much to complain. We ordered thali, but the portions were too small and had to order additional curry and roti.

I just loved the ambience and the service. Mocktails were missing from the menu. The food was very well prepared with authentic taste.
