A good looking restaurant with cozy ambience in sector 1 in saltlake but the taste is not as good as the ambience. The quality of chicken and fish was low. The flavour were not coming out smoothly in these items and tasted blunt. The rice was simple and normal but the best was the pan fried noodles which had the little burnt flavour and the aroma was authentic. The preparation had soya sauce for pan fried, so anyone who wants a white base should order gravy/Cantonese and not pan fried. The prices are a bit on the higher side too.

The experience was really nice. It is a mining themed restaurant, so the lighting was dimmed. Which made the ambience cozy. The food is a little high is price but it tasted really good and the portion size is also enough.

A different environments with delicious foods & highly satisfying hospitality make your day perfect . Entire decoration is based on the view and atmosphere of a coal mine ... The dim lights and superbb cutlery sets give your dining a extra ordinary views . Now come to hospitality ... It's highly satisfying... Vey well maintained dining .. highly recommended... qualities and quantity of the foods are just perfect...and undoubtedly pocket friendly.... Entire atmosphere gives an extra ordinary experience... But there's no particular place for parking.

A Good Kouzina Restaurant with the Theme of Caves and Mining The Ambiance is very Calm and Cozy and the Service is also very Good I loved the Fish n' Chips here and also the Shakes. The Handkerchiefs of this Restaurant are very soft and fun to use as well. Overall a Good Restaurant.

This is a very good and hygienic reastaurant in sector 1 salt lake. We have ordered both veg and non veg items and they were awesome. Maharani and maharaja platter was good for starters. Mint lemonade and blu lagoon was awesome. Chicken stick was also mouth watering. Service was good. Lunch in dim light with the mining experience will give you another flavour. Price is bit high but considering the place and taste it is worth. Note that they will charge you extra for service charge which can be removed if you ask to do so.

The best part is the quality of food, absolutely delicious with perfect flavours. The ambience is creative and service too good. Highly Recommended for a quality time with friends or family.

It was my first dine-in experience with underground mining set up themed restaurant - @kouzina located at Saltlake sector 1 (3 no Island). Been there with @Foodzpah, invited by @ShahBaaz Zaman. The dark & exotic ambience perfectly matches the theme of it. The food items are also well-cooked & very delicious. Items which I tried was : • Gandharaj Mahi Tikka 🍢 • Chicken Tetrazzini 🍝 • Vegetable Polao 🍚 • Registani Lal Gosht 🍖 • Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake 🥧

VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞 😕 Went there for a Saturday lunch with a very high hope, but sadly it was an awful experiencefor us. There were couple of issues, which I would like to point out separately. 1. There was cockroach on the table, they changed the table immediately, but why should it will be in the first place? 2. We ordered Kouzina Miming Special platter, they didn't have prawns, we agreed to go ahead without that. But the fish item that they gave, it was completely rotten. 3. They initially denied of the bad quality of fish, but then tried to give us something in exchange, which we politely denied, as the other items in the plate were almost finished. 4. All the items were overpriced, comparing to the size of the item, specifically the appetizers. All the other items were mediocre, nothing exceptional atall. Overall it was a very very disappointing experience and I won't recommend anyone.

I finally completed the trio from the Kouzina brand after visiting this lovely underground mine themed restaurant, Kouzina Mining Co. This place offers non-vegetarian food also unlike the other two outlets of Kouzina. The staff is very courteous and all the dishes that I had were made to perfection. It was disheartening to witness the disparity between the two establishments, especially considering their shared affiliation. However, my visit to Kouzina Marine was marred by the discourteous service and lackluster food, leaving me with a feeling of disappointment. I highly recommend Kouzina Mining for those seeking an exquisite dining experience filled with delectable flavors, attentive service, and an inviting ambiance. However, based on my experience, I advise caution when considering Kouzina Marine as a dining option, as it may not live up to the standards set by its sister restaurant.

I have always loved the food from Kouzina all outlets with a different and unique atmosphere. I would always recommend Kouzina for fine dining. The dim light inside mining co. gives a soothing experience of perfect family dinner.

We ordered Chinese & Indian as wanted to try as what they are good for! Soup was pretty average. Chilli chicken was ordinary. Chicken lababdar was okyish. Dal fry and steamed Rice was awesome and I finished the dinner with it.Service was excellent and ambience was good. Right balance of Condiments was missing. Over usage of Sauce on cooking was observed. The price band was no way justified for the quality though quantity was sufficient

With an amazing service, the restaurant specialises in its North Indian Cuisine. With a dim lighting and props suggesting a mine landscape, the place is child friendly as the customers are allowed to use the props for photography. In terms of value for money, the pricing suits the atmosphere and fooding. Overall, a good dining experience.

