We planned a quick trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharamshala. Raj helped us with a quick itinerary and arranged car services for us. Our driver Sikander was very skillful and helped us complete our tour without any hassle. He was also very patient with our requests and helped us throughout the journey. He was always on time with the pickups and covered all places of tourist interest even though our flight got delayed. Special props to Raj for helping arranging everything. If I'm visiting again, I'd definitely pick his tour operations once again. Would recommend 10/10.

Giving three stars only for owner Raj. Drivers Lovepreet and Soni were arrogant rude and not welcoming. Very skillful drivers but they are lazy to start the car and put thousand rules. Raj should hire good drivers and also make sure they behave like family and a guide to people instead of talking rules and being focussed on money. It was a good trip but I was tired arguing with them everytime. And remember driver doesn't know a word in English. If u don't know HINDI never choose this travels

We toured Himachal recently with Raj travels. We hired the vehicle from Amritsar and moved to Dharmashala,Bir billing and Dalhousie for 8 days. The vehicle(Innova)was well maintained but AC was not working properly. But all was compensated by the driver Jaggi bhai. He has an outstanding knowledge of routes in Himachal. He was so eager to show all the sites. His aporoach towards tourist was highly respective and control on cab in hilly area was tremendous. Very soft spoken and away from every bad habit which usually drivers have, like talking on phone while driving or smoking or chewing pan masala. God bless him and Raj travels too.

Very bad experience with the Cab Driver (Sikandar Sing) of Raj tour & travels. I booked the trip from Amritsar to Manali for 4 nights. In the beginning Sikandar Singh behaved very nicely but after that he showed his real colours as he is very greedy & psycho person. He drived very roughly and he doesn't respect ladies at all. For the journey he takes you only the places where he gets the benefits wheather it's a restaurant or any adventure point. So be careful before taking ride with him. The owner Raj is very nice person he helped us a lot in every situation so if you book the cab don't go for the journey with Sikandar Singh.

Raj tours travels has put together a trip for us to Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, we made the accommodation and we hired the Driver Aravind, he is a nice humble, polite gentleman, can’t ask any better than this, he took us to the all Important places and showed everything. Very impressed with their service. I have come to Amritsar multiple times but this was one of the best cab services I have availed so far. I had booked this cab service for a trip with my parents. Raj ji was great in managing things and he is always approachable. But the driver provided was a bit sluggish. Also he made me to walk 1KM at 40 degree temperature for hotel pickup though hotel was on a 24 feet road. The driver acknowledged his mistake later. Apart from small glitches this is definitely a recommended service.

We had only booked a premium car but they also helped me find a Hotel at the right location and also helped prepare for our travel needs.
