Regarded worldwide as the "KING" of Burgers, this "self-proclaimed" & "Best" Burger Chain, has opened it's first outlet in the city of joy, Kolkata. Hence, I thought of giving it a try. I have been to McDonald's several times in the past, but I expected Burger King to exceed all my expectations, because they claim themselves be the "King", and there is no one above the King, supposedly. Unfortunately, I was let down by their inferior quality foods. If I compare the texture of the burger bread that McDonald's serves, with the bread that Burger King serves, then McDonald's will be the clear winner. The bread that they used in the burger, was hard, unfresh and seemed cheap in quality. The filling quantity inside the burger, that I ordered, was extremely less. I would definitely not recommend and would rate Burger King, much lower than McDonald's. However, if you would like to experience a very reputed and revered International Burger Brand, then you could give it a try, once.🙂

Ordered chicken whopper, Mirinda float, Veg stripes and cheesy fries.I would like to say food taste was decent. But the mall is beautiful and the atmosphere was fantastic. If you are planning to go quest mall then burger king is the must visit place.

I bought the Chicken Whopper combo, it's one of the good fast food corner 😉 available in Quest mall. The quality & taste of the food is worth of price 😋. It will fulfill your tummy. The size of burgers you will check it through its name.

Your taste buds and your pocket will rejoice everytime you visit this fast food joint. Compared to KFC or Dominos, this place really serves good food at a decent price. The softies and sundaes and shakes are really good and so are the burger combos. The peri peri fries and the tandoor burger are the best according to me. Have visited this joint innumerable times and have left sated and satisfied every single time. I hope they keep up their food quality like this in the future as well. Will definitely visit again ❤

Kolkata got catch of this outlet and I must go there. So got a chance to visit this outlet in this weekend. I must say people were all eagerly waiting for Burger King in Kolkata and I am sure it wouldn’t disappoint us. Ordered a whopper with a coke. I must say that the whopper was pretty big enough as per price and was tasteful too. Totally justified. This will give competition to other brands. I got a tshirt as there was one offer going on. Buy any whopper and get a Burger King tshirt Free. This was for first 500 buyers. Lucky me ❤️

Affordable and good fast food joint. I liked their burgers the most. The buns are better than that of KFC and McDonald's. Many options are available. I absolutely love the Tandoori Grill Chicken Burger. Has a tangy flavour and the patty is amazing. Crispy Chicken Burger is decent for the price. Panner Overload was amazing too. The Volcano taco is really good too. Loved the cheesy fries. Ended up ordering them twice. Good staff as well.

This is the first time I ordered from Burger King and my experience is not that great. Ordered 2 crispy chicken burgers. Firstly, the size is small compared to the price. Secondly, the patty is way too thin. There was just one strand of onion with very minimal sauce. They should improve the quantity. The only thing I liked was it had a good taste, was fresh and the patty was juicy but definitely not worth the price.

I'm disappointed! Frst of all I wanted to have some burgers! But they denied giving us single burger instead offered me a combo meal for 2! It was my very frst experience at burger King! And you guys disappointed me! I had to take taco as I was hungry af! And the taco was okayish and dry...i didn't find it worth the price! I'll surely visit next! To try burgers only!

Chocolate syrup vanilla ice cream is a must try. Burger is moderate in taste, a lots of veggies were there. Fries were good. Wrap was also good. We've got 1+1 offer combo so got in a very low price. Usually expensive but if you get any coupon, grab at that moment.it is present in quest mall's food court so location is good and service is also good.

Worst staff KFC is much much better than this, they don't know how to handle their customers and the main problem is there is no washroom they don't know how to manage

4 star for thin patty.. Otherwise the burger was tasty.. Juicy sauce was given.. I had ordered chicken masala whopper... It was delicious,spicy, had nachos inside of it..

An excellent place to have Burger!! Chicken Makani Burger is for INR 70 and medium fries are for INR 79 .The 4-in-1 meal includes - a burger of your choice, cheesy fries , a regular Coke (300mL) and a chocolate sundae . I had tried the veg burger 4-in-1 combo which costed me INR 170. A sundae if taken separately costs INR 59. There are softies available at just INR 25 (inclusive of taxes) .All other prices mentioned are exclusive of taxes .

Absolutely worst experience! Cold French fries, the crispy veg burger was smelly, and cold drink spilled through the glass. I thought bad food no problem, I don't order again, but within an hour of eating Burger King, I had allergies all over the body and both my ears turned red and hot. Very soon itching started. I had to take Anti-allergy medication. I never have this problem with McDonald's or KFC and i am stunned at the quality of food. No quality control whatsoever. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Grate place, very cheap price and delicious fast food outlet. Visited many times. Service is good and fast. Hospitality is great. The location is one of the best part of that place, easy to find.

Very good place service is very good excellent quality of food quantity is sufficient. We had 723 combo with tax without tax 699 which includes 2 whopper 1 cheese French fry, 2 coke, 2 ice cream. Which is sufficient for 2. Quality is very good. This is my first experience in Burger King and as expected delicious food. 4/5

I ordered a chicken burger along with medium fries and was disappointed, once again. I have tried burger King in the past and both the times it was bad. The filling is less and taste of chicken is not there. The only good item is fries in my opinion. Better go to kfc for chicken burgers. Atleast they give burgers that ARE burgers. The food is okay but otherwise it’s a nightmare. It’s the only counter in the food court that doesn’t accept online payments. Strangely they accepted cash. Even after making me run around to get cash, the girl at the counter ‘forgot’ to place my order and then I had to wait forever! So much for ‘fast food’

We tried this at the Quest Mall outlet. Ordered a simple burger , but they got it wrong and forgot to add the onions, however they had to replace after I insisted. Overall I am a fan of burger King and will recommend to all burger lovers.

1. Their is no UPI payment facility. 2. If you have burger King aaap then you order from their and you can able to make payment through UPI. 3. Please check ur UPI payment with their bill amount.. Cause i ordered 2 items, 1. 8 piece crispy chicken wings 2. Easy cheesy dip. But they give me only chiken crispy wings When I asked them wher is my easy cheesy dip they come and check the bill which was given by them, and they told me sir you ordered only chiken wings. I told them I was make the payment of essay cheesy dip how you tell me I ordered only crispy chiken wings. After that I show then what I ordered from my ph but they didn't find the cheese dip but they give the cheese. But i checked my ph again very carefuly then I find the cheese dip and I show them.. Burger King please check your system... One order 2bills and it has different amount how?
