The cafe is well maintained with about 10 tables for seating. The staff is helpful. The Cafe Americano is good. The cheese chili toast and the garlic bread were not very fresh but okay. The cafe is air conditioned and we'll organized.

Lookwise the cake would take a 10/10 but this is where all the good things about it ends. The cake has loads of cream on top and the base of the cake and middle layer is in chocolate and the only butterscotch part was the rich but tasteless cream on top. At first look, I thought it would be good but I was so wrong. I ordered it through MagicPin and I had to pay around 245 rupees for this dull cake. Frankly speaking, I am never going to order another cake from CCD.

The offers were not clearly explained. Most of the products are unavailable. I purchased a bottle of water which they forgot to give and I forgot to take. Lot of mosquitoes though insect repellant machine was installed. Ambience is little shabby. Giving two stars for the cleanliness and presentation of food

You can enjoy the awesome paintings inside the shop.. A very good place for hangouts.. Coffee is slightly costly but tasteful.. Also various kinds of snacks available there..

not really brilliant place, but somewhat ok. before ordering i checked they are willing to take card for payment. after ordering i was informed they can't swipey card. as the machine was not working, was not willing to cancel the order. i had to insist for a recept. Service is slow.

One of favourite evening hangout places.They have several combo meal offers running all year round.The place is hygienic and staff polite.The quality of food is good.Its located between Santoshpur Mini Bus stand and Jora Bridge stoppage.

Food menu and availability: Though lot of options mentioned in menu, unfortunately many common ones like Darjeeling tea, Cold cappuccino not available. Food taste: The (hot) cappuccino was cold. The chilli garlic bread was tasteless. Other items were okayish Service: Disinterested representatives sitting at the counter. Either they are overworked or overwhelmed or simply don't care with the mundane things of the world. 30-35+ mins to provide service orders to 4 people Atmosphere: Pretty empty inside when we went around 6 in the evening and came out by 7. It was clean though.

One of worst ccd outlet in santoshpur, the store keeper lady always says the server is down, and it is only in santoshpur outlet. You can not redeem a coupon or gift card here.
