They are just doing business, nothing more. I went for my mother's full body check up. After all the tests they sent us to Dr. Amitava dutta for free consultation. He told us that my mother may have cancer in the urinary bladder and she should go for some costly test like the whole abdomen CT scan. He prescribed lots of medicine and told me to buy from only apollo medical shops. After looking at the test suggestion the receptionist continuously pressurized me to do all the tests. After this experience I took my mother to two doctors, one is MD another is urologist, no one suggested CT scan and they just smiled here that mother may have cancer and they said anyone in this world may have but looking on this test no doctor can tell to the doctor that the patient may have cancer. That means apollo is just doing business, they never care about patients, they only care about their profit

This unit charge extra Registration cost for every member of the family for which they are not giving any extra benefit which is not as per industry norms. Just trying to grab extra money. They are also not providing online report which we can't expect from reputed brand like Apollo. Apollo should think twice while giving franchisee to such management. My simple question why we will bring other family members here and pay additional Registration charge?? ?? ?

The staffs are extremely courteous and maintain a brisk pace of services. It is extremely helpful to have such range of services together at one place. The tests can be done readily, the doctors are good and the people make sure that you get the best services.

Had visited 2 days ago to get an X-ray done for my mother. Nice set up with spacious clean lounge. The X-ray technician Payel was extremely helpful and empathetic. Helped my mother all throughout the process. It was her efforts that made our experience a pleasant one. I hope they get more staff like her in their team. the front desk staff seemed really unappreciative and unapproachable. Answering basic queries seemed a burden for them. They need a refresher on customer service basics to delivery a seamless customer experience. since they are the first contact for any patient this sort of behaviour could be a serious put off. Report delivery was on time. Quite a few well known doctors are already on the roster. I’m sure more will get added. Overall I will recommend this place to others. I’m glad to have Apollo Clinic branch near my place. Revisited this place for some additional tests and found a remarkable improvement in the front desk staff behaviour. All tests happened seamlessly. They explained and assisted in the process with a smile. Big improvement! Well done. Will visit again. Recommend to everyone 😊

A really good clinic in Shakuntala park area. I was not aware that such a beautiful clinic exists near my house. Very customer friendly clinic. Attached few renowned doctors. All service available. I highly recommend the clinic and wish they prosper in future.

Neat and clean. I went to their orthopaedic department. The doctor was really good. I suffered a fall and he inspected my injury site and suggested that X ray should be done only if the pain doesn't subside. He doesn't recommend unnecessary medicines or tests. I had a great experience there. I am a resident of Greenfield City. Thank God that such a great clinic near Greenfield.

From the cleanliness to the staff behaviour, to the facilities available and the list of doctors, everything is top notch. The centre manager is always hands on with every small thing that's happening and she personally interacts with the patients to collect feedback from them.

I ist visited around one month back. Services were good. I visited agn on 05.05.22 for LS xray + blood tests. D xray technician was on sanctioned leave n no replacement. Also d person who entrusted 2 extract blood for FBS was using Corkscrew method that is working the needle up n down the area + moving d needle as if fixing a screw n evn then blood was nt coming out! I came out because this is the 2nd lab using this hurting method to collect blood n evn then failed. Also they did not give me the money receipt n asked me to collect the refund check aftrwards!
