Visited the store after few years. They have renovated the store thoroughly. Liked the new ambiance. But I am unable to understand why there is no cash counter in the ground floor. If someone shops anything at ground floor, they have to go second floor to make the payment. I prefer their South City outlet in South Kolkata.

Good place...good collection... it's offer timing. So reasonable price is available now. I don't have any photo because i was so husy to grab them.Go this is end of season sale i think.

Subho Ashtami !! I believe few staffs in your outlet need to be educated on how to treat or help a woman who (in case of emergency) wants to use the washroom. Today around 9.15pm I went to Gariahat Pantaloons outlet(as I was passing by) and stopped my car because I was in urgent need of using the washroom. Since me & family is a regular shopper from this outlet, I (without giving a second thought) went ahead to use the washroom avoiding other restaurants nearby. To my surprise, the very 1st man in black kurta standing at the main entrance told me (on being asked for the washroom) that they do not have any ,on questioning where does the female staff goes, he immediately replied that "we have a washroom inside the garrage and all women staffs use that only"(since I am a regular visitor at this outlet, I knew that they have a washroom inside). I said nothing to his reply and knowing in & out about this outlet, I took the back gate and asked for the washroom to the person sitting at your exit gate. He very politely asked me to go to the 1st floor and use the washroom, to which I acted immediately. On reaching the 1st floor, I found group of staffs standing and chatting. I very politely asked them where is the washroom, they said "no, our washroom is not working and you cannot use the same" to which I asked them what about your female staffs? The man in formal replied " they leave by 8pm and after that washroom is not working" . I didn't uttered a word(as being educated I didn't wanted to prove them that they are not even a minimum qualified people) I mean on the eve of Ashtami, which labour they appointed to fix the washroom? That too when a women staffs left only an hour back? It irritate me like anything and I shouted and left that place. 1) The very 1st action you should check the cctv footage about my arrival to that place. 2) You should question your staffs that who gave them a right to stop a female from using the washroom? 3) Police was outside, but I didn't wanted to create a scene for the other innocent staffs.

Every time I am in India, I shop here almost whatever I need there (Near Ballygaunj). Nice collections and pretty reasonable price. I would feel more comfortable if their salespeople left us alone! There is too much pressure to buy, especially in the cosmetics section. Little embarrassing to keep avoiding! May be this is their normal way at superstores in India. I just shared my experience. I'll be back and I highly recommend Pantaloons for clean and trendy shopping.

The brand only makes money. Speciality is vanished.The real quality has been degraded.

Its a five storey building offering great variety for men,women and children. Reasonable rates,good offers and supportive staff. Two wheeler parking is free ,but am not sure about 4 wheeler parking. It also has elevator facility .

Impeccable as usual with very helpful staff. The Pantaloons as a product is beyond scrutiny obviously. But I am impressed by the trained and helpful staff. Thanks for the help guys !!

one of the good outlets of Pantaloons. Collection is good in all the sections - men, women , kids . there are 4 floors , 2 elevators , drinking water and also bathroom availability in this showroom .The location is also at a very easily reachable point.the baggage counter is on the left of the pantaloons building.one more thing ,it is a bit of a high end store ,keep in mind before visiting.

Never get tired while shopping/ window shopping in this Pantaloons outlet... 2 mens' section is too much for men... Only one will suffice... Please do keep the other 3 floors for the girls 😊... The kids section is just as fine and the cloth quality is durable 👍.... The Indian/ ethnic section for the girls needs variation... Both in pattern and in size choice !!

Found nice formal clothes, but there were very limited products. Women's clothing section is nice.

I often visit pantaloons. It a has great collections. It is quite big. All staffs are well behaved... have separate floors for men,kids and women ... from mid range to expensive . .varietiy of clothes of various brands...trial rooms are mostly crowded..so as billing counters

Great collection but very less discounts. Staff is good. One con is that the number of trial rooms are too less considering the size and the number of buyers there. Another con is that there are no seats for customers, which is extremely necessary nowadays, since many people have problems with their feet or in general, their legs or hip joints.

Liked everything... Quality of products, quality of place, Sales person, hospitality everything is great... But yeah... As they keep good brands the price is also a lil high.. Rest are great...

Nice store.....but need to improve women's formal collection. Gariahat store is lacking women's formal collection. Only two white formal shirts were there. Such a joke🤣

One stop destination for shoppers. Women's traditional section is now at ground floor so it's really easy to make your choice early . Great brands like Akriti, W, Marigold are definitely must try. Monsoon buy 3 get 3 offers are going on. New arrivals are available. Apt trial rooms in every floor . Good service and quality products.

Visited the store last month. Went to the women's ethnic location. To be honest, the staffs (especially for the women's ethnic collection) were really impeccable and know their job. One lady ( who attended me) heard my issues well and suggested me accordingly. She even went on to explore and fetch churidars as per my requirement while I was trying on dresses. I'll be visiting them again and recommend others to do so too.

They have good collection, helpful staff, variety of collection and when I visited various offers were going on upto 50% off. I loved their earring and chain collections, so classy, simple yet elegant. Have a great time visiting.

Very bad experience. We had an issue with another rude customer related to the trial room usage who was abusing. Many staff members were just watching the drama, even after calling for their support nobody came forward. When asked for the store manager for complaint, nobody could give any answer where he is. Never visit again. .

A well known dress house running with glory and fame over two decades. People are enjoying this place for their favorite items with reasonable fair prices. A well decorated mall caters to all types of household items other than fashion monger commodities.

A highly decorated and well maintained shopping mall, but it's situated quite at a distance from Gariahat more. I found the clothes a bit expensive (depends on individual). Other than this everything is fine and beautiful.

Recently I visited pantaloons gariahat I have been visiting this outlet since I was very young... So everytime the experience is very good this time I had an bill of 10 k I out of curiosity asked for a discount to my surprise a guy from the back uttered slang word and said how much 20 rs it was really shocking to get such a behavior also now during payment the guy at the cash counter said me it's not working...its a credit card and the same card worked later on the behavior at the counter was just awful and really I would think twice before getting back to this outlet again though it was one of my favorite... The pantaloons should hire staff who show minimum decency and respect to it's customers today we really have a lot of options to look at...

Situated near Gariahat, less crowded i guess bcoz it's little far from main Gariahat more. Collections are good but limited.Staffs and helpful and polite. If you driver your car here then you can park your car nearby narrow passageway.

Revamped outlet spread on 4 floors. Well stocked.

Great collection. Especially for women.

Horrible shopping experience. Government counters are faster than their billing counter. Last few times i have shopped the billing itself takes 20 minutes. Today in queue for 30 minutes already. Counter people continuously speak unnecessary marketing talks without any respect whatsoever for customer’s time.

Cozy little cafe. Can accomodate around 20-22 people. Food is homely. The coolers and refreshing drinks are great.

Collection wise good can easily 4/5 but one problem there is no escalator so as a 5 floor store that will be painful situation to many people..

Pantaloons doesn't need any introduction. Gariahat Pantaloons caters to a wide variety if customers. I found that some not-so-well-known brands who manufacture ladies' garments have high- priced products ; not so pocket-friendly. For the known brands, we already know the prices. This time, I didn't find a good collection of fusion dresses. Male sections are better.

People managing payment counters may be little more polite. The executives managing the showrooms are helpful, polite and accommotaive. I pay my regards to them.
