This outlet used to be good. Sunday morning my son and I would often enjoy our favorite coffee. But for quite some time there has been a steady decline in quality of service. Parking too is a problem. Here is an update: As usual I am here right now. Service continues to be slow but not many customers around. Why ? No idea.

Ambience and service is good. But coming to the main thing, food, I ordered chiken Garlic bread,where 2 very small sized bread 3 slim toppings of chicken and cheese with tomato sauce I got. Price is near about 150 less or more. What was that? Is it not enough money to give a little bit bigger size bread? Otherwise coffee was good. But disappointed with the very very small quantity. 😒 Please do not make fool like this with bread.

Filter coffee was delicious.. latte was also good ... Overall good experience ❤️

Perfect place to hang out Or get a quick snack. Visted this place for the first time near James long colony and it's really serene place with soft music and pleasant for a perfect date.

CCD is a nostalgia. You go there have a cup of coffee and chat or work or relax. Love their service.

Peaceful and well maintained. Good place to work from and even take meetings. Staff is good. They know to make good coffee , most of the CCDs have kind of degraded with time , So I was happy to find a branch which is still holding good.

Good place to hang out with a quick bite. Place is just over busy James Long Sarani. No problem for parking. Has both AC & non-AC seating area. Staffs are very friendly/cordial & got a very prompt service

Good place for "adda", service is bit slow with order time of 30 min. Place for a chat followed by snacks. Went again after many years, service is now faster. But the menu is modest. Typical for small outlet. As there is no direct link with public transport, patrons are locals and affluent posh who can afford their own bike or car. There is a vintage seating area also, with no air con and old style fan. Food and coffee quality is as per CCD standard.. Smoked chicken sandwich is a must try.

Been coming here for a while now. At least once every year. The coffee is okay and the food is alright. At this point it is more of nostalgia for me with ccd. The service was pretty good but not sure why the server wanted to take my credit card and decided to go with the contactless payment. I mean, I could have done the same 😓, weird stuff. I like their chilli cheese toast. Always packs a slight kick and pretty okay. I tried their cheesecake for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.

My childhood nostalgia..this cafe in my neighborhood is used to our college life meet up place.. still the same.. food quality has significantly improved.. but service could be bit faster I guess.

Just a very basic ccd with nice ambience and good service . Recommended for Behala people who are just looking to burn some time in a place like CCD. Had a spinach sub and vanilla cappuccino . Both were nice

The food quality is good but the spread of food not impressive both in terms of portion and variety. There are a lot of coffee shops now which serves better spreads. They need to revamp their menu ... For starters think of including simple things like french fries. I can't believe a coffee shop does not have even french fries.

This place inspite of being a caffe said they are not serving tea, which is very weird. They served food on paper plates not even proper plates.

Sunday mornings at our very own Behala CCD @James long Sarani, feels good and nostalgic everytime. Friendly service and atmosphere. Fresh Coffee, Nice Rodaside Views, Food and Beverages.

The place is not very spacious. The behaviour of the staff is average.

Liked the place, not crowded at all, but the cold coffee tasted more like a protein shake :p

Place is kinda okayish compared to other ccd outlets. Its near roadside ao accessible. Kind of comgested, ambience needs improvement, can be made spacious. Even varieties available can be improved. Menu needs a revamp. Having visited CCD in Bangalore and in Kolkata, I would always prefer Bangalore overall.

Other than the standard coffees, everything else is vastly overpriced. The savouries are dry, not fresh, and microwave warmed. All items available during Puja must be taken with add-ons. A terrible experience.

Nice place... But I find CCDs are over priced. Otherwise good ambiance.... Visited again today, little rude behaviour and not friendly at all. They show so much attitude but compared to that the quality of food is not up to the mark. You have to pay Rs. 400 for 2 cup of coffies but its not different from a road side Rs. 50 wala coffee. Everything is over priced and complete waste of money.... But again the ambiance is good, and can seat here for long with your friends...

Cafe Coffee Day, James Long Sarani, Behala offers you a grand outlet with cozy seats, quiet ambience and good view of James Long Sarani. Cars / two wheelers can be parked along the shop line. Staff are well mannered. Preparatory station is clean, properly sanitised and well maintained, hygienic. My only regret is tea variants are not available. ...

Average place a bit costly card swipe machine was not working

The cafe is small and service is also okay. But the coffee taste was perfect. I enjoyed my cold coffee.

This CCD is adjacent to National GEMS H.S school at behala and is in close proximity of M P BIRLA FOUNDATION school. We went there around 10 a.m. in the morning and had our breakfast (Chicken Sandwich,coffee). Cost was approximately 600/-. Food and coffee was excellent and ambience was also nice

One of the worst cafe frappe i have had. Ccd's cafe frappe is supposed to be one of the best, only this branch manages to make it taste bad. Please improve the quality.

We had ordered Smoked chicken sandwich, chicken tandoori burger, Devil's own and a chocolate shake. The cold shakes were great . Smoked chicken sandwich was light and tasty. The tandoori chicken burger was a disappointment. It was a patty and not chicken chunks.

The location is easy to spot from a moving vehicle. Very friendly staff. Prompt order & service. Interiors needs to be upgraded. Walls are swollen and not in good condition. Quality is as usually pretty decent. Good place to spend time with family and friends.

Just parallel to Manton stop. Black coffee, latte with cake, Berger, different types of sandwiches, drinks. You can earn Beans while ordering and Beans may burn in your next order. You will get discount. Note this place is usually crowded. Enjoy.

Has been visiting this place for a while now. Feel like the standard has dropped a little bit. The concentration of garlic in garlic bread was too strong to my liking. Only banana chips are available. No potato chips. Liked the new mango shake they have introduced. The wait time could have been less. The behavior of the staff was good.
