I have positive experience here. Went with emergency patient after midnight. Hospital staff was polite, professional and transparent about their services. They have no visiting cardiologist and related infrastructure there. So it is advised not to take emergency heart patient there. They accept MediClaim. Saw some food lying around, other than that it was decently clean.

I suggest don’t go D.M hospital. They are indirectly killed my father....and specilly, word boy very bad and did not taken care about patients and give midicine with wrong way and staff behaviour very wrost. They are suggested wrong medicine. Specially medicine name: Nabicarb. It was very wrong medicine and i am sure doctor get commision from this medicine. This hospital should be banned. My father passed away after check up from this hospital. Even, Dr. D.N Mishra said, every thing all right.

My Grandmother was admitted in this Hospital(Died 14/01/2020), she used to feel very comfortable here and the staffs were very very friendly to her. The doctors were highly professional. Though my Grandmother had a very serious heart problem which was no longer able to be cured and she was just about to die, the doctor did literally something like Magic and kept her alive for more 5 years. Before that, one of my cousins had a serious kidney problem. Both of her kidneys were failed, so she needed dylisis. She did it there and she said that the staffs behavior was just like a family. So, I'm gonna say, this is one of the best hospitals I have ever seen. But, I should conclude that the expenses will be high in this hospital. But compared to R.N Tagore Hospitals, this expense is nothing. But, if you want a very high quality checkup or heart transplant, then R.N Tagore Hospital is the best!!!!!

Private Limited sector Hospital with all the facilities. They have specially designed specific health check-package, ac/non-ac beds, iccu facilities, equipped ot etc. with good visiting physician. Had there been a good full time qualified HR Manager, it would have been a better professionally managed private hospital.

Private hospital A bit on the expensive side but you have all the departments here so almost every disease treatment is available. Diagnostic and Pathological lab is also there and majority of the tests are done.

Works carelessly. Made my father a HCV positive patient due to there carelessness in dialysis unit. Futher the staff (in this instance sister subhodra) misbehaves with patients with swastha sathi. They refused to change the bed sheet with blood stain and said to bring bedsheet from home to a Elderly Dialysis patient. If you are considering to visit, do not bother as they fail to follow minimum starility at a important unit like Dialysis. These kind of institutes are shame to Kolkata healthcare

Even a few years ago I would hate to be admitted into this hospital. Last week I changed my mind. A quiet and beautiful transition had taken place. It is one of the the best hospital for treatment of kidney related diseases. It is affordable too.

The most horrible experience in a hospital . Shabbiness in its extreme. The staff seems to loiter around like it’s a park. No system in place. They will call you and follow up before you visit. Once you register and pay bill they let you go and it’s seems like I’m in some amusement park going from one person to other trying to figure out what next to do. Once you make the registration then they call the doctor and ask if they are coming. There is no specific timing even while taking the appointment they will say please come before the specified time. If the hospital is able to gather couple of patients for opd then maybe there is a chance to get lucky and finally see a doctor but no guarantee. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

These are hospital opened only for test my father was admited 6 months before and they referred MRI brain and MRA brain too they made both the test and told us that there is " NO MUCH "problem but as of now my father is been admited in some other hospital with presence of excess water in brain, and when they checked the old test report they are saying' that when the test are been done have they not informed us' . This is the condition of these hospital, this type of hospital are only for making money by doing different test but result are zero. Patient with emergency should avoid this hospital.

Dr. D.N.Mishra (Nephrology), Dr. D. Roy (Internal Medicine & Critical Care) & Dr. R. Barasia (Lap. Surgeon) are best in their specialities. ICU team is excellent.

This is a patient killer hospital. The doctors force patient into ICU for money if they get to know you have health insurance. Nurses are total unqualified illiterates no better than street sweepers. Doctors are total money minded.

This hospital should be banned. They make sure that people die after billing a heck lot of money. They are running business in the name of hospital. My grandmother is a dialysis patient she and she was admitted because they told that patient is having some serious health issues so they admitted her in ICU as she was just feeling uneasy although she was completely fit and fine. We insisted them to release her the very next day but they didn't wanted to discharge her just to increase the bill amount. They were only finding reasons to make her stay in the ICU bed. Day before yesterday my grandmother had a stroke and she completely stopped responding but they informed us that this is happening due to gastric problem (illiterate doctors and nurses). She was left untreated like this for 2 days. I don't know why these kind of hospitals are still running. Their licence should be ceased.I request everyone please don't get ur friends and family admit here if u want them to be alive.