Been a favorite for some time now. Best part it serves basket of fries, which means kids are sorted - French fries, smiley, wedges etc. Brilliant choices of cuisine indian, oriental, western. My all time favourites- Burmese khoy sui and tandoori broccoli. Enough choices for all types of pallette across ages. Deserts choices are yum too.

Quality : The quality of the dishes served at Kouzina Mining Co. was simply outstanding. Despite ordering quite a number of items, everything was served promptly, and almost each dish exceeded my expectations. Quantity : Compared to the price, the quantity for certain appetizers is a bit less but it won't feel bad because of their delicious taste. My opinion would be to get the suggestions from them and order. Do try out their Chef's special dishes. Location : It's at the Saltlake AD block bus stand, very easy to locate. You need to park outside and there is no special place to park specific for the restaurant. Note : I would suggest you book the table through dineout or zomato dining. You would get some discounts if you pay via dineout or zomato. We received 20% discount, paid through zomato. The restaurant added 7% service charges and we asked them to remove it, we separately paid them tips. We ordered : Appetizer/soup : Murgh Malai Tikka, Thai red chilli prawn, Chicken hot and sour soup, Main course : Chicken steak, Chicken Alfredo pasta, Chicken Pad Thai noodles, Mixed chilli garlic noodles, Paprika and garlic marinated grilled fish. Dessert : Warm nutty brownie, tiramisu milkshake, classic cheese cake. Mocktail : Shark Bite, Jamaican Mojito, Barman's Pitcher, Floral Affaire, Mango shake. Recommended: Murgh Malai Tikka, Thai red chilli prawn, Pad thai noodles, chilli garlic noodles, Jamaican mojito, Warm nutty brownie, Shark bite. We did not like : Tiramisu Milkshake and Classic cheese cake. In conclusion, the combination of the cold mine theme, exceptional service, and mouthwatering food make Kouzina Mining Co. a truly remarkable dining destination. Whether you're looking for a unique dining experience or simply want to indulge in a variety of delectable cuisines, this is the place to be. Kouzina Mining Co. has definitely become my go-to restaurant for an unforgettable culinary journey.

The visit was scheduled during the Durga Pujas. Among the unusual rush, the quality of food was maintained which was impressive. The vegetarian Maharani platter is worth a try for appetizers as an assortment of kebabs can be tried. Ambience represented a cave like atmosphere, with miners having a gala time.

The ambience was good but the food the below average. It was very disappointing. Had ordered garlic cheese naan, chicken makhanwala ( too sweet) , veg fried rice and hong kong chicken( too spicy). None of the above items tasted good.

The whole theme is mining. As you pass through the gates, the sound of metals clinking is heard and the inner gate opens up into the space of the restaurant. There are safety helmets which are kept for children to add to the fun theme. The lighting is warm and the walls have different posters and stuff. The crockery is a sight to look at and the food tastes heavenly. We had our temperatures checked and the service was good. One problem that the people might face is that at some places the light is not enough and because of the warm hue, distinguishing the different colours of the food can be a task for people with eye power.

Nice place. The food is very pricey. Taste is good no issues there. But mutton items were not soft. Tried biriyani rogon josh both same chewy. Drinks are decent. Try the Jamaican mojito. Also quantity of food is avg. Order accordingly. Good thing is they have zomato pro so that helps 🥲

Awesome food. Good ambience. Try their cheese burst mushroom, cheese fondue. The chicken olivetti is a bit risky for those who are not fond of spices, the flavour of snouf and the black pepper was lovely for me, but then may not be acceptable for a few. Prawn tempura was like prawn tempura.

Nice ambience, mining concept is bit unique. We took continental food, taste is very authentic. Quantity is at higher side. Price is very reasonable (interesting to know how they manage it to keep reasonable). What impressed me is staff behavior (e.g (1) temp was very low inside , we brought extra clothes from car; they realized this and adjusted AC temp even before we request to do so. (2) they mentioned that continental food will take longer time to prepare up front and managed the expectation at first instance. In reality it was not that late though); they 'feel' for their customers. Will visit again.

This is a nice and interesting restaurant in kolkata. The quality of the food is quite good and the ambience of the place is a real charmer. While it may not be for everyone the dimly lit relaxing vibe of this restaurant will be enjoyed thoroughly by many accompanied by great food
