Pathetic....money
making
organisation-
This
hospital
is
not
at
all
related
to
any
reputed
Narayan
group
hospital.
It
has
been
started
in
2019
or
in
2020
by
a
local
businessman.
Initial
two
years
were
still
ok.
Now
as
on
Aug
2022
the
main
problems
are
-
1.
All
the
senior
and
experienced
doctors
have
left.
2.
Before
admitting
make
sure
from
the
consulting
doctor
as
well
as
the
hospital
administration
that
all
the
required
operations/surgeries
or
other
treatments
will
be
done
by
the
hospital
itself
or
not.
For
example
they
have
opthalmology
department
but
they
don't
do
any
type
of
eye
operations.
Again
they
will
pressure
you
to
do
angiography
but
they
don't
have
any
cathlab
to
do
angioplasty
or
bypass
surgery.
Thus
you
will
end
up
spending
money
in
the
tests
but
the
actual
ptreatment
will
not
happen.
So
it's
better
to
take
the
patient
where
all
the
end
to
end
facilities
are
there
and
save
your
money.
Worst
part
is
that
in
order
to
make
money,
during
admission
they
won't
tell
you
the
facilities
they
don't
have.
3.
After
admission
make
sure
from
the
RMO
or
the
nursing
station
or
from
the
patient
file
that
the
doctor
or
the
specialist
they
have
suggested
or
you
have
chosen
is
attending
the
patient.
Lot
of
cases
have
have
happened
where
the
patient
is
lying
in
ICU
but
the
specialist
doctor
hasn't
visited
for
48
or
72
hours.
In
such
cases
just
stop
the
payment,
make
complaint
and
change
the
doctor/specialist.
You
have
to
act
strongly
otherwise
they
won't
listen.
4.
In
general
ward
you
look
for
the
Resident
Medical
Officer
(RMO)
and
you
will
never
find
him.
5.
During
admission
they
will
give
you
the
mobile
no.s
of
ICU
coordinatior
or
the
ward
incharge
which
no
one
will
pick
up.
So
you
have
to
dial
the
general
landline
no
and
beg
to
the
operator.
6.
If
your
patient
is
in
general
ward,
then
always
check
if
your
patient
needs
private/personal
attendant
for
feeding
or
other
help.
Here
the
hospital
won't
tell
you
and
the
patient
will
lie
helpless.
Worst
part
is
that
the
private
attendant
is
appointed
by
the
hospital
only
and
after
appointment
your
personal
attendant
or
ayaa
will
be
utilized
by
the
hospital
nurses
and
ward
boys
for
their
own
help.
Your
personal
ayaa
or
the
attendant
won't
be
able
to
protest
because
if
she
denies
to
help
the
nurses
or
ward
boys
for
the
other
patients
then
she
won't
be
appointed
or
called
by
the
hospital
again.
7.
Before
making
the
final
payment
ask
for
the
detailed
bill
and
check
it
thoroughly.
Incidents
of
double
billing
for
physiotherapy
and
other
services
on
the
same
day
are
very
common
in
this
hospital.
Strongly
protest
if
you
find
any
anomaly
and
take
refund
from
the
cash
counter.
8.
The
white
board
within
the
ICU
contains
the
cash,
TPA
or
WBHS
(swastha
sathi)
details
of
all
the
patients
along
with
other
details
like
patient
name,
bed
no,
doctor
name
etc
etc.
Good
hospitals
never
keep
the
payment
details
of
patients
written
in
the
ICU.
Here
the
ICU
also
seems
to
be
involved
in
money
making.
9.
Although
empaneled
but
this
hospital
creates
a
lot
of
problem
for
swastha
sathi
card.
10.
They
charge
dietician
fees
everyday
but
give
local
and
unheard
health
drinks
costing
more
than
the
reputed
health
drinks
brands
in
the
market.
This
is
a
general/multispeciality
hospital
but
the
charges
and
fees
are
sometimes
more
than
superspeciality
hospitals
like
AMRI.
So
for
extreme
emergency
situations
and
for
ordinary
problems
or
diseases
you
may
visit
this
hospital.
But
if
you
want
to
save
your
money
and
get
actual
treatment
then
never
come
here
and
always
go
to
AMRI,
MEDICA
or
EEDF
hospitals-
