Rupak is very knowledgeable and down to earth seller. More than a seller he is very good consultant. In need we can find him picking up calls even at 1am. Got very good and fruitful advice when ever needed from seller's side. Very good stock of aquatic plants, fish and other aquarium accessories are available. Plants you can find fresh and no need to depend on the online orders on plants as you can literally see and choose from his huge stock of plants.The place is also quite in the heart of Kolkata which is very easily navigable.

For the new customers who wants to purchase products from rupak aquatics, but hesitating to buy things online. You should give it a try, the owner is friendly and trustworthy, anyone can buy products/fishes directly from his home or shop also.

I've gone to this place for some betta fishes. But I found a house except a shop. The place is not visitor friendly. But it's ok.

Very good behavior, good quality product with a reasonable price, I would say cheaper than many others. For me it was like a try to build a aquatic tank without having any knowledge but Rupak actually made it successful with his continuous support.
