Bought 2 plots in fresco palm city last year , cleared all payments, but still they are not doing the registration. The company is telling that the power of attorney of their owner has expired, so unless it will be renewed I will not get my plots. Whereas my lawyer said there is no such expiration of power of attorney is there. The company is making bluff. Now they are telling us to leave that plot and to buy any other which they have .

Booked 2 plots in Fresco Palm City & paid full payment but they were not ready to give registry. Only lying and fooling customers. After 6 yrs they told me that they can't give me the registry. After doing many dramas they get ready to refund my money (only my principal amount) in many instalments. They didn't give any compensation which they promised in the agreement where they wrote saving bank account interest will be given in case of non-delivery of land. After that, they cancelled one of the post-dated checks which they gave us. This is the biggest fraud company in the real estate sector. Each employee is a liar and their after-sales department is the worst in this world. They don't pick up the call and don't reply to the emails. On reaching their office they will always tell you that their director has not come to the office today. Their sales team will not inform you about a 30% deduction fee if you cancel the plots in the middle. My sales agent was Sangeeta Gosh. The people who have given 5-star ratings are their employees, I know them all. They are just siphoning off the customer's money and earning interest on them. Not only this, they are investing this money in other projects and not developing the plot for which they have taken the customer's money. Don't invest your hard-earned money in their projects. And if you are stuck with them then please file FIR as fast as possible. Otherwise, they can elope with your money very soon.

All the staffs and so called Directors know me as I am arguing for last almost 3 years. Acting like a fraud. I have registered 2 plots in August 2019 one in February 2020, and after agreement one plot was sold to others and for that after lots of argument they gave a replacement and that one also registered to others name. Since almost last 3 years I am asking for taken over of the plots but they did not. Everytime they tell lie. Now they tell that road position problem in front of the plots. Then how they gave registration on that time? All the time they told that please come to the office for solution but nothing given only waste of time. Request everyone not to go with VRIDDHI.

Absolutely 3rd class, totally fraud company. Once they have received the complete payment from you they will become undependable, unresponsive, and will miserably fail their promises and commitment of hand over date. They will continuously lie to you. Pathetic after sales and customer service. They have overshot my hand over date by more than a year now. There's no serious work going on in the site's except some digging, and they have developed a beautiful front in every project so please don't get into the trap, look inside.. There's no one specific you can talk to for a solution and they will shift their responsibility from one person to another.. It was a big mistake buying from this company. Please think twice before taking any decision. Do not believe the positive reviews as they are mostly by their own staff. As for me, I am moving to court and official police complaint against the company and it's management for fraud and cheating..

Don't buy any land and property from them. The company is completely unprofessional and i never never recommend anyone to do any deal with them. I already suffering now to buy land from them in Fresco fountain City project. My land is in just 2 nd row land and buy before 9 month back when they sold they said the plot is completely ready and i can start built my house any time. But till date they even don't give demarcation of my plot and after sales service people don't give any response after follow up 100 times and even every time i need to explain the problem again and again to them... Hahaha😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 they don't even keep any record of service progress or status.. Completely illiterate people and the bloody directors and the seniors of the company wearing bangles and hide themselves and they never come to front to talk with customer.... Sab ke sab.............. Hai.... If any one thing to buy anything from them don't buy this is my suggestions.

Complete fraud company, plz don't invest even a single rupee in this fraud company. they have taken full amount from me in October 2021....;but did not register my land till date and not even pick up the phone. Finally I had to cancell my booking , and I had to return the money reciept but they are not returning my money and not even reciving my call. Last 2 month I call many time till now no update from this company. And also they don't received my call.already given approx 4 lakh rupees.agent name is moumita das saha.i think I should go and launch complain against them.already 3.5 years completed...

i had purchased a land in palm city. its been five years. when i asked them for registration, they only give excuse. total fraud. i think we should report it in media n find a soloution.
