I
wished
to
take
my
mother
around
Jaipur
and
Agra.
I
got
the
contact
of
this
tours
and
travels
via
Google
and
spoke
to
them
since
they
had
good
rating
(biggest
mistake
in
judging
the
genuineness
of
the
rating).
I
had
sent
a
very
detailed
itinerary
of
05
days.
They
gave
a
very
reassuring
response
and
I
had
also
paid
the
advance.
But
the
behaviour
of
the
driver
on
the
first
day
was
very
arrogant,
impolite
and
he
just
did
not
know
how
to
speak
to
people
and
had
no
manners.
The
driver
was
behaving
as
though
he
was
doing
us
a
favour.
I
realised
that
they
had
not
even
read
the
itinerary
I
had
given
them
and
got
very
argumentative
about
the
itinerary.
Even
the
owner
was
argumentative
about
the
itinerary.
They
had
no
reply
when
I
showed
them
the
message
of
the
itinerary
and
their
confirmation
message
referring
to
the
same
and
that
they
should
have
denied
instead
of
giving
false
reassurances
if
they
had
any
issue
-
I
would
have
looked
for
alternate
options.
Only
after
the
intervention
of
a
family
friend
who
belonged
to
Jaipur
who
was
kind
enough
to
speak
to
them
on
our
behalf
,
did
they
speak
to
us
properly.
Next
day
they
changed
the
driver.
But
we
were
very
hesitant
in
communicating
with
him
due
to
our
bad
experience.
They
must
learn
how
to
behave
with
tourists
-
how
to
have
a
pleasant
and
positive
demeanour
and
definitely
improve
their
communication
(
that
there
is
a
way
of
speaking
to
people
-
